This place is a scam. My $607 bill for my brakes and rotors to be replaced turned into $971 bill…read moredue to 3 lug studs and 4 lug nuts being broken/ damage. While 1 lug stud was in fact old and already broken clearly 2 had been broken while in the shop at Allstar. Yet, they charged me almost $300 which was dropped by ~$150 bc they "took 30 mins to do the repairs rather than an hour". When I arrived to view the damage I was told that the studs broke due to erosion. As you can see by the pictures below the brake is clean and shiny, no erosion. Its not old. Its not "easy to break" and these things dont "break all the time" as I was told by Wade, THE OWNER. Nor is it threded and thats why its stuck. Clearly, the mechanic working on my car, Danny, put too much tension on the stud when taking it off and it broke. This place takes advantage of those who dont fully understand car maintenance and try to gas light you into thinking their upcharges are valid and necessary. Scare you into thinking if you wait or dont get the repairs you will damage ur vehicle more. The department of agriculture will be in contact.

They keep it simple and work with your budget and understand most of us need our vehicle to make money and thus pay for the repairs. No one expects a breakdown but they are here to help when it happens. They do excellent preventive Maintnance and help you avoid breakdowns. They offer a after hours drop off like Sunday so you can arrange your week without having to sit and wait for a ride.

Not only did they not fix their mistakes, but I was also called names, AND it was blamed on another non existant issue. There are no honest, straight forward or knowledgeable service organizations that treat people like this. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM.
