Shame because it couldve been 2nd only to Kalahari, Great Wolf and Camelback... 4th place aint bad, but now itz almost dead last!!! Same raggedy events yearly. If I could give less than one star I would. The room is dated, the staff is not helpful the hallway outside of my room smells like hot nachos and the room itself leaves much to be desired. WORST of all I just asked the front desk where I could purchase BOTTLED WATER and was told the vending machines were out of order and I would have to drive 3.5 miles to a local Wawa (its 2:15AM & 25 degrees outside!) An absolute nightmare! Got the "2 bedroom suite" specifically for the jacuzzi tub. Jacuzzi tub didn't work. We were told maintenance would take a look. Maintenance never came. I asked for tissues. Never received them. The suite was really just 2 separate hotel rooms with an adjoining door, so not a "2 bedroom suite". The water park is gross. They don't provide towels. The water is cloudy. Only 1 slide out of 3 is in operation. The food is disgusting. We didn't even bother trying the only "restaurant" in the resort because the smell of the food was so putrid. Truly felt like the beginning of Hot Tub Time Machine in Kodiak Valley. Now that it has been purchased by some chinese company I can't imagine it will improve. read more

I was here for girls weekend for the third time and tbh its a lot of fun. It's hard to argue around the fact that the facility needs work, but I have seen updates in the suites and common areas since the last time I was there and can see they are improving it. My room at the Willowbrook was clean and included a jacuzzi, mini kitchen, and a roku tv. (though coffee was decaf and no filters were included with the coffee maker). There were plenty of fun things to do including wine-fest 2024, kayaking, and bowling to name a few. Food and activities are surprisingly cost effective. read more

If I could rate ZERO I would. Came Memorial weekend with my sister and her kids. 1. There were bugs in the bed. Was given another room. 2. There was a dead mouse in the bathroom near the indoor pool. Maintenance disposed of the mouse and sprayed Fabuloso cleaner 3. My nephew was accidentally hit in the face with a laser gun in the arcade. Took over 45 minutes for security to arrive with an ice pack. There should be an effective first aid kit where children play. 4. There are no restaurants as advertised on the beautiful website. Just a cafeteria type food area. 5. The $10 all you can eat buffet was a joke. (Sunday). The eggs were mushy. The bacon was 75% fat. The sausage didn't look cooked and the pancakes were hard and rubbery (the frozen value pack type) the syrup was in a bowl with a spoon to put on the pancake. I couldn't scarf it down. Those eggs were REALLY bad. Went to the cafeteria for a breakfast sandwich sitting in a hot box. $8.00 for a bagel with one small egg and a tiny round sausage. I was hungry so I bought it. The personal pan pizza I purchased the night before was only $9.00. 6. Oh also the karaoke the night before was a joke. The lady monitoring the karaoke left and the little kids took over. The was no staff member running the show it was a free for all but maybe that is the intention. 7. Not sure how the water park was cause I had to leave. Eating that buffet was it for me. 8. In the two days that I stayed at the lodge, didn't see anyone at the front desk. I am so disappointed. This place is so old. Outdated, and understaffed. The only thing that was good was that I was with family and I was able to find myself a nice spot at the lake and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I advise not to stay here. We came to snowshoe and for other winter events like sledding. No snow. Only thing left to do is go to the water park. That is a one day event because of the chloride and the price. However, my main disappointment is with the accommodations. We stayed at Westwood Villas which looks good from the outside. The interior furnishing is dated. We did not use the sofa bed for sleeping but it was uncomfortable to even sit on or get up off. The love seat was pretty comfortable but not big enough, of course, for 6 people. The only other option on the upper level of the villas was the 6 upright chairs. They are to uncomfortable for lounging. The chairs were covered in fabric. The cleaners missed the many food stains on the chairs. The bed pillows are hard as rocks. The place was drafty so the fireplace stayed on most of the day and the thermostat was set to 72 degrees. The sauna would not get hot enough to use. The 2" gap under the door may be partially to blame. However the temperature in the area adjacent to the sauna did not get hot like one would expect if the heat was escaping. I preheated the sauna for 45 minutes before giving up on using it. After 45 minutes, it was about 80 degrees with the 2" gap stuffed with towels. UNSAT! There is NO WIFI at Westwood Villas. You have to take your computer over to the Galleria, across the street for WIFI service. My iPhone got 3+ pegs (AT&T service) so I got email & IMs. The TVs are the big old heavy models; no HD flat screens. There were 3 TVs & 2 DVD players; good. No HBO or Showtime service; just basic cable. The TV stations movies listed were very old & you have probably seen all worth watching. You can rent movies from the Galleria. Michelle N. review 1/11/2012 is accurate. The reviews I read on Interval International gave this place very decent ratings. I disagree. I should have checked the YELP reviews too before booking. They say there is a shuttle but when it's 20 degrees out who wants to shuttle to a pool. They put dirty sheets on my bed and delivered me new ones at midnight and told me to change them. So many issues with the weekend I am just going to list them all as I remember. *This is not an all inclusive resort you pay for everything. *My mom arrived for the Continental breakfast at 7:30 all that was being served was coffee, tea, and cookies. *There seems to be a mildew/ old carpet smell all throughout this hotel. *we had 4 rooms and we were given 1 key for each room. *Rugs are disgusting in both the room and hallways. *Paint pealing all over. *No wash clothes in the rooms. *Rust stains in the pool on the ceiling, the smell of chlorine is strong that it will burn your eyes when you first walk in till you can adjust to the warm indoor pool. *If You have any hip or knee issues the toilet is low to the floor, yet you step into a high shower. *No instructions about what to do with towels and trash left in the room. *The phones and internet did not work. *Pool water looks dirty *The bistro buffet is gross, I felt like I was back in school eating school lunch, strong smell of mildew or just old Carpet smell. *It took hours to get any service To The room. Ie: Towels, sheets, trash, Iron *Stains on all seating, especially the front check in entrance. *There is no safety lock on the door, so your child can escape the room. *No lock on the bathroom door. *Closet door was off the hinge, my brother was able to realign for me. *The fridge was not cold. *The AC worked when it wanted to. *Wiping down the room dirt was everywhere especially in the bathroom. *Something was broken, missing and didn't work in each room we had for family members. The best part was the water park and the hotel did comp my family and I for admittance. Food served there was better if your into fast food. The staff is pleasant, throughout the hotel, some seem to be overworked or not familiar with dealing with large parties. Sadly for me I didn't pass Spanish lesson as a A+ Student so I could not properly communicate with the cleaning staff about my needs. The motel seems to be going into a transition from split rock to bel air. This place can be great, I would suggest changing out your carpets ASAP and your toilet seats and add additional locks on the door. It's not worth spending over $600 for 2 nights at Split Rock Resort. Place is run down and filthy. There is no customer service, front desk employees are down right rude and lack customer service skills and lack of professionalism. We checked in 12/29/23 (were supposed to be there till Sunday 12/31), however at night time we had to call front desk asking if we could change our room because of disturbance-Room next to us had been blasting loud music, smoke alarm going off but we were told by the front desk person that they would sent the security, security did come ~45 mins later but that made situation worse. They made music even louder and went in till 4am in the morning. We decided to front desk to either have room switch or check out early as we were unhappy and uncomfortable with the experience but we were told by front desk she couldn't do anything for us and wait for her manager to show up in the evening and if we wanted to check out early we will still be charged. For amount of money we paid for two  days we had expected some decent stay better than the experience you would have in a shitty motel. Reach out to guest experience lady, we were told to call back on 1/4/2024, we have been trying to call and left messages + plus sent emails but no response. Resort is a total scam, filthy (don't fall for the pictures you see on the website), old, outdated and zero customer service . Save your money and spend it elsewhere. read more

This has to be the most disgusting, dated, inhospitable s***hole that I've ever experienced. First of all, the front desk managed to screw up my reservation and essentially claimed I owed a balance of $225, despite the fact that I had itinerary right in front of them. They do have a relatively decent grille/cafe, but it's only open until 9 pm on Sundays. Helpfully enough, the staff did comp the meals for my wife and I. Alas, the bar was only opened until 10 pm (cue Jack Torrence), which was quite a shame since I needed all of the liquor in the world to make me mildly content. Now onto the room... So I get into the room and it has what appears to be a Jacuzzi that Ron Burgundy from Anchorman would use. Worse yet, the relic from the horribly misbegotten and tech backwards 70s and 80s had what appeared to be a paint stain. The kitchen looks like something out of a Brooklyn studio apartment in 1977, they had a weak shower head that looked like it was purchased from Walmart in the 90s, and a piss-like water flow.. Let's not forget to mention that it took about 10 minutes for the hot water to kick in during the middle of February!! Architecturally speaking, I think it was designed by a half blind guy from the 60s who was perpetually on acid. I believe Gitmo has a more accommodating and modern set up. In short, it's a total vomitorium. I highly recommend staying at a Motel 6, since they're at least honest about their complete and utter terrible setup. Also, they don't charge $427 for two nights!!! A much more sound investment would have been to dump a garbage bag of cash into the Hudson River. Buyer beware!!! Run for the hills!! (Update) Upon presenting the horror photos to the overnight manager, she kindly offered my wife and I a new room. Unlike boogie nights and bed bug city over at the galleria, these units were renovated. However, the room smelled like a moldy onion bagel on a warm Summer day. Also, the Jacuzzi-- far more modern and lacking inexplicable stains--did not work and nor did the fireplace. All and all, split rock needs to adapt, embrace modernity and function, and hire competent maintenance people. If I could rate this place a 0 I would . The condo at first looks nice when you walk in but every thing was broken inside from the sink in the bathroom to the handle on the door . The jacuzzi tub wouldn't turn on and the pots and pans in the kitchen were so old that I tried to make an omelette and the fire alarm turned on ‍ Let's not even speak about the water park! Another child ran full force into my son and knocked both of his front teeth loose the other parent didn't even ask if my child was ok . I asked for medical attention from the security and was lead into a back room of "lifeguards " that didn't even have clean gauze and an ice pack to pack my son bleeding mouth . I told security I would like to file an accident report and be given a copy of the report for my insurance and Aflac purposes I was told No because the report is now private property of the resort ??? Are you kidding me ? Then come to find out the child that hurt my kid family member is an employee of the resort . WOW ! Rooms 6111C y 6112D. Worst resort ive stayed in. Dirty, super dirty, unbelievable. Every issue imaginable, from our entire stay, to only 1 water slide open on water park, filthy, and BED BUGS. The walls outside the hotel and around the balcony doors are eaten by termites and are already about to fall. Room not clean, toilette was so bad, hot water constantly running out, very bad smelling. The entire hotel was old. It was very bad-smelling in the whole hotel. The carpet was black from the years of dirt on it. The room was not clean, the toilet was so bad, and water was constantly running out in the bathroom sink. The kitchen sink was disgusting to look at. The walls are disgusting and all scratched. The furniture in the living room was black after years of being used by everyone. The furniture, lamps, and decorations were too old. The locks on all the doors were black, apparently having never been cleaned. The place was infested with bugs. Bed bugs, spiders, and other insects everywhere, plus a corner full of eggs from some animal who knows what animal. We scratched ourselves all night from the disgust we felt in our bodies. I don't understand how the owner can have these facilities open, knowing their conditions. Everything was wrong, I couldn't find anything in its favor. It's disgusting!!! This had to be the single most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Was in town for an event, and this was the host hotel for both the program & accommodations, so I figured it had to be OK. The drive in was beautiful, the grounds of the hotel are rustic & also beautiful.... the rooms, however, look like they were built in 1950 & haven't been cleaned since 1951. The staff at the front desk was rude & abrupt, I got scolded for asking a question that she apparently already told me (sorry, didn't hear you). We rented a 2 bedroom as the price was less expensive than 2 rooms, and we were given a room that wasn't in the main building....finding it at night wasn't easy. We walked in and the first thing that took us aback was the smell. It smelled like old food, and certainly did not smell clean. The floors were dirty, the fireplace didn't work, the doors were hard to lock, the carpet was gross & the furniture was old and tired. I was afraid to walk in bare feet anywhere in either room. One of the bathrooms had a combo shower/tub that was relatively clean, the second had a separate shower that has an insane amount of mold on the wall - I never used the shower & instead showered in my colleagues room. The bed was squeaky & pillows not terribly comfortable. When you laid in bed and looked at the ceiling, your first noticed how dirty the ceiling was, and then the 1" thick dust on the ceiling fan. I honestly don't know how anyone stays here with small children. I know I have to go to the same event next year, and I can say I will find a property close by so I don't have to subject myself to the filth next time! Overall, our stay was horrible. And here is why: (1) When checking in, lady was not cordial. When purchasing something in the cafe (Quesadilla) - person there does not know how to be cordial either. (2) I had room phone issues. (3) Housekeeping come in at 8:30 am - so make sure you do not need any soap before 8:30 a.m. (4) Housekeeping does not clean your room every day even though Covid is very low. When I asked if they could at least clean the bathroom - response was "What is wrong with the bathroom?" (5) Lady trying to sign us up for a time-sharing tour. (6) Roads are absolutely horrible going to the back building. (7) Front desk does not mostly answer when calling from the room. This place is in need of help. it looks to have been a great place to go (10 years ago). very uncomfortable seating. the tub was peeling. the tub is so high they should supply a step ladder to get in and out of it. Then there is the RESORT FEE that can be as much as 50 dollars a day. they give you a wrist band tell you to wear it all the time. Yet even some of the employees don't know what its for. almost everything closes early. off season the water park is only open on the weekends. do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. read more

Absolutely Horrible 1) We were supposed to check in at 4:00 but checked in at 6:00 because - They couldn't find our name - The guy in the front desk have wrong directions to us constantly 2) The people are extremely rude and petty here and will make you feel I comfortable. 3) they advertised us Jacuzzi and hot tub and water park but you have to Pay for every amenity here. - They advertised microwave tea maker and toaster but didn't have anything in the room. 4) There was no internet in the room and a technician came in late night and was unable to fix it. 5) we called the corporate office in the bank end and they misinformed us about the free amenities. 5) Fire alarm went off early in the morning and we weren't informed about anything going on, when called they were rude again. Split Rock Resort was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. Although the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, it seemed that their hands were tied by existing problems with the facility and, probably, not having enough staff on duty. The room we were given was very nice but it was not what we wanted or expected. We thought we had booked a room in the main building but found we were mistaken (more on this below). We were actually upgraded from the room we chose but the situation was still not what we expected. The facilities were clean but in terrible shape. Every vending machine I tried was broken except for one but that the wrong drinks came out when the button was pressed. The billiards tables and pool sticks were all broken and there were only three complete sets of balls for four tables. Games in the arcade frequently short paid the tickets won and many weren't working. The Resort provides a shuttle to take guests from one part of the property to the other. The vans we rode in were in similar poor condition to the property. All three had warning lights for mechanical problems glowing on the dash board. One had a headlight that was out and another had a broken door handle. Directions, signage and other printed information was often contradictory. The shuttle they provided was supposed to arrive every 15 minutes in one document, 20 -25 minutes in another and to be called when needed in a third. Some information called the main building the Town Center, other documents called it the Galleria and most of the employees referred to it as the Main Building. The problem with the signage is what led to our problem with the room. We've stayed at many places like Split Rock in PA and NY. Almost everyplace we've stayed refers to the main building as the Resort or the Lodge. We booked a room in the Lodge thinking it was the main building. Before booking we looked on the website and what little information we found seemed to confirm our assumption. When we arrived, we were told that we were wrong and the Lodge is smaller separate building that was further away from the Main Building than our upgraded room. The room we were given was still not in the Main Building which limited our access to the pool, water park, gym and other amenities as the facilities for changing clothes were limited. Finally, the food was horrible. The reviews on Yelp for the on property restaurants make this clear as they are among the worst rated eateries in the area. The menus are all very similar and very small. Everything we ordered was microwaved and didn't taste fresh. We're pretty sure that the chicken pot pie we were served at one of the restaurants was actually a frozen brand that can be purchased in most supermarkets. read more

it's hard to know where to start to describe the wretched conditions at this place. no managers available to talk to about freezing ( coats necessary within the hotel; bannisters on stairs ( metal) too cold to touch! ). Staff lovely but no one has any power to fix things. Heaters broken so pool is cold and in the water park, a number of options are not working and air and water are too cool to really enjoy. Most of the food is really poor quality and barely edible. Today starting at 8 am, doors were wide open-- it was 12 degrees out-- so hot tubs could be delivered for a convention or sale or something. The hallways trhroughout the hotel were like wind tunnels with winds pushing frigid air. People were checking out in droves. No hot tubs were delivered for at least 4 hours of literally freezing temps trout the hotel. People working in the hotel were wearing coats and hats. People behind the desk were kind but helpless. No managers were on duty-- maybe the 4 th day without anyone with any power to deal with problems like ice everywhere outside. One young child was sledding and ran into a snowplow. Fortunately. She escaped with what seemed to be relatively minor injuries but still required hospital attention. Stay away!!! This place seems to have no concern for guests. read more

Been coming here for a at least 4 years now. The place is very large. Crazy amount of land. They have recently renovated the main building front but the rooms are very dated. We have a 2 bed room suite in the main building. The living room had a flat tv, but the bed rooms had a CRT tv. The beds were really old and slop to the sides in the kids room and our bed was just hard like a rock after having been used for the last 15 years or so. The food in their main building restaurant was not very good but it was cheap. The plus side is the kids enjoy the water park and the pools. It is not large and days we went was not crowed. The arcade and bowling was fun also. Staff was nice. We will be back because of the water park and the it is a very nice place to do some walking. read more

When we finally got to our time share numerous items that are standard and promised were missing like a coffee maker and toaster. Microwave also doesn't work. The bed room lights don't work. Our room was supposed to have a hot tub. The hot tub doesn't work. When we try to call the front desk to file our grievances there is no answer. We finally had to drive to the front desk and waste our time in person at which time were given the runaround. The so called water park that is on site had half of its attraction not working. They still had the audacity to charge a $200 resort fee on top of what was paid for in timeshare Staff is not helpful. We called the parent company of the time share and they reached out to split rock they were told that there was no one with authority to help us make the situation right. We were also told by split rock staff that the reason nobody picks up front desk is because sometimes they are too busy. Staff is non-existent at Willowbrook which is part of split rock. I have stayed at lower tier hotels with nicer amenities and much more helpful staff for a much cheaper price.Save yourself from getting ripped off and much unnecessary aggravation/frustration. I had 3 people in front of me and it took over an hour in the most archaic check-in process I have ever seen. One elevator to take to the room floors and it was not working properly, it was getting stuck on different floors. Walking to our room we could see the ceiling and carpets were dirty. We finally get to our room which is a nice size but all the countertops are some sort of glass material with shape edges, how can that be when this is a family resort? They had some protective plastic you put on for babies on some edges but not all and they fell off if you touched them. The room was visibly clean but when you look at the details there was dirt, nothing was wiped down, the previous guests' hair in the bathtub, and no towels. There was no proactive room cleaning daily, you had to call when you needed clean or wanted towels replaced. The next day we tried the pool, I cannot even put into words how disgusting the pool was. Blackwater around the pool, broken chairs, moldy ceiling, and the hot tub had thick foam. On the final day, we checked out the water park which was the entire reason we come to this resort and the experience was the same. Limited lifeguards, dirty pools, and the area around the pools. Things are broken, covered with tape and all I saw was a hazard for children everywhere. I saw kids getting cut from the shape broken edges of the pool or getting skin burned from rolling off the slides that did not have the correct protection. The two bigger slides available were dirty, from outside the hotel you can see they had slime inside the tubes. Did I mention that every day when we returned from dinner there were different people in front of the hotel smoking weed, not just directly outside but we saw someone walk past us rolling a blunt. There is absolutely no security walking the property to ensure anyone's safety or wellbeing. I do not know who managing the health and wellness of hotels in Pennsylvania but someone is missing the mark here. This place should be condemned. read more

Disappointing Its so sad what has happened to this hotel We have been there a few times throughout the years and had pleasant experiences Now the place has gone downhill For over one and a half years the hotel is under new ownership and claims to be doing a renovation. The rooms they claim are renovated still look outdated, for over two years the indoor and outdoor tennis courts aren't fixed , the indoor pool is outdated and dirty, in the height of the summer season the outdoor pool was locked up because the lifeguard didn't show up to work and the hotel was short staffed. read more

*You should not go to Split Rock before reading this review!!!* My husband & I belong to a timeshare community. We got 7 nights at Split Rock for $299. Compared to other "similar" (or so we thought!) other rustic-type lodges in the area (Camelback, GWL, Kalahari, etc.), this is a great price! GWL is over $450 a night! Taking the other reviews on Yelp with a grain of salt, we decided to check it out for ourselves! So, unknowingly, we booked a week in mid-August. I'm going to start this review out with the positives. Split Rock has a nice water park! It's almost like a mini Great Wolf Lodge. About 1/3 of the size, has 3 water slides (big ones), a wave pool, a surfing ride, a "tree-house" type thing like at GWL, and more. Nothing as extreme as the other water parks. Also, the staff here was pretty good. Not exceptional, but they were helpful when it came to issues. The decor in the common areas wasn't too dated, although it could've been updated. My kids got ice cream which they really enjoyed, and there was a nice bar. We liked all of the activities SR had to offer. Free indoor and outdoor pools, Bingo, movies, scavenger hunts, a beach, live music, and more. Split Rock also has a lot of amenities. There is a fitness center (Free), a bowling alley (pay), an arcade (pay), pools (Free), a movie theater (pay), a spa (pay), tennis courts (pay), basketball courts (Free) and a hair salon (pay.) There's probably some I'm forgetting! Now for the not-so-fabulous parts of our stay. Unfortunately, these were more impactful than the positive experiences. I'm just going to begin by talking about the elephant in the room- the rooms are seriously outdated. Like, seriously. From the 70s or the 80s. They are in need of a makeover!!!! Very peach and green, as you can see from my photos. All of the rooms in the Galleria were equipped with a small kitchen, although that was sort of dirty. SR has many places to stay, with the main ones being the Galleria (the main lodge), the Lodge (near the beach), Willowbrook (far away), and the cabins. We stayed in the Galleria, which is probably the best place for a young family. That is where all of the activities are hosted. Willowbrook is nicer, however the rooms cost upwards of $250 a night. It is also about a mile and a half away from the Galleria. The Lodge is absolutely disgusting. I'm honestly hoping no one is staying there. It's completely decorated in tans and wood, and during our short visit there, I saw several holes- either gun shots or mouse holes. Both are gross! It was very creepy, too. We felt like we were in an 80s cheap horror movie. I don't know much about the cabins, but they can't be worse than the Lodge! One very big con of here are the food options. There are about 5 places to eat around here. The Pizzeria in SR (very tasty! Not too expensive, I recommend!), the Split Rock Grill, the SR bar, Shenanigans, Nick's, Louie's, and not too many other options. We ended up eating at Shenanigans the first night (3/5, meh), the Pizzeria, and bought stuff from Walmart to heat up the other nights. Split Rock is also not really near anything. The town consists of about 8 places- mostly restaurants, a creepy motel, and a general store. Not really near anything! The outlet malls are like 40 minutes away, but they're worth a trip! Walmart is like 30 minutes away. We went White Water Rafting, which was really fun. SR does have some great brochures at the front with awesome activities and coupons. We enjoyed those! The indoor pool here was absolutely disgusting. It reeked of chlorine and the floor was covered in wet hair and crumbs. My family did not enjoy that. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms twice while we were here. The first time was because they placed us at a room on ground level which we didn't like, and the second time was because the air conditioner broke. It was such an inconvenience to move all of our stuff to a new room (4 people!) at 10:00 at night. So, we had 3 rooms during our stay at Split Rock. Additionally, all of the rooms has a smell of Indian food. That wasn't the most fun thing to come back to after a day at the water park. My whole family thought that the beds were very uncomfortable and had a hard time falling asleep. After our stay here, I had terrible back pains that lasted for several days after. To wrap up this review, if you can get a stay for cheap here, it may worth it. While it's not the most updated facilities, make the most out of it, and you'll at least end up with some great stories for the dinner table! Needless to say, we cut our stay short from 7 days to 4, however this is one trip we'll never forget! read more

Split Rock is an aged, old, tired, well worn and dirty resort! On check-in you will be required to sign a two page release and hold harmless agreement. Can you imagine that, this is to protect them as they run a water park, miniature golf and bowling lanes on site. And they need a guest to sign a release, ( for mini-golf ) bring your attorney so they can advise you. Then there's the resort fee ($185.00) per week. What ..... just to use the facilities ! That would acceptable if this was a High end Westen Hotel but this is the Poconos in the fall. And unless you hunt, there is nothing going on here other than the leaves changing colors. The beauty of the scenery is great but this resort doesn't look good. We booked through Interval International as an exchange, and are writing them about this facility and how misleading the advertising is. read more

Stay away from the Poconos. Hotel options are old and dated. Also, the region has declined. Not the beautiful Poconos of old
