Great spot for decent food. They have a patio that's really nice during the summer. The staff are really friendly.

    Lentil smokehouse burger made vegan

Really appreciated the vegan options :) I got the lentil smokehouse burger made vegan and it was pretty tasty. The homemade lentil burger was a nice change from your typical veggie burger. Service was fine and the ambience is very casual.

Happened to swing by one evening with my group There were two main deals that appealed to us: - $15 cheeseburger + beer - $20 bacon blue cheese Ended up getting the latter with the cheese substituted for no additional charge Didn't realize it'd come with ranch and fries -- ended up only eating the fries and half the burger Ambiance is casual? -- didn't end up exploring the whole place since the large tables at the front were available and fit us all Service was good -- staff members were friendly and helpful

Build your own bun-less burger - SO good!

This was one of the best burgers we've had in a long while. Came in for a quick dinner after browsing through all our options and it did not disappoint! First off - I was so happy to see the option for a build my own burger *in a bowl* which is exactly how I like my burgers - bun-less and more of a salad. The meat was cooked just right and all my additions were fresh and perfectly prepared. Second off, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's so nice to go somewhere and engage with folks who seem genuinely happy. The food was prepared quickly and we all enjoyed coloring during our short wait. Highly recommend and will be back!

Spritz Burger is often touted as the best burger joint in Whistler, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Spritz Royale (topped with bacon and hash brown) along with regular fries and a plate of hot chicken wings. The positives: - Pricing is fair, especially during *happy hour*, when the wings were $7 off. - The burger came as an option on a brioche bun, which initially looked great, and the sauce/flavour setup was definitely tasty and satisfying. - Overall, good value for the money. The drawbacks: - The brioche bun didn't hold up structurally--it completely disintegrated halfway through eating, which made things messy fast. - The burger patty's texture was a bit *mushy*, which raised some concerns and took away from the experience. Hoping it's just a one-off kitchen miss, but it's worth noting. Final thoughts: Spritz Burger delivers on flavour and value, especially if you catch happy hour, but the execution--particularly the bun integrity and meat texture--left something to be desired. With small improvements, it truly could live up to its reputation as one of Whistler's best burgers. Ambience was satisfactory offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was self-serve type that expects 18% + tips. The cashier was friendly.

    Classic cheeseburger

Had a great time when we stopped here; first of all, reasonable prices for Whistler and an amazing burger, absolutely loved the classic cheeseburger. My partner built her own and was also very happy with her choices. Lots of ability to customize your burger. Service is simple order at the bar and the food comes out pretty quick. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Casual ambiance, feels like a classic burger joint.

Casual place in Whistler Village serving superb burgers at a reasonable price. I got the poutine burger and it was delicious and flavorful without being gimmicky. If you can, I recommend sitting at the few outdoor tables they have in the back for a quiet setting.

Always a great burger at Splitz Grill. Such an efficient kitchen. Great to see how everyone works together to prepare a delicious burger. This was one of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time!!

This spot has a great location in the Whistler Village, making it an easy choice after a long day on the slopes. The burgers coming out of the kitchen look amazing, and dining in might be the way to go because the to-go orders don't hold up as well. Our fries were a bit disappointing, and the food wasn't as hot as we'd hoped by the time we got it. That said, for the area, it's a decent value and still a solid post-ski meal if you're eating on-site.

Splitz has the best burger, the onion rings are so amazing too. Their burgers are tasty, our choices are LEGENDARY STACKER and SMOKEHOUSE. They have a veggie option. The staff was warm and welcoming. we'll be coming back here Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

    Legendary Splitz burger and fries

Whenever I'm in Whistler and I'm craving a burger, Splitz is my go-to spot! For many years, Splitz has been known for its high quality, filling burgers at affordable prices, and it continues to deliver! I typically get the legendary Splitz burger, but I've tried other burgers in the past as well, and they're all fantastic.

Loved the food here ! So glad they had vegan & veg options compared to just impossible patty. The patties were so flavorful with quinoa & corn & other things. Glad there was vegan chipotle mayo as well. Totally recommend! Def hit the spot.

This is one of our favorite whistler go-to restaurants during our trips up here! Ever since I did my last review from a few years ago, the restaurant is still pretty much the same in terms of food items but no more customizing your burger like you would do with a subway sandwich. I ordered the Splitz royale, which included lettuce tomato pickles the patty and hashbrown! It was a huge portion to where I wish I shared the burger with someone else. I also added fries and a drink for an extra $7. Overall this is a pretty great and easy place for a meal here in Whistler. Service was super fast and efficient for this counter service restaurant and I will for sure be back during my next whistler trip!

First, there's plenty of seating. You come in, get a menu, seat yourself, and when you're ready, order at the counter. They will bring your food to you. We got a table outside in the sun. We ordered the Grants Platter for Two and shared it between three hungry adults and we still had a lot of leftovers (which were super tasty later)! My favorites from this platter were the brisket (so tender and just the right amount of smokiness) and the chicken wings with dry rub (fried to crispy perfection). The ribs and pulled pork were also really good, but since I prefer my barbecue without sauce, these didn't appeal to me as much as the brisket. I also liked the fresh and tasty mixed greens salad that we got as one of our sides--very balanced and delicious. The staff are super friendly here. Our waiter checked on us several times and even the chef came out to see if we liked the food. It was a wonderful lunch. If you're looking for a great meal in Whistler, definitely check out Hunter Gather!

We came in for lunch and I ordered the Warehouse Mac and cheese which was a perfect conviction of cheeses and Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce on Cavatappi Noodles, and it was just spicy and flavorful enough. We also ordered the sun-dried tomato pesto penne and my son had the crispy chicken Caesar wrap - all were equally as delicious. The chips were ultra thick and reminded me of eating bugles as a kid, but way higher class. The salmon and chicken were way larger portions than we had expect , and done to perfection. Not sure why the waitress insisted we sit inside where the place was maybe 30% full, but oh well. The place feels like a giant chalet, with the timber trim everywhere. They have a pizza oven, and the beer production tanks are visible over the kitchen area. There's even a toy train that does a circuit throughout the dining area (look up). One thing worth mentioning is that the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor, which may be a problem for some. Food here is Whistler pricing, so be sure to have deep pockets.
