I've visited Sploot RiNo with my puppy, Poppi, a few times and they've always been kind and respectful. BUT this past weekend my sweet girl was sick as can be and they were AMAZING. The care, love, and attention they provided to me and my dog were top notch. ALSO, one of the vet techs drew a picture of a Poppi, the soda, on a treat bag for our dog. They ran several tests to determine what was wrong with my dog, and it was definitely a tricky problem to solve. After this past weekend, I will never go to another vet again. Do yourself a favor and trust these people with your pet's health. They won't let you down.

While in Denver for the summer with our pups, one of them had a small medical issue. After looking for places with next day appointments and then reading reviews, I decided to give Sploot RiNo a chance. They were VERY friendly, helpful, and most importantly, they were able to exam my pup, determine the issue & give us proper antibiotics. Their office is super cute, their staff is nice & they even have 4-5 dedicated parking spots right in front, which is always a win!

Once again, Sploot for the win! Their vets, tech, and staff are so friendly and so helpful. I've never had a dog be excited to go to the vet! They are thorough, and both times I have been there the vets immediately get down on the floor to establish a relationship with my dog, putting her right at ease. I love that they discuss all options and pricing with me upfront so there are no surprises and a care plan can be made. The many different kinds of dog treats in the room and free toys sealed the deal for my dog. I would give them 10 stars if I could! She gives it two paws up!

I love bringing my pets to this location! The employees there always treat my nervous lab so well and she's getting less fearful of the vet because of it. The tech Nicole is super patient and Dr Casali is always thorough with every explanation. We appreciate the diet specific treats they have on hand to make every situation better for Kahlua too!

If you are looking for a vet for your fur babies I highly recommend bringing them to Sploot! The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, I love that they are upfront with their prices and explain what they are doing. I definitely will be recommending Sploot to everyone I know!

Doctor Park and Doctor Nikki H were the two with us most of the time and they would make sure we had a nice comfortable room, snacks, coffee and even coloring books and pencils for my toddler. They certainly could've done their job and we'd have been satisfied, however their passion for care of (any) animal clearly showed in how much effort they put in to our visit. You'd have thought we were their only patient in the office! And when you have to take your pet to an ER you're already on edge and stressed and they did everything in their power to help ease ours. I highly highly recommend and if we ever do need emergency care, this is the place we will be - and I recommend the same for everyone else. Thanks so much!

The employees and kind and comforting, as they should be. I appreciated that. The drawback is that before they even begin - the doctor gives you a bill to pay. When any additional procedure is needed - the doctor hands you another bill to pay. This occurred a minimum of 4 times while I was there. The pressure of the bill and having to make life and death choices makes for a not clear-headed decision. I understand that they want their money. I'm sure that can be an issue - however - putting a clip board with a paper to sign and a card charger in front of your face throughout the time there became a bit much. I was getting angry by the end instead of giving my baby the support that I should have been. I don't know the solution from the doctors viewpoint - but this was not the way to handle it from mine.

We have been going to our regular vet every month for librela shots to help with her arthritis, but this was something we felt we couldn't ignore or delay for a day. After making the heartbreaking decision, our dear Bailey crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, as they say. Thankfully she's no longer hurting. We highly recommend this Vet clinic.

The vets and techs immediately began to help and diagnose, which included a clear treatment plan, and eventually surgery, all of which were necessary to save our dog. Dr. Thaeder, Dr, Martic, Dr. Schultz, Alexis, Sam, Becca, Kim, (and several others I'm undoubtedly forgetting) saved our dog in the most impressive, transparent, and compassionate way that I never knew existed. We witnessed every step of the process to diagnose and restore our dog's health. If you want to stay all night with your pet, you can. If you want to watch their x-rays, they have a window for that. If your pet needs an operation, you can observe that from a window if you want. If you need a private room, there are several. Apart from the deep knowledge and passion these vets clearly have, they treated our dog like a member of their own family and he clearly fell in love with them. He's already getting back to his ornery self each day, and we are so grateful!

She graduated some PT training with them, gave me much anxiety when her legs would hurt her, and they were always the very best at sending her home with me happy and healthy. Sadly, the last time I brought her here, it was too late to save her. Nessie was a Bernese Mountain Dog and she had hemangiosarcoma which was undiagnosed. Her symptoms the morning of her passing was primarliy lethargy, not wanting food, and pale gums. Within moments of me realizing she wasn't doing well, I got her into the car and sped to the hospital. As we were driving her symptoms got worse and I called ahead to ask for immediate help. The team was out front when we arrived and we got her onto a gurnee. I wiped out one of her eye boogers and told her I'd be right there to take care of her. Nessie sadly didn't make it to surgery. Her heart gave out before we could help her. But I know she got the best way to leave this earth as she was barely in pain and she wouldn't have liked the cancer treatment we were planning for her. The team did a really good job helping me through the hardest thing I've ever been through. My one regret is I wish I had woken earlier that day and tried to get her help faster. But sometimes things don't go the way we want. I hope if you're in need of urgent care, you can get your pup here swiftly and allow the team to do their very best. It's a hard job these Vets and the team have, taking care of our sweet angels. I've put off on writing this review as even though it's been three months, still feels very fresh to not have my sweetheart by my side. Thank you team for all your help. She was the very best girl.

Based on her bloodwork, her liver enzymes were heavily elevated. We had her there for about 2 days then got her because we were waiting on lab results and we knew we wanted her at home after a few days. Although it was a pricey visit. She was well taken care of. We still don't know why she didn't want to eat or anything not by the fault of the hospital or anything. Our dog is just a mystery. We had a follow up and liver enzymes had decreased which was a good sign. Our dog is still with us but not sure for how much longer since she is a senior dog who still refuses to eat her kidney food. But we are doing what we can but we are happy with the way our dog was treated here. Everyone was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions.
