I tried to explain that the number was a good number to reach me and I even gave a work number that's an OC number. He then said that he was done and wouldn't tow the car. When I told him where my car was, he immediately knew the lay if the land and asked if it was on a hill or not. This is the type of experience and local knowledge that is important.
