You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now.
