New padded club chairs, tables with power hubs for charging, really tight work, free coffee machine and a drink vending machine. No TV - everyone is either reading their paper or on a device of some type. There are no magazines from the early pre-pandemic days littering the area. It's like they have read past reviews! When you check in (already an excellent process), they double check your phone number, and encourage you to turn off call screening of unknown numbers so they can send you updates. They send a video of your scheduled service, along with suggested items you may want today. Buttons under each recommendation allow you to give them permission to proceed. The price for each is in the page, and a running total is across the top of the page. No one has to walk out and call your name and talk you through what they found - it's all in the video. Yes, they could use a noise-canceling mic, and give their service reps a bit of coaching on speaking slowly and clearly to make for a better communication experience with non-car folks, but this is so far beyond what any other car place I've been to is doing that I'm not going to downgrade them for that. It's nice to have a place that's keeping current in both car maintenance and customer service experience!

We have to do inspection here in NC so this is when I found out that the car needed tires. My problem for not checking closer, but you figure a car with under 2000 miles should have decent tires. Not so. My conclusion - and the only conclusion one would come to is that they switched them out. Still have the car and it works fine. Just still steaming that I had to pay for new tires. Your experience may be better.

This was the closest car shop around…read more We left it here all week while at the beach because it was Five hours away from us so we were definitely not coming back to get it. We could make due with a truck and a small car. Leaving it was hard for us because it was a very squished trip. If we had one more person then we definitely would have been in trouble and needed a rental. We left it and they fixed it and today we picked it up. The guy immediately knew who we were and asked us how our trip was and if we had fun. Which was very nice of him to do so. The truck is in great condition and is working perfectly now. So thank You Mr. Tire guys for keeping our pawpaws truck safe because if not we all would be 6 ft under. (Only joking but we would never hear the end of it.)

He told me I shouldn't have called to make my appointment because that's just "people in India who don't know what they're doing." I had made the appointment online, not through the call center, so his racist comments a bout his own company's employees were unnecessary and innapropriate. Then he told me he had called me to cancel the appointment the day before, and he for sure had done it at 9:03am the day before according to his notes. I had made the appointment in the afternoon, after 9:03am. He doubled-down and insisted I was wrong. Okay, sure, Mr. Tire employees are so good that they can see the future and can call to cancel appointments that haven't even been made yet. They shouldn't let people make appointments if they don't take appointments. And if they do, let the people know ahead of time. And if they don't do that, then at least be apologetic about it. All I did was make an appointment online. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't deserve to be bullied and treated so poorly. The conversation ended with him snidely asking if I want their services on another day or not. I definitely do NOT want their services. There are other car places with employees who aren't jerks and liars.

    Let me first note that the SALES team is AMAZING!!!! They were wonderful when I purchased my new…read morecar last year.  However, this this service center is the least professional formal business I've ever encountered. I've never owned a Mitsubishi before so I'm unsure whether this is typical but I have owned several brand new cars and have never required service within the first 7 months of ownership let alone 5 times.  I called in a month ago with a warranty question and have yet to receive a return phone call from Coretta.  During my attempt to check in at my last and final appt, Coretta was amid a work inappropriate rant about how far behind she was on paperwork while acting like my presence for the appt I was given was an inconvenience for her. And once again I left without the job that I came in for having been completed in full which is definitely a trend.  She claimed that a part had to be ordered and she would call to schedule once it arrived. Of course its 2 months later and nothing.  Then I randomly have a missed call from them with no voicemail message after I've had the problem addressed elsewhere.  But hey she doesn't even call to tell me when car is ready when it's there as if I'm just supposed to know by osmosis when to pick it up.  At least she's consistent. She is the least easy person to deal with and shockingly the ONLY person in the tiny office that is their service dept. Each time I had to take my car I prayed for there to be literally ANYONE else for me to deal with and I mean ANYONE.  I have acknowledged or rather accepted what I already knew after my first visit which is that there is new learning or behavioral change occurring here. The sales dept was great but service with this lady has made me want to take crumbl cookies for everyone in the service dept at my other dealership because this type of nonsense would never be tolerated there.  I called and asked for the GM and the operator connected me to a voicemail for the vice president and COO who has yet to return my call as well. It seems that this type of behavior is an organizational issue and likely will NOT change. It's sad because the buying experience was great but it has been nothing short of debotchery since then. Skip this place and save yourself the aggravation. She's overwhelmed, disorganized, and obviously ill equipped to be a department of one. It's totally worth the drive and time to go ANYWHERE ELSE AND I MEAN ANYWHERE ELSE for Mitsubishi service.

The salesman who went by the name "Dame"? was aggressive and used intimidating tactics to get us to by a car. He was pushy and confrontational, walked around to other salesman to gossip that our expectations were unreasonable. (price match another dealership or at least come close) He refused to give a business card, and went as far as pretending to call the other dealership we had been to earlier, claiming he was speaking to the salesperson. That salesperson was not working, and the call was an act. He also stated he did not need to make this sale, as he was 3 sales away from his monthly quota. We went in to see if a car on the Durst lot was closer to what we were looking for within the same price range. ( consumer due diligence!!) As we were leaving, he continued to follow us out the door, throwing his hands in the air, and claiming we will not get a better deal anywhere else. We will never, ever, return to this dealership or any Sports Durst.

After leaving several messages and waiting three days for a return call from my dealer, I was finally able to talk with someone who informed me the earliest they could provide me with an estimate would be June 16th (today is May 12th). I immediately pulled up Yelp to check out the best reviewed body shops near me. As you can see, Hatley's was at the top of the list with a perfect score and some excellent testimonials. I called Hatley's and one of the owners answered on the first ring, and told me I could bring my car by anytime for an estimate. Even with the excellent reviews, I was surprised and wary at how easy this seemed. I drove my car over to the shop. I was greeted by Thomas (the owner) before I could even walk into the office. Thomas was so pleasant and started looking at the damage to my car right away. He asked a few quick questions, and then asked another mechanic if he could run an estimate on my car. This mechanic, Steve (actually the co-owner I believe), who was midway through painting another vehicle literally traded spots with Thomas, greeting me with the same extremely pleasant nature, and starting taking a look at the damage to my car. 15 minutes later I had an itemized estimate in my hands. Incredible! The pricing is extremely reasonable, but the professionalism and genuinely kind and honest customer service is what made the biggest impression. I am confident their work will be just as detailed and incredible as their communication. I'll update with after repair photos soon.
