On Monday Dec 15, without ever, contacting me again, they sent an email saying they were dropping the investigation because I had not contacted them again. I contacted customer service again & told the agent I had not received my order, & if they could not locate the order to issue a refund. He claimed to have no record of my initial complaint. He said he needed 3 to 5 days to investigate, when I complained he became rude & then said it would take 10 to 15 days to investigate & they would contact me with any information. The tracking site for the shipping company, On Trac, has shown the package at their final processing center awaiting delivery for a week now. On Trac has been unresponsive to my request to investigate the location of the shipment. To date I have not received contact by either company & still have not received my order.

I waited. And I waited some more. I did some serious waiting five feet away in a red sweater. No acknowledgment. No letting me know it might be a while. But that would've likely stopped the upselling I started to see. So I turned me and my bike around and left. It's hard for me to be on my feet that long. That's why I bike. Dood has a right to be into his subject matter. Usually shops want you to feel comfortable and respected as somewhat of a priority, even if you aren't being directly pitched at the moment... it just was not a good vibe. She examined the shoes to ensure they hadn't been worn, scanned the bar code, and asked me to swipe the card that I paid with.
