When I entered, the individual at the front desk greeted me kindly; seriously, I don't even want to say that they train them well (though they probably do) because I get genuinely good energy from everyone in that place. About my haircut and barber: I showed Quency a picture from last year and told him I wanted something like it, but I'm so tired of the cowlick and I want another option. She helped pick out the perfect style for an upcoming photo shoot and ensured I was happy with the style before I left.
