They even gave us great advice on how to pack and store everything from our garage while the work was being completed. I give this company 1 star because Tanner was on time. I had a gut feeling that my experience was not going to be good. I tried using an ice breaker saying, "since you are using my water do I get a discount?".. Tanner response was, "you don't have to do it". I requested to have my carpet and floors cleaned. Looking at the company videos I felt like this was the company for my needs. Tanner did a walk through and quoted me a higher price. Since I booked the services online I was giving a quote and a 100% price. I confirmed 3 rooms/stairs hallway is considered 4 rooms for $200?? A free Odor treatment which will be required in the master bedroom and we will discuss the floor cleaning when he arrived. Tanner agreed and I was pleased to know that our conversation was documented on messenger. When services were completed (1) I knew I had to wait for the carpet to dry to see the true results and (2) review the floors. Once everything was completed this is what I was left with. Spot on cleaning solutions (Tanner) Should be ashamed of the services that was provided, but had no shame taking my money. I pray that I am wrong, but was the poor services provided because I am a woman of Afro American decent?? In order for this company to put a better taste in my mouth, I request a fee floor cleaning from a different representative of the company. Cole from The Duct Brothers responded to my request immediately and set up an appointment to clean out my dryer duct. My vent is hidden in the walls and ceiling so I couldn't do it myself. They showed up on time and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. After vacuuming and brushing all the clogged lint, dust and dirt out, the dryer works perfectly. This…read morecompany runs an old truck-mounted unit that sounds like it was built during the Reagan administration and hasn't been maintained since, more like a jet engine warming up -- and they fire it up at 7 AM sharp on Saturday mornings, right outside residential homes. The noise is so loud it cuts through every wall in the house. There is no sleeping through it, no ignoring it. The whole block wakes up whether they want to or not. When I went outside and asked them to turn the output down or at least be mindful of the hour, the response was basically "city says we can work from 7 AM, Mon-Sun, so we will." No apology, no adjustment, no willingness to meet the neighborhood halfway. Just a shrug and a rulebook quote. The machine itself is clearly outdated -- newer truck mounts on the market run significantly quieter, but this company is clearly not investing in modern equipment or noise mitigation. They're running decades-old gear that rattles windows 10 houses down, and they don't care. "Legal" and "considerate" are not the same thing. Waking up an entire neighborhood at 7 AM on a weekend because your equipment belongs in a scrapyard, and then hiding behind a city noise ordinance when someone asks for basic courtesy -- that tells you everything about how this company operates. They don't give a damn about the community they work in. If this is what three decades of expertise looks like, I'd hate to see what year one was like. Probably involved actual dynamite. If you're a property manager or homeowner, ask what kind of truck mount they run and whether they take any steps to control noise. Or just hire someone who acts like they share a zip code with actual human beings.
