    Most small car lots don't have a lot going for them, but our experience today could not have been better. From the moment we drove up we were treated very Respectfully. There was never a time we felt pressure, all of our questions and concerns were answered. Negotiations are never fun, but there was even laughter through the process. We walked out with two cars that are clean, in good repair and priced appropriately. Thank you AJ for a very pleasant experience and understanding the importance of my granddaughter have a safe, yet cool first car!

    A 2020 Toyota Camry XSE is being listed by their salesmen on Facebook market place for 30k as a clean title vehicle. Upon pulling up the carfax the vehicle is shown to have an auto accident and with further information from the dealership the vehicle was purchased at auction. As a potential buyer one can only assume the car was possibly totaled or damaged under the hood. I then let the salesman know I wasn't interested no longer and this was his response. If you come here I wouldn't do business with this guy Sergio Zaragoza as he is completely unprofessional in his role, needless to say I was blocked after his last response

    We shopped for a VW Passat TDI for 3-4 weeks. We saw this car online, drove from Bryan - College Station to see it, and drive back a few hours later. They made us a deal would could not refuse, gave the car a quick bath, and the empty tank was almost topped off completely!! (and you know diesel is not cheap!) I want to thank AJ, and the team at Spotless for getting the deal done for us today, I'll be back when I need another ride! John and Meme

    I am updating my original review to reflect the full experience I had with Luna Car Center…read more My experience on 6/3/26-6/4/26 initially started very positively. From the first contact, Sam was courteous, friendly, and professional. I came in to test drive two vehicles we had seen online and ultimately decided to purchase one. Because we secured our own financing beforehand, the sales process was efficient and stress-free. Hamza, the Sales & Finance Manager, was also great to work with. During the test drive with Sam, I pointed out several warning notifications that were illuminated, including a tire pressure monitor malfunction, brake fluid warning, engine oil notification, and vehicle service indicators. I specifically asked whether these were simply sensor reset issues or if the vehicle required service, and whether the dealership would address them prior to purchase. I was assured the items would be handled by the service department, and I was later informed before the purchase that everything had been taken care of. Unfortunately, on the drive home, the same warning notifications reappeared. When I reached out to Sam seeking clarification about what work had been performed, communication fell short of my expectations. My concern was never about returning the vehicle or disputing the sale--I simply wanted transparency regarding the condition of the vehicle and any services that had been completed. After my review was posted, Hamza, the Sales & Finance Manager contacted me and asked for an opportunity to address my concerns. Although we had considered having the vehicle serviced elsewhere, we agreed to give Luna Car Center the chance to make things right. Hamza put us in contact with Abdul, the Service Manager, and we coordinated a date to bring the vehicle back in. I am pleased to say that management followed through. They acknowledged the communication issues, took responsibility for addressing my concerns, and worked with us to coordinate a resolution. On 6/19/26, we brought the vehicle in, and the dealership completed the necessary repairs and returned it to us without issue. Abdul the service manager reviewed the completed work with us and showed that the warning notifications had been addressed. Management was responsive and committed to resolving the situation. I believe reviews should reflect the entire customer experience, both positive and negative. While I was initially disappointed by the lack of communication after the sale, I appreciate that Luna Car Center ultimately stood behind its customer service, addressed my concerns, and worked to reach a satisfactory resolution. For that reason, I am updating my review to reflect the final outcome and updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. We appreciate Hamza's efforts to resolve the matter and Luna Car Center's commitment to customer satisfaction and following through.

They tried attacking me and my family, police had to be dispatched to get my vehicle back and they still didn't want me to get my car. Even had the audacity to say they were not going to warranty the work. They are aggressive and very rude. Unprofessional!

I also saw that SID was ranked the highest dealership on "Car Gurus" for a couple years running. We decided to check it out. David is not your "typical" salesman. He is extremely honest, answers all questions about each vehicle, and does not pressure you at all. His attitude is, he's happy to bless your family if you find a car to buy on his lot, or he'll be there to help you out if shopping in the future. He is personable, friendly, and trustworthy. We met Ivan as well and he was able to answer our numerous questions about auto insurance since he is an insurance agent too. He told us about options we weren't aware of and was very helpful! My son decided to purchase a Honda Accord from SID Motors and couldn't be happier! It's a great car in super condition! I highly recommend SID Motors and we'll definitely be back if looking again.

I…read morewasn't in the market for a car, but I fell in love with its solid construction, tough handling, and great gas mileage. When it was time to pass it on, I knew I was hooked. I had to have one. In my search, actually on Craig's list, I came across Concierge Autos and "www.yourtdiguy.com." Compared to other listings, the car seemed attractively priced, and I especially like the detailed photos--even of some of the minor flaws (a nick on the door trim, and a slight paint mark on the front bumper). I called and spoke with Daryl and he was extremely pleasant, he answered all of my questions, and arranged to meet me to see the car... on a Saturday night at 5:00 !! I drove down from Dripping Springs to San Antonio, and actually arrived at about 5:45, and he was there with a huge smile and keys in hand. The car was exactly as it had appeared in the pictures. All 30+ of them. It handled great, and was immaculately cleaned and really like new, despite the fact that it was about 2 years old with 68k miles. He knew all about the car, and was friendly and a real gentleman. He never pressured me and disclosed things I even forgot to ask about the car, its history, and what different things meant on the CarFax report, etc. I gave him a deposit, and came back about 4 days later. In the meantime, he had taken it to the VW dealer to have a 100 point inspection, get a recall notice checked out and dealt with, touched up one totally minor thing that I asked him to do, arranged for all of the registration and filings with the DMV, and threw in some luggage holders and filled it with gas. I haven't bought a car in about 14 years. This was a big deal for me, and I was like anyone, pretty apprehensive. but dealing with Daryl was about as good as it gets when buying a car. Daryl really is now, "my TDI guy."
