Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. I had a very large area rug I didn't want to transport and pay $275 I was quoted at the Persian rug cleaners so I called Spotless. They had a guy out the next morning who made the polyester rug look brand new and at a fraction of the cost of the other guys. Seriously, $275 for cleaning a rug I paid $75 for at Costco?!? No way! These guys were great! I hated my carpets. With two dogs, light beige carpet is a terrible thing to have! I called them and set up a consult. Came out the next day. And the price was way less then I was quoted by others....Stanley steamer. So I was happy! I called back a week later to set up the appt. They were on time, and quick! Made a world of difference. Found them on Yelp. Booked them via voicemail that got an email (per my request) within 2 hours. Got estimate, booked time - and then they showed up a few minutes early to boot! These folks just run a great business. Oh - the carpets look great, they got out the various spots and darker areas - and the carpet was dry a few hours earlier than they committed. Rich and Tim did a beautiful job on my aging carpets. This is the first time I have use their services. I couldn't have asked for better. We have two dogs and three children, and you wouldn't know from looking at the freshly cleaned carpets. They even took extra care to get out a couple stubborn stains. I am really impressed with this company. We have 3 clumsy adults, 1 toddler, 2 dogs, & 3 cats. You do the math. I was seriously considering getting all new carpet with my tax return or something even tho my carpet is only 3 1/2 years old. The company we used last year had me thinking my carpets were hopeless. We moved out of our rented condo recently and had to have the carpets cleaned. We had Spotless come out and they did a great job. They even managed to get a nasty pet stain out that I had no hopes for. I was scheduled for between 2 and 3 and the technician arrived at 2:05. Since we had already moved and cleaned up I asked him to just lock the door behind him, which he agreed to. I checked back 2 days later when it was dried and it look fantastic.
