I am so grateful I found this place !! I waited almost 3 months to write a review to make sure that it was accurate/helpful for those looking for the best carpet cleaners. My living room is all carpet and with two small children it gets dirty fast. I purchased my own carpet cleaner to keep up the maintenance but I always found black spots to come up a short while after. So I finally gave in and got them professionally cleaned. Not only was the owner helpful but very honest about what the results will be and what I can do to help ensure them to stay as white as possible. He even asked if I wanted the carpets scotch guarded because he knew my children were in the house and it would leave a faint chemical smell for a few hours, which I really appreciated and passed on. Overall The price was fair and for my carpets to look just as clean and beautiful as they did the first day he cleaned them is a steal. read more

I just had the best experience with these guys. Damien and another gentleman came (can't remember his name started with a J) and right off the bat made me feel very comfortable. I have 2 huge dogs and a 3.5 month old baby so the whole time leading up to them coming I was a little stressed. But Damien was awesome. Explained to me what the process was going to be like, reassured me that I could walk around if I needed to. He made recommendations on how to clean my carpet (my dogs puked on them) and gave me a bottle of cleaner to help out and explained what we were doing wrong with previous cleanups and what to do for future ones. He also let me know about how safe everything was (concerned about chemicals and baby/dogs) He was such a nice guy! The service was just outstanding! Didn't sell me on anything and was very considerate of me having the baby. He also did a sample cleaning on my tile bc I had asked about it. My carpet is still drying but so far everything was great and I look forward to doing business with them again. Very happy customer! read more

If there were 10 stars, Damien would get them. He just saved me at least $6000 on carpet replacement in a rental house that the tenants had trashed. My first impulse when I got the house back after having to evict the tenants was to just rip out the 3 year old carpet and start over. Then I remembered the amazing work that Damien had done removing stains in my living room carpet after a water heater burst and leaked all over. I am so glad I waited the house is 1700 sq ft. two story and the estimate I had to replace two small rooms 10x12 with fairly good quality carpet was $1500. so you can guess what the rest would have cost. Well worth the wait and a pleasure to deal with. you cannot imagine how filthy and stained the carpets were. read more

Damien is a great guy and did a remarkable job on our house. I was a yelp lurker and joined to share how great Spotless is. We had a huge bloody carpet mess from our poor dog's last day. Damien worked hard on the spot, was kind, and it is gone and has not come back (over 7 months). We had some new spots in our hallway and ran into him at a restaurant and he told us to call him, becuase he wanted to make sure our carpet was still clean. We have a lot of traffic in our house. He came by, cleaned the areas requested at no charge and our carpets look new again. His equipment is impressive and his service is excellent. read more

I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with the service I received from Spotless carpet cleaning. My carpets have never looked this clean and I had the service done a month and a half ago. They got out all the stains the other cleaning companies said wouldn't come out and the stains have not shown back up. as amazing was that while I was provided a quote, as they were cleaning, the gentleman came back to me and told me that they wouldn't have to do a special treatment he had orginaly thought I would need. I recently had Spotless come to clean my large bonus room and area rug after my sick dog had made a small mess. This was the second time I had used them and the experience was consistent - Demien was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice on a rug that I wasn't sure was of good quality, cleaned my carpet in a fast and efficient manner, and cleaned up after themselves. Wow! I am truly impressed with this company! We had new carpets put in our downstairs living room a year ago. Our new puppy decided to mark that as her territory. I thought our carpet was ruined. Damien and Juan came out and told me that they could take care of it. I really wasn't expecting it to come out as great as they said it would. I was very happy to see that it did! They told me if it looked like the stain was coming back after 24 hours to call back and they would come out again. Super nice guys, very professional and willing to go the extra mile. This is my first YELP review and I am taking the time to do because I am so extremely pleased with the service and the results from Spotless. My floors are white ceramic and very hard to clean and I had not had them professionally cleaned in over 3 years. When they came to give me my estimate, I was told that they would first try their standard cleaning and if that didn't work they would take to next level, which would also result in a higher fee along with sealing the floors, another additional fee. When test was complete I was told advanced cleaning would NOT be needed nor would I need a sealant and NO ADDITIONAL FEE would be needed. I was educated on how best to clean floors and was even given a bottle of cleaner for free. He then explained where I can buy - they don't sell so I know information was to help me and not to pad the overall bill. My floors look brand new and I couldn't be happier!! This is my first review of any business. We hired Spotless to clean our rug in a large play room/family room. The rug is a very light gray and had plenty of spots and stains from use by our kids. As always, I comparison shopped among many local carpet cleaning companies. Spotless was not the cheapest. In fact, Spotless was one of the more expensive quotes I received. After talking with their sales rep., Damien, I nevertheless decided to go with them. I am very glad I did. Damien understood that they were not the cheapest company out there but told me that their cleaning process was unique and top-rate and, more perhaps even more importantly, their customer service and guarantee ("we will exceed your expectations") was something they stood behind. After the cleaning crew came in, I inspected the carpet. It did indeed exceed my expectations - they had gotten out every treatable stain and the carpet was restored to a condition of cleanliness that I had not previously seen. But there was an issue: the cleaning process had "stretched" the carpet and created noticeable rippling and sag in the carpet. This was most likely not the error of Spotless or a defect in their carpet cleaning process, but rather likely caused by the age and condition of our carpet. Nevertheless, when I asked Damien to come back out and inspect the rippling he did so and immediately called me back, telling me he would send out a carpet stretcher to rectify the problem. No excuses, no deflected blame, no delay. Many other companies might have taken a different position: declaring that the problem was with the carpet, not with the cleaning, and refusing to make any efforts to correct the issue. But Damien and Spotless took a different route - they stood by their guarantee, they exceeded my expectations. A business model that is all too rare in these days. As a result of this experience, I would highly recommend Spotless for your cleaning needs. read more

i've used spotless for years. no, they are the cheapest but hey you get what you pay for which is amazing customer service and fantastic results. appointment making is always hassle free and within my timeframe. if there is by chance an issue of any sort - damien comes with no qualms to sort it quickly and efficiently... demian is immensely knowledgable about all aspects of tile, upholstery and carpet cleaning. he's honest about what to expect on tough jobs and he's a miracle worker on what you think may be a lost cause. i feel confident in recommending spotless and do so often to friends and clients. spotless is worth it! read more

We recently had all the upholstery in our house cleaned by Spotless, something that had not been done for a very long time. We are very happy with the results! All of our furniture looks fabulous, but our fabric covered dining room chairs were especially soiled and they look like new! Damien spent extra time on a couple of stubborn spots. After an initial phone call, Damien promptly came in person to give us an estimate, recommended cleaning methods for the various fabrics and so on. He was personable and professional in our contacts with him. He is extremely knowledgable about different fabrics and cleaning methods and took the time to explain in detail exactly what he was going to do and to answer any questions we had. I don't think you'll find anyone more knowledgable. I liked that he didn't try to talk us into other services, e.g. cleaning the carpet. He was able to schedule our job in a reasonable amount of time. Damien and his helper came within the time period specified and spent several hours making sure everything was done properly. I appreciated the follow up phone call to see if we had any concerns or questions. I don't think you will go wrong with Spotless. They give expert, professional service. read more
