This past weekend we had had a brand new finished basement fill bul with water that just would not…read morestop coming. Pro Restoration One arrived within an hour after reaching out and worked almost around the clock for 2.5 days. We cannot thank Lou enough, he mad an extremely stressful and uncertain situation much less stresful. Lou continuolsy reassured us, that as bad as it was/looked, he would get it cleaned up so we can start the fix. There were times I thought they would just give up, as it was literally like something out of a movie. Multiple contractors and engineers told us they have never seen anything like it in thier lives. We are in the drying and anti mold phase, Lou reassured us he would be back regularly to monitor and treat as needed. Lou explained everything each step along the way, and why he had to do certain things. It ended up being a much bigger project than he expected, but he honored the quoted price. Avoid the big guys with the fancy trucks, Lou and his guys will run circles around them.

However, 2 days later the humidity level was still over 80% and the carpet started to smell. I called Flood Fire Pro (via Restoration Eze) and Ed brought his crew right out with all the necessary equipment. Not only did they do a great job with the cleanup, but Ed knew exactly how insurance companies like things done. The crew was respectful, helpful, and always providing me with updates if I was around. They did a fabulous job cleaning everything up and told me what to watch for. They knew we had kids and they went out of their way to make sure everything was safe. We could not have been happier with Ed and his team.

Repeatedly tried to get us to just throw everything away stating "the insurance will just buy you new stuff"! items that were meaningful. The employee were amazing! However, the two owners are out to scam the insurance company and your wallet. We ended up firing them because they just left our house not worked on for weeks. They never submitted the quote until I called and reminded them that the insurance company didn't get it! It should have been in 6 weeks before they submitted it! The employees only worked 4-5 hours per day! They will just waste your money and time!
