I did not catch her name. But I appreciate her a lot. Breakfast was good, but get there early for the best waffle toppings since they run out. However, there were some issues. I was awakened extremely rudely my first night of my stay at 1 AM by the people next to me yelling, screaming, partying, and fighting. I called the front desk and it rang and rang for five minutes before someone answered, then it took him a while to do anything. It went on so long I struggled to get back to sleep and was sleepy all day. But the second night was better, quiet and uneventful. But please, do more about obnoxious, yelling, screaming guests. They ruined the stay for me, but if front desk had dealt with it quicker and more decisively, this would have been a higher rating.

The beds here are relatively hard. My body is so sore from sleeping in these beds. The next time I come back, I will be returning to the Holiday Inn express. This is not a bad hotel. My biggest complaint is the comfort level in the beds. If you prefer a harder bed, this hotel is probably right for you.

Check in was a breeze and the lovely lady working the evening I got into town was happy and just extremely pleasant to deal with. she got me on my way in a few moments after I arrived. Rooms were good sized and very clean- as were all areas of the establishment: Common areas, hallways etc. Bed was comfy, and the hot water was hot - without having to wait forever. Perfect. In the morning, they offer what I would say is one of the best free breakfasts I've had in quite some time. Coffee was not only hot, but tasted very good - a rare find these days. The hot offerings changed daily and pretty much every dietary preference was covered in some fashion. the folks doing kitchen duty were obviously very dedicated to their jobs, and it showed. Round it all out with an indoor pool and fitness center as well as a small outdoor patio seating area, and you have a very good place to unwind after a long day of meetings or whatever it is that brings you to town. Overall a wonderful experience and I would absolutely use this location again if back in the area.
