Place has gone down the tubes! Coffee Maker but no coffee. No ice. No dog area. Was quoted one price and had to pay another $25. for one of their supposed nicest rooms which was a dump. Dinner closed at PM and no other place to eat dinner except a very expensive and limited grocery store or a very limited selection at the gas station. We won't be returning but we'll drive another 45 minutes to someplace decent. By the way flies and bees in abundance! read more

Clean motel, reviews are innacurate and outdated. We had an impromptu visit last night and had hoped to use the RV sites with our camper especially after reading these reviews. Unfortunately they were all full so we had to use there facilities it was late so we had to call the after hours line and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner answered and was really nice and very understanding. He was quick, pleasant and took the time to recommend a good breakfast place. Do not trust the reviews this place was clean, simple and clearly under new ownership. we enjoyed our visit and would stay again. New bedding and fixtures, place is still older but you can see they are updating. The current photos are accurate. Thank you again!! read more

We had booked a reservation through Hotels.com. When we arrived, we were told they had no record of the booking. When I showed the desk clerk, the reservation on my phone, he commented that it basically didn't matter. I'm just as glad that we didn't stay there. The place looked seedy. I just got a Yelp notification that somebody just commented that they liked my photo I posted for this place with my review from 3 years ago. So I pulled up this business out of curiosity to read current reviews to see if the place has gotten any better, only to find out that my review had been removed. They must be paying a company to remove them. I also own a business and have been contacted by businesses that say they can remove bad ratings. It's probably Yelp anyways just to make more money. Well my photo was still up but my review was gone so I am doing the review again. I am a truck driver and drove many hours and was tired and could not make it to Seattle. It was about 11:00 pm. I chose this place because they had a decent price. When I pulled in the owner came over all friendly and said, "Hey come have some beers with me and my friend !" I said no thanks, I need to sleep and I have to get up at 5 in the morning thanks anyways. Well come to find out they were sitting two rooms over from my window and partied all night long out front. Laughing, drinking, talking, etc for hours. I could not get to sleep and thought about leaving. But I knew that wouldn't be the answer either. The toilet kept running every 20 minutes or so to fill back up because it was leaking down from a faulty seal. I finally got up and reached under the toilet and turned the water supply off at the control valve so that it would quit running every 20 minutes. When I got up in the morning to leave I could see the two chairs and the empty beer cans and ashtray and cigarette butts all over the place. Didn't get much sleep but made it back to Seattle the next morning. I would never stay here again ! I remember wishing I knew what room they were passed out in because I would have banged on that window so effing hard at 5 am when I left !!! If I remember correctly, I also called my credit card company and got reimbursed for the room due to dissatisfaction. Keep that in mind when using your credit card that that option is available to you! read more

If I could make this a negative one star I would. Let's start with the fact that this place is overgrown with weeds three to four feet tall and they owners have left a broken fence on the ground for two months which just adds to the class of the place. I have a 2020 travel trailer and during the heat wave of 2020 I repeatedly lost power running nothing but my AC unit and fridge. On the hottest day--113 degrees the owners were AWOL and didn't answer their phone or door for an hour while we sweltered in the trailer and I had to take my dogs in my car and drive to have AC on them because they were rapidly going into distress from the heat. I should have left then but it cost me well over $700 to have my trailer moved to this park from Idaho so I stayed thinking it would get better. It does not. Long and short the power continued to go off and when it was 110 I called the office to let them know the power was out AGAIN- very nicely and asked them to flip the breaker on their locked pole. Yes they have all of the park on one pole- most parks have one unit on each pole. Close to thiry minutes later I politely asked again and explained my dogs were getting overheated- the response from the owner was to scream at me that she did not have to jump when I asked for something- she was busy. As I recall she was busy sitting on her ass in her air conditioned living room watching t.v. After she had a screaming rant at me which left me speechless with my jaw dropped- I have never had a professional business person act like I'm some crack head off the street before- she finally consented to flip the breaker about fifty feet from her front door. THis was not the end of course. IT continued to go out for multiple people in the park and God help you if you had to ask her to flip the breaker on. She even sent her husband to my trailer to make me flip all of my breakers off before they would flip the breaker to my space back on when it was now 100 degrees. I suspect drugs or alcohol at play but that is only my opinion based on professional work experience in the criminal justice system. I was finally threatened by the owners that if the power kept blowing because I insisted on running my ac during the heat wave on the space I paid for they would simply stop flipping the breaker back on. Yea illegal as hell but they know they can get away with terrorizing people and they do. This place is unsafe, dangerous and traumatizing- do not stop- do not give these crack heads your hard earned money and expect respect, courtesty or the product you pay for- i.e electricity to your space. If you are rough camping it great go for it- frankly I would rather stat at a walmart parking lot. This place needs to be seriously shut down by someone before they kill someone. I am lucky I was home when it hit 113 and was able to get my dogs out. If I had been at work I would have come home to find them dead inside and I would be typing this from teh Linclon County Sheriff Jail because I would have killed the son of bitches that run this shit hole. DO NOT STAY HERE. read more

The price is right and clean! Great for a quick sleep and get back on the road. The owner answered his phone and got us checked in late at night. Much better than any of the options we found on the west side of Spokane, glad we risked it and drove a little further. read more

I'm not sure how this place has the good reviews that it does on here... Our experience was quite different. The doors don't even have any sort of lock from the inside... We wedged a chair under our door knob. There were several bugs on the floor. Several things broken in the room. The shower was about the size of a camper shower. Beds were hard and sheets and mattress covers had holes in them. Towels also had holes. It was very disappointing. Also, the lady told me it was $66 all together on the phone... Upon check in she added several more taxes and charges and we ended up having to pay $81. We would not stay here again. read more

We stayed here in June 2010. Nice little hotel for the price. This is the kind of place that you won't find on any travel site. Because of that, it's about half the price of other comparable 2 star hotels that are on travel sites. Not great, but it's nice, and quiet, and the owner was a good guy. No breakfast or pool. Wonderful place! As the previous reviewer noted, you won't find it on many travel sites like kayak or tripadvisor, but it does come up with a simple Google search for motels, and that's the main thing. Couldn't be happier with the room: very clean, well-kept, pleasant, with all the amenities you'd expect, at a good price considering how few motels there are in the area. I have to stress that having stayed at a lot of motels, the rooms are at the very high end of the pleasantness scale. read more

I was a single woman traveling alone. The owners made me feel safe and secure. The rooms were clean and quaint. I could feel the love they put into fixing up the rooms. They had a sign that said "European Standard of Cleanliness". I didn't get it at first, but they explained when they traveled to Switzerland and Germany that every place they stayed at was really clean. We stayed here 9/30/11 we were moving from spokane to Arizona and were having a bunch of problems with are load. We pulled in at 9pm. Then we are now at the Sprauge Motel & RV Park. Their rooms are super Cozy and clean with free WIFI Direct TV Towels Laid out Microwave and coffee pot and coffee. Plus they only charge $16 bucks extra for Bosco & Peachers. Room Total was $86.00. The Motel and RV park is a really nice place to stay. They are so accommodating and friendly. MOVING UPDATE we got loaded we pulled on to the freeway, 1 tarp came loose we had to stop 4 times on freeway to fix it. we made it to SPRAUGe Wa. Tarp ripped lost 1 box of stuff not to bad it was just craft paint so I am sure someone has a tie-died wind shield now. We stopped in Sprauge we were so frustrated we couldn't go any further. We were hungry and tired We found the Viking restaurant the have the most AMAZING FOOD. If you ever go through this lil 1 horse town you must stop and EAT get either their VIKING BURGER a 4 paty burger with everything on it , PLUS it is flame Broiled and their fries are REALLY GOOD!! or get their fish and chips light flaky and full of flavor. read more
