I had lunch with co-worker GFs at Spreadz. It's a small sandwich shop hidden in the middle of a business complex. They offer several sandwiches, some salads, a large variety of chips and drinks to choose from. I had the tasty roasted veggie sandwich - roasted bell peppers, tomatoes, avocado, shredded lettuce, pickles, peperoncini, pepper jack cheese and mustard on a warm soft dutch crunch roll. The sandwich was large, so I only ate half. Next time I'll split my sandwich with a friend. We ate our sandwiches in their outdoor covered patio which was a nice break from the office. read more

The sandwich ingredients are literally off the farm fresh, quality that can be tasted in the cool crunch of the veggies. All sauces are also made in house - my go to being the cilantro aoli on everything. Try this if you dare - Ruben pastrami, on a sweet roll, with all your favorite veggies topped with cilantro aoli. Grab a bag of your favorite chips and/or a side of the pesto salad. If you don't have Spreadz in your lunch rotation, you probably don't like sandwiches. Its as simple as that. read more

This place is either a hit or miss depending on when you go. If you go at a busy time, they will almost guarantee that they mess up your order but if you go early enough, their sandwiches are actually pretty good. Reading reviews and seeing the crowds of people in there at lunchtime, Beau and I honestly expected a life changing sandwich. Alas, they were just sandwiches. He had the roast beef, I had the tuna. Beau said his was kinda stingy on the meat while being overstuffed with toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.). The tuna has apples in it which I didn't hate, but definitely could've done without. I will say the Dutch crunch bread was seriously amazing (I'd never heard of such a thing) and the service was wonderful. I just don't quite understand all the rave reviews. Certainly a step above Jimmy John's or Subway but nothing you couldn't make for yourself better at home. My Reuben wasn't a NY Reuben, but it was a decent sandwich regardless. I sure didn't need a side or a bag of chips to be full, but they have a good selection of them if you choose. This place is small yet seems to be very popular amongst local workers. We went on a Monday around 12 for a sandwich. The wait was about 15 from ordering to getting our food. The ladies working are very kind and wipes down the cans before you walk away so your drink is clean. Great service and the food is awesome! Come support a local business that is female ran! Beautifully made sandwiches with some good variety of bread, cheeses, and extras. I dropped in for lunch last week and ordered myself a pastrami on a dutch roll with a side of chips and a drink. The first thing I noticed was that you get a pretty good amount of food for the price. They really stuff these things with a lot of meat and extras. It's a good compliment to the thick bread that they use. My sandwich tasted awesome, not too salty, just the right amount of condiments, and very fresh. Customer service at Spreadz is great as well, except it does take them a while to make the sandwiches. Worth the extra few minutes for the delicious morsel though. As a side note, there is a good amount of seating here if that should apply to you. I usually take my sandwich and sit in the sunshine outside. read more

I tried Spreadz recently after my classes and overall did enjoy the experience. It's a small little sandwich shop in the middle of a parking lot so it can be very easy to miss. I always love coming here for lunch and getting the spicy turkey sandwich on sourdough. This is right next to my work so it's good for a quick lunch stop. Sandwich meat is freshly cut, bread is soft and there spread is super tasty. This is the first time I am trying there breakfast which looks pretty good. I ordered the Tri-tip with dutch crunch bread and spicy bbq sauce. The sandwich was superb and satisfied my every tastebud. The cost was approximately $10 and some change. Seemed a bit pricy for just a sandwich, but well worth spending for the occasional tasty Friday lunch. The gentlemen that rang me up was a bit quick with ringing me up, I totally felt rushed and he never asked if I wanted a drink or anything else. I feel that they're trained to go very quick.. This is a quick In and out in a hurry, that has some perks during the lunch hour. I'd recommend having your decision made on what you wanting to order before stepping in the line. Location is not visible from Walsh and is kinda hidden far in the back right in the middle. The front balcony has a nice dining area that looked pleasant and relaxing, it was completely occupied while I was there. The chicken had just the right amount of spice to give it a chipotle kick, and the dutch crunch roll was fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. One sandwich is usually plenty to satisfy my appetite. In addition they have a few deli staples, such as macaroni salad. One time they forgot to give me the salad with my sandwich and when I reminded them the owner threw in a cookie on the house... which was also delicious. After my previous not-so-glowing review i got a private message from the owner apologizing for the mayo error and he offered for me to come in, ask for him and he would ensure my sandwich is correct, and on the house. I never took him up on the offer cause of a couple reasons. 1; I have no doubt they can make the sandwich correctly. All they need to do is not add a single ingredient, so i didnt doubt they could make me a delicious sandwich if special attention was brought to it. 2; I didnt write the review for a free sammy.
