I received the wrong soda, sent customer a service a picture of the wrong items received that very day. Customer service responded and said they would send me a replacement, but I have not heard back since then and it's been about a week after a couple follow ups from me. This was a Christmas present since we just moved and my fiancé cant find the cream soda anywhere up here. Really disappointed in lack of urgency from the customer service department. Will update review if I hear back from them with a solution. Update: I received my refund for my order this morning, thankfully. I visited sprecher to meet a friend for happy hour. Drinks were priced reasonably at about $8 each. I enjoyed my mule with sprecher ginger beer and my friend liked the beer she chose also. Bartenders worked hard to serve us quickly and overall it was a good experience. The only thing I'd like to see improve is food. I left wishing they had more food offerings as we were hoping to eat but there was not much to choose from read more

The root beer and other soda pops are great. The price for tasting is well worth it. The pretzel is gigantic and good. Pizza is nothing to write home about though. Folks are real friendly. Didn't get to go on the tour (plan ahead), but plan on doing it next time we pass through. read more

A worthy brewery tour of one of the OG staples of MKE! It was quick (30 min) and the guide was very knowledgeable Nd engaging. The interior is nothing to write home about, a bit outdated but it fits the theme. You get 4 free "samples" after the tour, which actually are full 10oz pours! Such a great deal. In addition to the 4 beer samples, you can also try as many of their sodas! The root beer is the classic fave but the orange cream was a close 2nd! Great place to come with the family on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It costs $30 for a tour that was very interesting and informative. Our guide was nice. He even gave our free beer in the middle of the tour. Along with the tour you are given a bracelet for four beers and unlimited soda. So, that was five beers in total, much more than I could personally handle. At the end, there is a nice tap room to sit and chat while enjoying your drinks and watching TV. Some other food is sold like cheese curds and hot pretzels. Upon leaving, there is a gift shop where you can purchase sodas and beer. Reminded me of Disney World where there is a gift shop after every ride. I would recommend buying beverages at your local grocery store where it is probably less expensive. I couldn't purchase anything because I was limited to three ounces of liquids by the airlines and I didn't want to checkin baggage. Thanks for a nice visit! read more

They shipped the wrong soda, and it took several attempts via email, social media private messaging, ai chat bots, and finally a phone call where someone actually answered the phone (even though she couldn't help me, she was nice). I didn't realize they'd shipped the incorrect soda for about a month because I was saving the case for when we moved to our new house (as a treat). On moving day, I opened the box and it was Puma Soda instead of grape. Huge disappointment but I figured the company would make it right. Unfortunately, the company has given me nothing short of the run around (if you can actually get someone to respond), and im out about $55-$60 bucks. The person that finally did respond via email said I needed a photo of the soda and an order number but there wasn't a shipping invoice in the box. Poor customer service and an attitude that says they just don't care if customers didn't get what they ordered. read more

This was a tasting but not a tour. It started with a person standing on a riser and telling the group about Sprecher history. The area was noisy, so it was next to impossible to hear what he had to say. From there, the group moved into an area with a number of tanks. The guide may have been telling us about the process, but anyone not near the front could not hear him. Then we moved back into the tasting room and looked through a glass window at empty bottles on a conveyor. So, not really a tour but a bit of an unheard speech. Loved the tour and samples here! Your paid admission gets you a tour of the place and 4 samples of beer, unlimited samples of soda, and a small glass that you get to keep at the end. We've been to other tours in Milwaukee that were entertaining, but light on information. Our tour guide, Pete I think, was super informative and we loved his tour! He told us he's been a home brewer for over 25 years I think and he had a lot of knowledge on many aspects of the brewing and on the Sprecher beers. We were the only 2 on the tour, and so we were able to ask lots of questions which he readily answered. I am not a big beer drinker but really enjoyed the beers he suggested. My favorite was the Abbey Triple, and not because of the high alcohol content, but because of how surprisingly smooth it was. Jeremy C's fave was one the Czar which is aged in bourbon soaked oak barrels. I was surprised to find that they sell way more soda than they do beer, but after tasting the sodas I can see why too. Not overwhelmingly sweet with good and interesting flavors. The gift shop is pretty neat and you can make your own six pack of bottles for really good prices. read more

We enjoyed a nice, easy going tour here on Saturday 10/12/19. The cost for 2 adults was $16 and with that, you get a wristband w/ 4 beer sample tabs. I'm pregnant so I went with their delicious root beer. They have a lot of craft sodas & beers. My husband enjoyed his XII Dragons the most. The tour is simple and lasts about 30 minutes. It's kid friendly and easy to maneuver if you have a stroller. The employees were friendly and you can hang out as long as you like in their seating area. They have 1 TV for your viewing pleasure. My wife brought me as part of a birthday day trip touring the Milwaukee area breweries. I've always been fond of the Sprecher sodas. The factory has a great gift shop area offering product sales by the bottle, four pack of case with slightly better than retail prices. The Sprecher tour is a little shorter than most similar tours I've attended. The tour guide certainly took the time to convey the brewing process while intermixing some humor into the presentation. The Sprecher sampling area is fashioned as though you are under the big top tent. Sprecher has all their offerings available for sampling and the pourers were liberal with the samples. I've not had any of the Sprecher hard sodas before and found this to be an excellent opportunity to do so. Really enjoyed our time at Sprecher and will definitely make a return visit. read more

Sprecher makes one of the greatest root beers of all time. I didn't know it was made just outside of Milwaukee until just recently. They have cheap tours with four beer samples and unlimited soda :):):):) The tour was very informative about the history of Sprecher including how soda and beer are made and bottled. Spoiler alert, honey makes the root beer great. The large beer hall serving the samples had a great feel and a very German Wisconsin vibe. I loved every minute of my visit. read more

I really enjoyed visiting Sprecher's! We don't drink alcohol- and this tour was great even for us teetotalers! The tour was interesting for adults and children. We all enjoyed sampling all the sodas before and after the tour! We also bought some pretzels after the tour - and the different mustards were pretty tasty as well. We ended up hanging out at Sprecher's for some time after tour playing some of the games they have available. The gift shop was awesome! Found some soda flavors that I've never seen in stores. We attended a wedding at Sprecher the past weekend, which prompted me to realize I haven't written a review. The wedding was wonderful and Sprecher was a fantastic and intimate venue, however they are a great brewery to visit any time and a Milwaukee staple. The brewery tours are fun and you receive a nice tasting glass (to take home) and plenty of samples. Their wide variety of beers available encompasses something for everyone. Not only does Sprecher have a great selection of brews, but they also allow you to sample any and as much of their sodas as you would like during the tour. The cream soda is my personal favorite and is absolutely phenomenal, but they have everything from a delicious root beer to a more adventurous and interesting watermelon soda. Sprecher's hard ciders are also a fun option. The indoor beer garden is the perfect place to relax after the tour and sample the beer and soda. The atmosphere is nice and snacks are available. There is a beer depot on site with plenty of merchandise and beer available to go. You can select single bottles of most of their offerings to take home, which is especially great if you are looking to do more sampling. If you haven't been to Sprecher for their brewery tour, do yourself a favor and go. The Oak Leaf Trail bike path goes close by as well, making the brewery even more accessible. read more
