Acura of Riverside provides great service regardless of your reason for visiting the dealership. For me personally, my 2007 Acura TL's alternator had malfunctioned in the middle of me driving and I was towed to the closest dealership to me, which was Acura of Riverside. I arrived at around 6:30 PM and it seemed to be closing up, but Bobby was able to assist me and set me up in no time. Though they weren't able to have my car looked at on the spot, I received a call and text giving me the service report early the next morning. Bobby was able to work with me on what I needed to have done with my car, and explained things thoroughly. In a few hours my alternator was replaced, and my car was ready to go with an oil change that I requested as well. I'm very thankful for how quickly the entire process occurred because I don't think I could've handled not having my car for more time than it took. Just leased a 2017 RDX base from this dealership. The transaction could have not have been easier. Terrible experience! Came here to sell my vehicle because Kelley blue book gave me a fair sell your car quote. Looked on the lot in hopes of even buying a car. Our vehicle was entered with actual vin information and were quoted almost $7000 for our car and said if we took it here that's what they would pay for it. When we got there they said they would only give us $1300!!!!! For a Cadillac CTS!!!! This place is a joke!!!! I understand maybe $500 difference! Heck even $1000!!!! Leased a RDX 2019. I just wanted to share my experience so no one else goes thru the same thing. I went in with the intention of buying a car and not leasing it. When the numbers were presented they made it a huge difference in buying vs leasing. I had liked the payment on the lease and that's were I messed up by agreeing. They offered me different quotes with and without down payment and they said every 1k is 32 dollars a month you save but the 0 zero down vs 2k down was nearly a 200 dollar difference? Why lie? anyways, I had asked about my credit score and what it came out with twice and both times the sales rep "forgot" to get the sheet to show me and would steer the conversation a different way. I ended giving 3k down for this lease, after everything I decided to take my contract to my credit union and they went thru the whole contract with me. The 3k I gave down disappeared in those numbers. At the end of it all those 3k never helped with getting the car meaning the dealer just kept it and could of given me what I had at 0 down. Purchasing was a better deal for me due to my high credit score, it came out as a tier one credit and when they did the contract they gave me a deal of a tier 2 or tier 3 credit worthiness. I tried reaching out to them to get some sort of explanation, I know it's a bit late now but just wanted to inform everyone to watch their contract and my recommendation go thru a credit union first, second avoid this dealer. read more

Service Dept is top notch, my service adviser "Bobby" handled my service needs with utmost professionalism & efficiency. He did not attempt to up sell me extra services that my car didn't need. I've encountered many service advisers try to up sell me a bunch of service as if I am their last meal ticket. Parts dept appears to be making all the money for this dealership. I went in to have my cabin air filter replaced & my invoice shows $42 x 2 = $84 + tax for two cabin filters, not including labor, which they charged a reasonable 1/2 hour. For $84 those Acura filters (made by Denso) should be either bullet proofed w/ teflon or gold plated. read more

Sometimes you get lucky making big financial purchases. For me my luck has come in the way of a long time relationship with a car dealership. Acura of Riverside is a dealership which is as good as it gets! Most consumers purchase several different brands of automobiles during a life time. I am no different. My goal 8 years ago was to own a new luxury car over the $50K price range and with all the bells and whistles. I knew it would take a few years to save and move up in class to reach my goal. Today I'm in an Acura RLX PAWS sticker price at $55K, but I didn't pay anywhere near that much. My RLX is my 4th Acura in 8 years. I've only used one Acura dealership and that was Acura of Riverside, Ca a Hendricks Motors Franchise. From new car sales and service, the service techs and porters who get your car cleaned up after service and prepare new cars. I've come to know them all in an 8 year period and they're as good as it gets. I've never felt pressured, uncomfortable or like they were holding something back from the deal. I've moved out of state, but I came back to this dealership to purchase my 2016 RLX. I tried going to another Acura dealership, but as I began negotiations it was quickly apparent I was dealing with less than professional or even scrupulous sales folks. I ran out of there and straight back to Acura of riverside. To all those fellow Acura automobile lovers, if your serious about buying an Acura, go to Acura of Riverside, Ca. If you own an Acura already, go have your Acura serviced there and take a walk around while you wait. You will quickly see what I'm talking about. Normally don't write reviews based on experiences or purchases, however, my purchase of a 2010 Acura MDX at the new Acura of Riverside was extremely positive. Even though I had to drive over 60 miles to the dealer to finalize the transaction and pick-up the SUV it was worth it. Misty Gonzalez was my primary sales person. Everything was handled through email and by phone at first. She was very helpful and was very patient with all my requests for information. When I arrived at the dealer the whole process was very professional with no added pressure. She discussed the purchase, spent a significant amount of time going over the features in the MDX including uploading my cell phone contacts in the car's phonebook right on the spot. It is the little things that count. I realize this is her responsibility to make sure the customer understands all the features available, however, she took her time and did not rush through the process. Back in the office, Ms. Gonzalez spent time taking me through MyAcura.com, which is a site for owners. I have visited the site a few times and found it to be helpful for new owners. Signing up for access to the site is very easy. The financial transaction was handled by Debbie Camargo, who was also very pleasant and took her time to explain all the details of the purchase. There was no pressure to purchase anything extra. Overall, the finance part of the purchase was pretty easy and stress free. In the end, the whole experience was painless and only required a couple of hours at the dealer. Well worth the time for what you are getting in a SUV. The new Acura of Riverside is my dealer of choice and will use them again in the future. Thanks to the Acura team for making my MDX purchase a memorable one. read more
