Rafi and Nafy are the most phenomenal florists ever. Several of my family members had used them in the past. So when my grandmother passed away I decided to give him a call. Rafi answered immediately, I texted him with photos of what I had seen and he sent me pictures of what he has made and prices. I was blown away by the are arrangements. I found these folks on Yelp to send Sympathy flowers to a dear friend. I ordered them for delivery that day, but it was late in the day when I placed the order. I received a call from the Florist to let me know that they were out of orchids, but would have them back in the next day. He offered me the option of substituting another flower or waiting until the next day to include the orchids. I chose to wait and they were delivered the next day. The arrangement was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING & BEAUTIFUL!! Complete perfection and just the way it looked on their web page. I have been a FLOWER LOVER my whole life and these were just GORGEOUS. I appreciate the Extra Effort of the personal call to let me decide about "a Substitution" or Not. Three years ago, I ordered a Valentine's Day arrangement from this shop, and was quite happy with the service and quality of the flowers. They are in my neighborhood, so I was really pleased to find a local business to support. When they sent a reminder email the following year, I quickly went to their website and placed another order. Big mistake. Despite ordering several days ahead of time, they failed to deliver the bouquet to my girlfriend's office during business hours...meaning she got to sit and watch all of the other people in the office receive flowers, without getting any herself. When I called the shop, they apologized and told me how busy they were, and promised to change the delivery to our home address early that evening. "Early that evening" ended up being around 11:00 PM...I was shocked to hear the knock on our door that late at night. I was not happy about it, but the delivery guy seemed exhausted and beat down, so I couldn't bring myself to give him a hard time about the tardy delivery. At least the flowers made it, albeit too late for the intended impact. So Val Day rolls around again the next year and I decide to give them another chance. I order the arrangement a week ahead of time, but AGAIN they fail to make the delivery!! When I called to tell them, they said "No problem, we'll deliver it tomorrow." Sorry, but it's completely unacceptable to deliver flowers on the DAY AFTER the occasion they are intended to celebrate, plus my girlfriend was leaving on a business trip that day and wouldn't even be around to receive them. Big time fail...leaves me wondering how many times they've delivered flowers a day late to a funeral. Arranging for a refund also turned out to be a nightmare, as this shop loves to not answer their phone for hours on end. After dozens of calls, I finally spoke with a woman who did not have a good command of the English language. Eventually I got a refund credited to my card, but it wasn't easy. A few days after each order, they send an email asking for feedback on their service. Three times I've left reviews on their site...the first was positive (and is on their website to this day) but the other two were politely negative. Of course the negative reviews were immediately deleted. I wouldn't be leaving this review, except I just received their "reminder email," nudging me to place another order. Sorry guys, not after the last two unpleasant experiences. I'd suggest you stop taking orders that you don't have the capability to fill in a timely manner. read more
