It's odd because ever since Covid, there are hardly any cars in the parking lot. I assume a significant portion of their business is take out. We dined in and were the only customers during the entire time we ate. The New T chicken, General Tso and Sesame chicken are damn good. The best deals are the combos, which gives you the entree, fried rice and egg roll. You can add chicken wings for a nominal up-charge. Note, the Coke products come from a can. The ambiance is rough. The dining room chairs and tables are very ornate. The dining room furniture hasn't changed from my review back in 2012. The seat cushions still have the original plastic covers on them. It looks like they are using a section of the dining room for storage. In the past Dynasty provided homemade hot mustard and chili oil. Both were great. When I asked for this the last time, I was give packets. Very disappointing. Not sure if they stopped making it from scratch or if there was a language barrier between me and the waitress. As of now June 2022, they are ONLY DOING TAKE OUT. So if you want to eat there, please call to see if they are open. They do take orders for takeout by phone as well. The staff I have dealt with are always very pleasant and they are extremely fast for the quality of food. My first time in I was delighted to see they had my favorite Thai specialty on the menu, Pad Prik Khing, and it may be the best rendition of it I have had anywhere! As with most places they offer their entree in a range of spice, I typically get "hot" and it is not as hot a a lot of other places, so if you want really hot, go for "Thai hot". Chef Thai is definitely a great place and I hope they continue to do well as they are definitely one of the best quality restaurants in the surrounding area, even though they may not be very well known.
