After having a craving for Chines food with bold flavors leaving a satisfyingly satiated feeling, Spring Kitchen let me down big time! This was our first time eating at Spring Kitchen Maple Valley; we ordered: A1. Spring Rolls CS1. General Tsao's "Spicy level 5" CS6. Stir Fried Vegetables w/ Chicken "Spicy level 5" P4. Noodle Soup with Steak Spring Rolls had no flavor and the peanut sauce was blander then the rolls were. General Tsao's didn't have any spice to it and was also disappointedly bland. Stir Fried Vegetables w/ Chicken was also sadly bland with no spiciness to the dish. Some of the vegetables were innocently cut in odd sizes and shapes making it hard to manage the dish when eating. The Noodle Soup with Steak was actually not too bad and if the saving grace of our first eating experience with Spring Kitchen. However, visually all the dishes looked very appetizing and were cooked well but fell flat with it came to seasoning, flavor, spice and a little overpriced vs. quantity/ flavor. Sadly, we will not recommend Spring Kitchen to anyone we know or return ourselves. read more
