Really wanted to love this place. It's right next to Hobak, perfect for girls day out. Get a massage, KBBQ, then dessert at the Wooden Door place next door, but I guess I had better expectations. First off, we just wanted to get a foot massage, but they insisted on their prix fixe menu of full body with hot stones etc for either 30 min to an hour. As a party of 4 women, they had us in the awkwardly open room behind the front counter which was only covered by a curtain, I felt there's more privacy in a hospital room than here. There were blankets but still wardrobe malfunctions were highly possible. Then came in the masseuse and it seemed like they were trying to keep up with one another like some sort of race. My friend didn't like the fact that the dude that she had had claws for nails, so she ended up having what felt like cat scratches on her back. At the end of it all, they'll hand you a sheet at check out, basically forcing you to tip at least $5 for ok, $10 for good, and $20 for great. I mean that's a bit forced, no? Tried a walk-in, we had two ladies, we didn't bother asking for their names because it was the worst massage ever and we wanted to just go home when done. The focus was super hardcore - ON my ankle bones, ON my shin bones, and she rarely ever focused on any of the real muscles. I think they got fake certificates from massage school because they obviously didn't understand the human anatomy. I still tipped $10 for a horrible massage. So, I've been getting reflexology for about 10 years and this stands out as the best reflexology I've received in recent memory. This is the real deal. I was a walk-in without an appointment and they were able to see me relatively immediately. The difference between an okay massage and a great massage is that intuition for people's bodies and sensitivity to tight spots, tenderness, and knots. Either you have this intuition or you don't- my masseur Johnny did. He was able to quickly identify where my problem areas were, and didn't just perform the one-routine-fits-all reflexology session. Additionally, I don't know if this is intentional, but they really undersell the $35 combo lol. There's hot stones, he lotioned and massaged my full back, and overall it felt less like reflexology and more like a full blown massage. They were very busy and their business was good, but we only waited for about ten minutes. They are very professional and skilled. They make you relaxed and want to sleep. Technicians don't always chat with you. I like this. You come here just to relax, not to chat. I especially like this. The price is not expensive. My friends and I often have massages. I have been a regular of this massage place since 2018. I can frankly say that Coco and Donny are the only good thing that's left of this place. After being cooped up in the house and not being able to do anything because of a newborn, my wife and I decided to go out to get a "foot reflexology". We called and asked them if they did do just legs and feet cause that's all we wanted, the receptionist said "yes, we do." So we drove down there and the manager/owner asked me a minimum of 4 times "Are you sure you only wanna do feet? Can they do little bit of shoulder, neck and head?" 4 TIMES. I told her "Just feet and legs please", I was pissed but we were already laid down and didn't want to break my zen. First thing the masseuse does? Puts oil on my forehead.‍ I just kept my mouth shut the whole time and tried to enjoy it. After the service, I realized that they really can't do "Reflexology" as advertised because you can definitely do just legs and feet for a good hour if you try to hit the pressure points one by one. Owner/manager was telling me to please tip her masseuse properly and was very rude and had attitude. Reposting this review that I made and was asked by the owner to delete in return of a refund back in July of this year. I just wonder how many reviews has she asked to be deleted. read more

Today I visited with my brother from Charlotte NC, as we came in for the fight yesterday and decided to pick the Spring Mountain Reflexology due to the reviews and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The lady in the front desk continuously kept interrupting the Theripist asking them to finish in spite of the fact we were paying for two sixty minutes message. Unfortunately we were unable to concentrate on the services due to her on going interruption. I would not recommend this spa because of the customer service. Its sad because the gentleman that did the reflexology message was decent, but could not focus due to terrible management. We get it! Today is Father's Day and she was more interested in quantity not quality. I would never return for this reason alone please be aware it is so much competition and the choices is plentiful. I went late at night today . The ladies were really nice and accommodating even though I wanted a full hour and came 5 past 11. I got Megan and she was extremely caring and thoughtful with the massage, always checking in and prepping me. Walked in for a 60min foot massage overall it was a great experience but I wouldn't say relaxing.. my lady was pretty aggressive which felt more like deep tissue even though I called out couple times. Still felt great afterwards it was just not what I imagined or wanted going in. For those who don't know Chinese foot massage starts with a foot soak and includes an all body massage on a recliner. The massage is mostly feet but includes head back arms and legs. They have foot massage for $20 and an online special for $30 on combo (aka more back than foot massage). Credit card accepted. Expect to pay $10 in tip at least. Easy to make reservations - snagged an appointment for 6 on short notice! I personally prefer the Thai massages though which are pricier ($70). There are a number of good options nearby. read more

We showed up 10 mins after I called and they were ready for us. The facility was clean and very quiet. The girls were very friendly. The massage has been by far the best I've had.. Tried the couple massage package, with detox included - the clear water turned very nasty afterwards, and I had a good bowel movement later in the evening too. Much needed. And for being late night and the last ones before midnight, they provided excellent service and were so kind and professional the entire time. We saw the low prices for a massage and thought 'why not?' We were quickly taken back and had a back and foot massage it was very nice, as they had really strong hands and was so relaxing. The bad part was at the end they demanded cash and a tip, told them "sorry I only have a credit card" so she took my card and went back to run it and then brought back the receipt and said there was a problem. So I read on the receipt 'canceled by user'. So I told her we aren't paying cash. So she was swearing at me in Chinese to the other co workers and ran the credit card and gave me a final receipt. If i could give 0 stars i would in a heart beat, My experience here was horrible. It was two of us and when we first walked in the service was rude , Owner was just on her phone, they put my friend and i in our rooms. They have no doors so i was just standing there wondering what the hell they wanted me to do. They use torn up towels to cover you up, As i'm waiting the guy finally comes in and he starts touching my face HIS HANDS smelt like cigarettes, he was coughing , touching his face, and touching me at the same time, along with the massage i did not feel satisfied with none of the massage service it felt like i was only getting patted and rubbed on I was super fed up. Then she switched me with another lady and i can tell this lady was upset that i wanted someone new, She started being super rough and hard on me where it was hurting me, it was rushed and the massage also was horrible. I got upset, she went to go get the Hot stone and once she came back she asked me if i wanted hot stones with a tone in her voice so i told her no and she f*** randomly forces my head down on the bed and i told her not to touch me like that, I told her to get the oil off right away as she started to raise her voice at me even more, I was just going to let this all slide and not even make a big deal but when she put her hands on me and forced my head down roughly i was done. This is a 5 star place, but is only getting 4 stars from me let me tell you why. First of all the price for a regular massage is amazing! Only 20 bucks! I was about to talk to the owner like "Do somebody got something on you" They actually give you the full hour which is great. They also just don't massage your feet. They do your back, legs, arms, etc. They are friendly as well. The reason why this place is only getting four stars is because of the little things. The room they put me in was nice, however it was right by the entrance. You could hear everything going on, people checking out. People coming into the store. I don't think they should use that room in my opinion. Also, the lady doing my massage got on her phone a couple times. Don't get me wrong the massage was great, but never get on your. phone. Was there Wednesday April 12th, 2023. Made an appt with Lucy. As stated Coco was great, except for I had to ask her to wash her hands. She started on my face and the SMELL OF CIRGERETTE SMOKE WAS STRONG. I got the 90 min combo. Good price for $60. The way she did my feet put me to sleep! She knew where the knots were in my shoulders and lower back and she took care of them. (Hands on the shoulders- both hands and then feet on my tense and tight back. My wife in the other hand, HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First with the lady (unfortunately we didn't get her name) who stopped earlier than 45 mins and wife had to tell her we paid and asked for 90 mins! We were both in the same room and Lucy specifically told us it would be more $90 for 90 mins if wife just wanted her body / neck and back focused on. She wasn't smooth but very fast and had my wife almost bouncing around like a rag doll! Smh. My wife did stop her at 1 point but tried to contain her comments thereafter. I wished she would have just stopped her and we not pay that person. I paid Coco the highest tip amount $20 for her services, but she asked for more for both of them. I only gave the only lady $10 and she was lucky to get that. I gave Coco $5 more BUT really didn't appreciate them asking. They have a sign out 10/15/20 if you really liked your massage, so that's what I paid (well, $25) after they both asked for more. Can you imagine paying 20% at a restaurant and the waiter / waitress comes back and says sorry - that's NOT enough? The gall. We only met 3 staff members. Don't know if they had better staff working that day - but if you're not getting a good massage. Don't stay past 15 - 20 mins. Maybe ask for a change in your masseuse. My wife is quiet spoken. She told the lady once, but that didn't help AND she didn't tell me how bad it was until we were done! I had to hear it for 2 days!!! Lol And probably need to take her to her favorite spot now that we are back. This place was referred. Coco was good. Lucy should check up on her clients after 30 mins to see if things are to the clients satisfaction. Works both ways - from some of the reviews I've seen (after the fact) Lucy, you can't always blame the client. Take some responsibility as well. We won't allow time to pass next time, and anyone who's NOT satisfied should do the same. Don't wait... inform the manager! I would return... My wife on the other hand...??? I think I wanted rose something as oppose to lavender. Took some time to explain but ok. They walk us to our room all the way in the back and have us lay down. They tell us to roll up our pants, the security camera was in our room, which was right across the bathroom and no door. It was just a half wall. They wanted us to later take our tops off, and I was like no thanks-there isn't even a door! The massage overall wasn't anything special.
