Wanted to get a lash lift cause let's be honest I'm a minimalist - hehe we said not to use the word "lazy" - and I like to roll out of bed and go. So far my lashes are on point, I rubbed my eyes the night of by accident and they're still good! I was in and out in 30 and I love that she talks you through the process - I'm going to touch your lid now - you'll feel pressure - changing my gloves to set the timer... all professionals should do this and it's a habit that most people lose so thank you for doing this, made me feel so much at ease even though I've had lash lifts before. We talked more about her other services and I will be setting up a wax soon - just HELLA nervous since I haven't had one in years and I've also been curious about lightening so I might go for a 2fer. She accepts cash, Venmo, Visa which is really nice. Music is vibing and the AC is blowing so it's comfy in the room. I told her I wasn't available later and she completely ghosted me after that. She did not show up to the appointment at all and did not answer when I called and texted. Came here for a Brazilian wax and heard about the studio through Classpass. Crista was absolutely the best - I was in and out within 15 minutes for Brazilian wax and it was definitely one of the least painful waxes I have had. Entrance to the studio is off Mohawk and Rosemead and you take the stairs up to the entrance of Q3.
