I came to the spring spa today for the first time. My friends and I went on a five hour hike today, so our bodies were very sore. We decided to get full body massages so that we can enjoy the rest of our time in Vegas without having muscle cramps. The service was awesome. They were able to accommodate the five of us simultaneously, therefore we did not have to spend our entire evening at the spa. Everyone was very sweet. We all left feeling rejuvenated. I am kinda bummed that all my $20 and hour reflexology massages are dying off and becoming $38+ an hour massages. This place although upped their prices is nice. I do get alittle annoyed that they are always coming and going. They leave to get Buckets, then hot towels, then dump the buckets, then more hot towels, then hot stones. It's like can't you just have the towels in the room and leave the buckets till the end and not have to run off every few minutes. I liked the room when we walked in with the lights off but then when they started our massages they flipped the lights on which I didn't understand. People coming in after us were so loud and because there is no separation from the front door and where you are laying you can hear everything. Updated review: since my first time visiting this massage spa, my opinion of it has unfortunately declined. My first experience was seamless and very relaxing, my second ehh wasn't all that I was expecting considering I booked the couples massage + green tea scrub for $75 and only received the massage. Though it was good, was somewhat cut short on what I paid for, as I have paid that price for both before no questions asked. This third time, I don't think I will be back to give them a third chance. I booked my appointment in advance and specified I would like the couples combo massage including the foot scrub. I even confirmed this through their text message reminder the day of. Upon arrival we paid, the two women that greeted us spoke very little English to the point where communication was impossible. The man that I was familiar with before is the only one that actually understands and speaks English well, however he must have been in the back or working on another client. I inquired for a third time, we get the foot scrub as well right? She just looked confused for a moment then just says okay okay and we sit in the area for the foot scrub. No direction given really we just sit and wait. They do the foot scrub and massage our legs for a long time, seemed to be longer than 30 minutes. At this point I'm thinking they forgot we get back massages too so I finally see the man who I'm assuming is a manager? I ask him and he says yes but we can't put you in the same room. He apologizes which was nice. However our back massages ended up being only about 20 min and we received them in separate rooms for what was meant to be a couples massage. She burned me with the hot towel. Also when my therapist finished, she said okay sweetie you're done and upon leaving, she left the curtain partially open so I had to get up from the table naked before someone on the outside shut it all the way. Just wasn't the quality I was used to from this place which was disappointing. read more

My husband purchased the Groupon special for a couples massage. It was the best hour of deep relaxation. All the tension and knots I had on my upper back was released with deep pressure from the masseuse. The foot rub I highly recommend especially if you're pregnant. As for the gratuity, we didn't know you have to tip at least or more than $10.00. $10 is the minimum tip they ask for. They want up to $20. My husband and I are new to the area and we wanted to have a couples massage. I found this on Groupon and I couldn't pass up a 1 hour massage for 60 dollars so we decided to try it out. We walked in and there were 12 beds all open to everything. It was very dark. We were escorted to a private room which was not very clean. The massage was so rough that we were both sore the next day! The foot massage was very good though. We will not be coming back due to the cleanliness of the place and the lack of privacy. This was a great experience. When first booked through living social, we were concerned it may be seedy and have pushy staff. We entered and were greeted by a friendly man. He took us into the large common area to lay down and being our foot soak. The room had calming music and warm comfy recliner beds. The foot rub was wonderland and just what tired Las Vegas feet needed. We then were taken to a back private room for a waist up naked back massage. They were accommodating to being soft or hard depending on our need. When finished, we were allowed as long as we needed to dress and leave. We tipped $20 due to being so good, but there was no pressure to tip. I would recommend to anyone needed a pick me up for a few bucks. read more

This was an awful experience. Every staff member we interacted with acted in an unprofessional manner. They forgot our reservation, questioned the legitimacy of our Groupon deal, and provided an awful massage experience. The lack of privacy was appalling and is the main reason I will never return to this establishment. Our "private" couples message occurred in the main room where everyone can watch you. Other guests and staff were constantly walking next to our seats and bumping into us. The massage staff would carry on their conversations the entire time and acted like we were just a nuisance. And finally, they had us remove our clothing in the main room where staff clearly saw us shirtless (which I learned after the fact). Please, save yourself some money and avoid this place. read more

First time I came here and it was nice and relaxing. It was different than the others cause they massage backwards with your back first then work throughout the other parts of your body. I came to get a massage despite all the bad reviews, I thought what the heck for the price. I should have listened. The other people who put 5 stars only did so to receive a discount, where are your morals people?? The massage did suck, they don't know how to rub and sooth, they think punching and elbows is a massage. I was paying for my massage and I didn't even want to tip at all but I have $6 and they tried to tell me no $10. I said you ungrateful sons of guns and took my $6 back, now you get nothing for trying to demand something that isn't deserved. They saw I wasn't playing and backed off. Now with our hungry stomaches all satisfied, we saw the grand opening sign of Master Spa foot massage next door, so with our feet all aching, we trotted in to give it a shot.
