While I waited for them to be installed, I went shopping inside the Costco store. About an hour later, I walked to the back of the garage to see if my car was ready yet. My car was still being worked on by a technician who was tightening the lug bolts with a torque wrench. I engaged him in a conversation and found him to be quite friendly. He finished his job and said that he would let me back the car out of the garage myself. I did, and then I drove straight home. Back at home, I walked around my car to inspect the job they did. I realize I should have done this at the store, but I had confidence that they would do a good job and I had nothing to worry about. But I noticed that one of my alloy wheels now had a nasty nick on it. I was not pleased. I guess I could (should) have driven back to the store to complain, but didn't because: 1) I had not inspected the wheels at the store, so they could say it happened elsewhere, and 2) the tire installer was a really nice guy and I was reluctant to get him into hot water. That being said, I'm very unhappy about the damage. I will do business with Costco again, but I will take photos of my wheels immediately before and after having any work done.

The tech that serviced the car didn't use a seat cover, floor cover and he left greasy hand prints because he used gloves in the car that weren't clean. Lastly, the wheels, which are barely a month old, now have scrap marks because the tech didn't use the proper tools to keep from scratching the lug nut wells on the wheels. These guy could care less if they damage your wheels, stay away. Some may not care if these shade tree mechanics damage their wheels but I do. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE, or you're going to regret it like I now do.

Furthermore I was at risk of an imminent accident and failing inspection. Was given a quote of over $600 to fix. I decided to go get a second opinion. They were very down to earth people, the owner was on site and when asked if we wanted the tire warranty he said oh never mind your not local, but did say if we had any ANY problems at all he would find a location, with cooper tires and make things right. He cares, and makes sure that you are not getting parts replaced that still have time to be replaced or if you have time to have maintenance to be done. My brakes were completely gone due to going to a shop that didn't do the work correctly 4 months ago. I also had a bad caliper which caused my brakes to work harder on one side than the other. I was scared to drive to work in Farmington, CT (45 mins away). I asked Jay if he could look at the radiator fluid because I had a flush done by JiiffyLube in East Longmeadow. He looked at it and informed me that the fluid had been flushed but not replaced (unbelievable). I would recommend having anyone you care about get their car maintenanced at this Goodyear because they are a great team, do not try to steer you in the wrong direction, and are affordable! AH-MAZE-ING. We woke up this morning with a flat tire, in a…read morehotel parking lot, an hour away from home. A quick Google search directed us to Tire Warehouse, 6 minutes away from where we were and thankfully open on a Sunday so we took a chance. We walked in and explained the situation. Within 10 minutes, our truck was looked at, tack removed, tire plugged and repaired. We were attempted to be shooed off and that we owed nothing, but we refused and threw a quick $60 at them. They saved the day and hours of aggravation elsewhere, how could we not. The people who work there are friendly, honest, considerate..I mean... I could just keep going on. Secondly, the tires i ordered online through Goodyear promotion were the wrong size. This was my fault as I was unaware the car is eligible for 3 different sizes of tire based on the model.
