Home sweet... oh wait it's a hotel! This is a great place to relax and probably the best marriott i've ever stayed with. They have WIFI in their rooms, the suites are all clean and new. It really makes you feel right at home. There's even a near by laundry room to help those that are staying longer than just a few nights. The complimentary breakfast is far beyond my expectations. I've stayed in B&Bs in chicago that claim to have breakfast and its just two selections of coffee, one hot water and a plate of bagels. (pfft...) The breakfast changes every morning for those that like to shake things up a bit. My first morning I made myself a english muffin with a sausage patty wedged in between. Second day they I kept it hearty and healthy with some watermelons pieces and cheese & ham slices. This is definitely my go-to and recommendation for friends & family staying out in corona and riverside areas! read more

Love this hotel. They payed attention to details; the doors don't slam, outside or inside, & the room doors seem to allow for one to close slightly so as to look like they're closed while allowing you to push open should your hands be full, super high ceilings on the 1st floor rooms, (don't know about the rest), a/c runs smooth, blackout curtains don't obstruct the a/c flow, solid breakfast, fresh fruit, not that canned crap, water runs really hot should you want to soak in the tub after a long, hard day's work, lots & lots of sockets in the room. Thanks to this hotel, I will be looking specifically for Springhill Suites along my future travels. read more

My two daughters and I stayed here during a soccer event being held just a few miles away and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The positives: Above average breakfast buffet for the price-range. Room size was great for the three of us. Hotel was very clean and felt just fancy enough. Staff where really friendly and helpful. Location was close to shopping, food, etc. Laundry area was clean and updated. The "could be better" The gym was missing some weights and could use a few more exercise accessories. You are close to main roads and the freeway, so the sound is a dull roar. Not awful, but not totally quiet. TV system needs to be updated as the remote and set seemed a bit dated. After all is said and done, we will be back. read more

Stayed here during a business trip to the Corona area. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, in a long time. Clean, new furniture, beautifully designed rooms, comfortable beds, great pool, lobby etc. Professional and friendly staff was a huge plus. That's not exactly common these days. I booked on Priceline and scored this gem for, get this, $52! I arrived around 6pm after sitting in traffic on the 91 freeway. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and set me up with some menus to nearby restaurants who delivered after my mentioning that I was hungry. The lobby of the hotel was very cool, almost had a lounge type feel to it. The room was lovely. Yes, a little on the small side to be considered a "suite." But, it was comfortable nonetheless. The layout of the room made the actually small square footage seem not that big of a deal. Around 1am, I found myself restless and unable to sleep. I made my way down to the lobby to see if there was any Chamomile tea and honey available. Unfortunately, there was not. However, the gentleman working the front desk was kind enough to go into the breakfast area and get me some honey and herbal tea. Very nice! That's service! read more

The place is pretty nice but they are absolutely unprofessional. Booked a room with 2 beds since we were a group of 4, months before the trip but when we got there they said they were all booked and best they could do was give us a handicapped room. On top of that they didn't even notify us beforehand or during check in. We had to lug all our luggages up to the room then go back down to talk to them but the best they could give us was an "oops, sorry we were suppose to let you know when you checked in but we forgot." With a group of 4, including one couple and 2 single individuals one person ended up sleeping on the floor. No extra rollaway bed or anything, luckily the couch was a pull out. Fortunately enough for us we were only staying for one night. I also called ahead of time to ask the front desk if I could leave something for someone else to pick up since we were going to be out and about and they said it was completely fine but when I arrived at the front desk to drop it off they looked at me like I was crazy so I had to reexplain myself after. The place is small but nice. They have a pool and w good amount of parking spaces but it doesn't make up for their unprofessionalism. read more

I'm actually disappointed in this location this is my second time giving it a try but just like last time the women at the front desk named Martha completely ignored me she was to busy on her phone. Took minutes for her to actually look up and notice I was standing there I didn't realize workers are allowed to ignore customers like that. This is not appropriate at all and for this reason I will not be staying here again! My second issue is they are now charging 10$ extra to park in their parking lot but they state very clearly they are not responsible if anything happens in the parking lot which is very weird to me because they are charging extra per night never had this issue in any other Springhill suites I had stayed at! The rooms were nice and well kept location is good next to the freeway, and easy access to food if it weren't for this being the second time I was completely ignored at the front desk I would consider staying again! I did grab corporates number and will be filling a formal complaint let's see if they are able to handle the issue because this completely unprofessional. read more

The staff here from July 3rd through July 5th was awesome! I am writing this review based on being the bride and staying here for my wedding preparation until the day after. I had prepacked goodie bags for my wedding guests to receive before they checked in and some guests arrived earlier than I did. The staff was kind enough to deliver all the goodie bags to every guest staying in the hotel. The staff was also kind enough to allow me to transfer to a larger room to accommodate the make up and hair artist day of prep for my wedding. The breakfast was awesome served from 7am to 10am and the convenience of having the hotel so close to my wedding venue was a plus. The suite rooms are spacious enough for couples and even a family of 4. I highly recommend Yvette and her staff and they try everything in their power to make your stay stress free! I booked this hotel because I was excited to see Missing Person's play at a small, nearby concert venue...and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back home after the show. My husband and I felt doubtful when we found ourselves driving past office buildings and a Home Depot....as we were hoping that somehow we were going to find ourselves in an area with a bit more character. As we arrived, our hopes were not too high, but we were pleasantly surprised by a friendly desk clerk, and a rather nice, large room. In the room, I appreciated our empty mini-fridge so we could store our drinks, the ipod dock, and the small sitting area. However, I found that the temperature control was complicated, and even when we turned it to "Off", cool air continued to blow from the vent, making me chilly throughout the night. We had a lovely view of the traffic jam on the freeway. The hairdryer was difficult to locate, as it was in a small bag, on a shelf in the top of the closet. They offer a free breakfast in the morning from 7-10, which is nice. It was definitely a pure carb breakfast without much variety, but there was plenty of coffee so I cannot complain. Late at night after the show, we were happy to find the desk clerk still there so could buy ourselves some mini Freixinets and Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. Yep, this place is "A-OK". read more

I loved this hotel! Went on a girl's day with my mom and her sisters. Took them to Glen Ivy and after an exhausting day checked in at the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and it is all stocked with tea and coffee throughout the day. The lobby also doubles for the breakfast buffet area in the morning. For someone that never wakes up in time for breakfast, breakfast was pretty good. The room was super comfy, had a seating area and a kitchenette both which came out really handy. After such a relaxing day, the ladies were too tired to get ready and eat somewhere. Went down the lobby and asked if they had any restaurants that delivered, to my delight, BJ's Brewery delivered to the hotel! We ordered, about 30 minutes later there was knocking at our hotel room with delicious food. The whole stay was great. We will return. Plus they had chupa-chups at the front counter for guests. read more

Hotel is a remote area off the 15 freeway. Staff is friendly, rooms are nice- they have a separate living room area that come with mini fridge, microwave, sink and shelf's MAJOR bonus! Walls a tad thin. TV is nice but Dont expect any satellite TV programming. Bed is super comfy!!!! Free WiFi! We loved this hotel. The rooms are super clean and spacious. We had a suite that had two queen beds and a little living room with a sofa bed and a little sink/fridge/microwave. The beds are comfortable. I love how the shower/toilet are separate from the sink/mirror. We had a room looking kinda toward the freeway, and we could sort of hear the road noise if we listened for it; but it wasn't enough to be intrusive or really very noticeable. The staff are wonderful. Really kind and helpful and professional and they seemed genuinely interested in our comfort. There is a have a handy little snack shop near the front desk with frozen foods for the microwave, and ice-cream, and beer and wine. There are also many restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel is great. Nice hot breakfast everyday. And the lobby is pretty: modern and comfortable with a really nice color scheme, and the furniture looks and feels fresh (not worn down). Another reviewer said this and I agree: this hotel has a calm and comfortable vibe. We would absolutely stay here again. read more

We stayed at the Springhill Suites in Corona for a hockey tournament recently. We could not have better things to say about the hotel. The staff was very patient and above and beyond nice while lots of parents hung out in the evening in the lobby together and kids were running around. The staff were saints for sure. The rooms are very clean and modern and quite comfortable. The hotel has it's furnishings by West Elm so it had a very new and hip feel to it. They have a great "general store" to get basics in the lobby, good breakfast, and a nice pool/spa. Overall this was a stellar place for the money and a great time had by all. I am very disappointed with the hotel. Especially when it comes to maintenance of their facilities. I thought I would give them a second chance. I checked in on 5 June the first time. What I can tell you is that from the standpoint of noise level you could hear the traffic from outside. Also the door had a big gap in the bottom so a lot of the hallway light came in. I ended up putting a pillow in front of the door crack. Then there was a moldy musty smell coming from the AC unit and when I inspected further you could see mold and a lot of dust. So the servicing of the unit was in major disrepair.So anyways I came back today thinking I would give them a second chance. So I check into the hotel today and I lay down for a nap. And something did not smell right with a musty, moldy stench. I popped open the AC unit and what do you know. Dust, mold and mildew. There it is. Got a refund. Definitely going to put my review on yelp and wherever I also need to. This hotel is the Marriott and you would think they would schedule regular maintenance of their AC units and be more aware of their units. Never coming back. read more

Re-reviewing as my previous stays were on the first floor. I know, I'm strange, I prefer the first floor, I don't like elevators. Got stuck for four hours in one at Palms Place in Vegas. That was enough. Anyway 2nd 3rd and 4th floors are much quieter. This stay has been perfect and a big thank you to Yvette for being so helpful with my check in! Don't think I mentioned the wet bar in my last review which I love. Perfect little nook, mini fridge, microwave, and sink. This Hotel is the Worst. Crystal meth Tweekers hangout in area and my Car was Broken into. They took 80% of my Property leaving me High and Dry. The Hotel wouldn't Even comp me a Free room after losing everything. I had to pay full Price for a Room when They allowed my Car to be Vandalized and I missed their Bs Breakfast. Cops weren't much help neither was the Staff. Be careful where u park they don't care if your car is broken into. The local PD can give 2 damns trust me. Find a Better hotel in the area and stay away from the Marriott. read more

This hotel is conveniently located off the 15 freeway in the Corona\riverside area. Stayed for a brief two-night business trip. Pros-the daytime staff is friendly, the common areas are decently clean, beds are fresh and clean, as are the bathrooms. Cons- the towels are like sandpaper-not soft or comfy at all. The "eggs" in the breakfast are horrific, as are the dirty seats in the dining area. The "OJ" is dispensed through a machine and is super diluted. Almost like one of those frozen cans of concentrate that our grandmas used to make for us when we were kids, but with 20 gallons of water instead of 1. The location of the hotel is near chain restaurants as well as the largest WalMart I have ever seen in my life. If necessary, I would stay here again. read more

We were not told the room's deposit was $120.00 when we checked in ( we had never been there before) and the door on our hotel room said check out was at 12 but because of COVID, it's 11AM and late checkout is considered 11:30. Okay this place is definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for being a well priced 3 star hotel I was a big fan! I was able to get this hotel on priceline for $68! The front desk, Rudy, was extremely friendly and went out of his way to accommodate me. He asked if I was a light sleeper and made sure to give me a room away from the elevators and the freeway side of the hotel. The lobby area is very modern looking. Upon entering the room, it was very spacious. Definitely not a large suite, but had a separate sitting area from the sleeping area. The concierge also provided additional items upon request toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion...all complimentary. There is no parking fee for this hotel either. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Nothing to write home about, but they did have the typical sausage gravy/biscuits, scrambled eggs, pastries, waffle bar, fruit, etc. My favorite are the little packages of Nutella they have =) Also as you check out, you have the option of grabbing a to go cup of tea/coffee. Definitely a good, inexpensive stopping location on the way to LA/San Diego. read more

I've stayed at this location on a couple of occasions and had a great experience each time. The staff is very accommodating and made sure things were in order. My only drawback was one day I tried to relax by the pool and a large group of kids were there and splashing everyone in the pool & sauna while the parents did nothing. The staff didn't do anything to control the group although people complained. But overall my stays have been great. They also have a good breakfast buffet with Belgium waffles! This place was a great place to stay for an amazing deal of $79.00 a night on Expedia. I didn't know what to expect because I was thinking that the pictures of the hotel were too good to be true. And what the heck was a place like this doing in Corona? Well, the hotel lobby pictures lived up to it name, with bright yet relaxing decor of Greens and Blues. The staff is very friendly and considerate. They gave us a huge goody bag of shampoos, shaving creams, etc. when we asked for extra. And they allowed me access to my friend's hotel room so that I could decorate for the wedding night. The king-size suite we had wasn't bad. The room was very clean when we arrived (I've been in places where it looked like someone showered there between being cleaned and my check-in). The decor was very similar to that of the lobby, green and blue furniture, bathroom, and bedskirt. There is a large flat screen tv that swivels so that you can watch it in the living room area or in the bed/sleep area. The room is furnished with a mini-fridge (great for holding water for the sweltering heat of that weekend and chilling champagne), a coffeemaker with coffee and tea on the side, a microwave, a sink (this came in handy for washing strawberries to go with the champagne, a coffeetable, a desk, an armchair, and a swivel cushioned desk chair. Plenty of lamps also light the place up. In the bedroom area there is an alarm clock with an Ipod dock, comfortable pillows and dimmer lights for the head of the bed. There is also free wi-fi but I had some connectivity problems with my itouch. Believe me, this suite made me feel as if I was catered too once entered. The continental breakfast was standard with wafflemakers and precut scrambled eggs and sausages. The oatmeal was watery. The coffee and fruit was decent. I loved that they had a little fridge stocked with regular and light yogurt. And the coffee being available all day and night was a life saver for keeping me awake at night for party time. On weekends, biscuits and gravy is served instead of eggs and sausage, which is a treat. It was a little salty but what other place serves homemade biscuits and gravy? In respect the the surrounding area, this part of Corona is a huge business area and there are plenty of food joints and supermarkets including a Walmart, Sam's Club, Fresh and Easy, Albertsons, Tommy's joint, In and Out, and El Pollo Loco. Oh yes and 2 sushi restaurants. This hotel is in a great spot with easy access to the freeway. I'd definitely come again. read more

I love this hotel. This has become my home away from home hotel when working in and around the Corona/Perris area of the IE. A brand spanking new all suites hotel. Comfy beds, nice smooth yet crisp linens, large flat screen TV, and free wireless in every room. Each room has fridge, a requisite for me when away from home. Everyone working reception is super friendly and efficient. And downstairs there is a little lounge area with giant TVs that was always busy during the NBA playoffs this year, during which the LAKERS WON BISHES!!! PSA: the little fridge by the front desk has beers and airplane bottles of wine! You know you love it. read more

I stayed here on Saturday after celebrating my birthday in the Dos Lagos center. It's a great location to stay at and about 3 miles from the shopping center. It's very close to the freeway and local dining and shopping. The rooms were very nice and clean. I enjoyed the nice comfortable beds and the large seating area in the room. They offer s complementary breakfast that includes a good variety of different breakfast foods. I would definitely stay here again if I'm going to be in the area celebrating . read more
