Our last visit here was 6 years ago. We had a chance to visit here again, yay! This place hasn't changed much. Staff surprised us by informing that parking fee is $18 (US$ of course). He advised us Top Pop Doughnut is free parking. The place was busy filled with families and kids yesterday. Gym was quiet as usual. Pool was filled with kids and parents. Later I had the pool all to myself at 9:30PM. However I can't say how clean the swimming pool was. Shower booth was out of order. Everything was good except yogurt and breakfast sandwiches. I think breakfast option changed comparing to my previous visit. Everyone in my family had a sound sleep. I didn't hear any noise upstairs or from neighbouring rooms. Lastly, we enjoyed shopping at Trader Joes and Target within walking distance. Loved the lounge area. Vibe is amazing. Perfect spot for socializing and hangout with friends. We didn't like $18 parking fee, but had a fantastic family trip in WA. You can also catch bus 208 and 271. read more

This place was an absolute gem of a find, as a last minute, "we're too tired to drive home after a long flight" stop. Located in Issaquah, it may be the spot we go when we're going to stay on the west side, but don't want to deal with traffic the next morning! It's located just off the freeway, just back from the strip mall along I 90. It was easy to get in and out of, and had a very nice covered parking lot. That was also super convenient. The folks working here were very nice and made the whole check-in and checkout process very easy. The rooms were very nicely appointed and with the two queen set up, there was an additional couch with a pullout bed underneath it. It was pretty fantastic! The five of us had tons of room to spread out, and overall it really was a great set up. The only thing that we didn't love, that has become something that we have seen in a number of different hotels is the bathroom, which has a sliding door with frosted glass so most of the room lights up when you turn the light on. It's a minor inconvenience, and definitely doesn't attract from the overall excellence of the place The continental breakfast the next morning is excellent. It was the standard Marriott fair with waffles, cereal, some fruit and a couple of protein options. The coffee was quite good as well! We didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but next time we will definitely be doing so. All in all, this was as good as spot as we could've hoped for. We will definitely be back! read more

The hotel location was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The new computer operating system took about 15-20 mins to check in each group of people. Good news was they hadn't yet figured out how to charge people $18/day for parking, so that was free. The manager thinks the operating system will be gone soon, since it is SUCH a complicated/slow process. There are two elevators at the hotel and one was down, so it took a lot of extra time waiting. The pool is TINY and there is NO HOT TUB. The pool is about 10' X 25'. Literally, the maximum bather load is SIX people! That's how small it is. The max number of people on the deck is 51--I don't see how that many people could ever fit in the room, and that would technically make for 8.5 people on the deck per swimmer. The room was GREAT, very spacious (we got a double queen) but the beds were WAY TOO firm. Way too hard. It was really difficult to get moderately comfortable, but our kids didn't mind. The sofa bed could be used as a sofa (obviously), one bed, or two beds (one pulled out on the floor and one at sofa level). The continental breakfast was a solid "fine". Both mornings there were 4 juice choices (yum!), link sausages, scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, limited cereal (only fun one for the kids was Cocoa Puffs), tasty coffee, bagels, etc. Nice location and room, great staff, hard bed, tiny pool, no hot tub. Quite nice. The rooms are new, quiet, spacious, and very clean. They are also toddler proof, which I can't say for most hotels. Large closet. Microwave and fridge out of sight so the lights don't bother you and you can't hear the hum. Would have liked shelves in the bathroom for toiletries but there is a cabinet under the sink. Bar in the lobby. Almond milk and coconut milk at the coffee station. High quality breakfast items like cage free frittata. Main complaint is the parking. The spaces are very small and it's really hard to get in and out of your car if anyone is parked by you. read more

I enjoyed staying here back in April 2025. Parking was private and in a secure garage. They may charge for it- but my mother has two knee replacements so I think they waived the fee due to her Marriott status and disability issues. Room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice with even some grab and go items that were like Starbucks quality. For example, I distinctively remember they had a tomato cheese torta and a mini quiche. Lots of food options. Very close walk to Top Pot doughnuts if you prefer that instead. Saw a rainbow in the morning. Opened in 2017, but still felt really airy and fresh. Coffee and water was provided all day which is a definite plus. I would definitely stay here again. Fortunato Chocolate is also across the street and it's in a quiet neighborhood. Had a room booked thru 3rd party, pretty rudely staff told me straight up they don't change or cancel 3rd party reservations. Really well I don't stay where staff are rude... If you allow rooms to be booked 3rd party then why not allow changes, since in this case and many others I'm sure for this location the stay was based on a medical visit and those regularly change. Seems like a money grab, but truly in this case not getting my money as right across the road is a Hotel that values our business and is flexible. So maybe if you book direct, but stay away if you use 3rd party booking and your travel plans may change. Or read the other reviews and recent interactions with staff seem to fit our experience before you decide on where to stay in Issaquah. read more

Bathroom door is glass, that makes it impossible for people to sleep if someone is in the bathroom. While it is great to have an air conditioner, it is terrible when there is an arctic blast directed at the person in bed and direction cannot be regulated. For a suite for 3 people biggest problem is a glass sliding bathroom door in the middle of the room that let's the light and sounds through. I had occasion to stay here for several nights recently, in fact stayed in three rooms or at least paid for them. This last because I had to import people to keep me company during a wedding. otherwise I'd have been quite alone. Lots of people came up to say hello, but this was the kind of meetup that won't be followed by even so much as a Christmas card for the rest of my time. One of these imports was my best friend back in NY, who it so happens owns a couple dozen hotels himself. Between the two of us, we agreed this hotel is quite perfect in many important ways. For one, it's not a redo of some older building but appears to have been near greenfield construction. One way or the other, it's only about 5 years old so everything is relatively fresh, carpets paint fixtures, etc. There's covered parking at street level, though maneuvering a largish benz SUV into one of those spots was hardly gravy and afternoons. There's only about 5 floors, with two elevators that move along swiftly, I never waited more than a minute to get on. Desk reception and assistance with directions was great. Breakfast was a cut above the usual fare, though oatmeal would have been a nice touch. Almost want to give a demerit for the pancake system, but I suppose having fresh coffee in the lobby all day and night overrides this. But the best things of all is the hvac, which is very responsive despite that the suites are fairly large so there's a lot of air to manage. Speaking of the suites, I found the rooms showed considerable thought to small details that made for better access to cabinetry, closets, etc and the spaces seemed large and open for the square footage. And everything worked and lived comfortably. Second big plus is the hot water which is quick to run. I especially appreciate the simplicity of the shower controls. Maybe it's due to increasing crankiness on my part but I'm pretty unimpressed with hotels installing mysterious controls similar to how they are in Germany, meaning non- or maybe even counter-intuitive. Like, just a simple control for water flow and temp will do fine thanks, how hard can that be? Believe me, it can be very hard or maybe it's only so after you've stayed too long in die Kneipe. read more

Unfortunately this hotel is hard to work with and has apathetic employees and disrespectful guests. We had a courtesy block with this hotel and were working closely with the hotel months in advance. We requested a room on the top floor several times over email and in our reservation. Unfortunately we find out on the day-of that our request was not granted. We tried to rectify the situation during check in, but we were told there's nothing they could do and the front desk attendant was not sympathetic and she could not care less. Other hotel guests were blatantly rude to us and outright disrespectful and the front desk of course did not care and was amused by the disrespect. Some people you have working here... Extremely disappointing experience and was way more difficult than it needed to be. I would not recommend staying here at all and I regret suggesting this hotel to family and friends. Stay at another hotel in Issaquah that doesn't charge for parking because Springhill Suites doesn't care about you. read more

Stayed for a Mariners game wanting to be outside of Seattle and off I-90 , this was the perfect choice. Easy access off Highway with its own parking garage. Hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious and updated. I'm a very light sleeper with insomnia and the area/hotel was extremely quiet ( it was Wed but the hotel wasn't empty at all) Even with canine guests.... It was very quiet Breakfast was good, the usual hot offerings and cold ones. Comfortable beds and soft sheets. This maybe our new favorite hotel for our Seattle trips. They don't tell you you have to pay for parking when you book a room. It's absolutely outrageous as no other hotel in this area charges for parking. This is Issaquah Washington not Los Angeles or New York. It's just a $16 charge they casually slide in there when you check in. This is just part of their bottom line and they think they can get away with it because of the premium prices they charge their clientele are accustomed to paying for parking. I used to stay here years ago but I forgot about the parking scheme. As I recall I never used to pay for parking and they don't tow anybody who parks I'm their lot. A hotel employee just confirmed with me they don't tow people who don't pay for parking so I would just tell them you don't need parking. I'm a business owner I know about the towing laws and this hotel does not have legal compliance to win in a court case even if they did tow your car. This hotel charges a premium price however in other reviews you can see that the beds are not comfortable. I'm sitting here at 7:30 a.m. not able to go back to sleep. I woke up at 6 am with an aching back and decidedto get breakfast an hour later. Hoever it is the standard low budget hotel "continental breakfast" with the foam-textured instant watery eggs and link sausages. Or you can have cereal or Dannon yoghurt. The AmPm gas station has better coffee than this hotel. Luckily I brought my own coffee. When my daughter wakes up we're just going to check out early and find a restaurant. This time I needed to do a bit of laundry and it was an absolute joke with the washing machine not actually getting my clothes fully wet. I've never seen a washing machine like this in all of my life. Now we have to go to a laundromat tomorrow which is going to change our plans. This hotel is nowhere near worth the money they charge. There are so many other good options in the area that charge about half as much and I'll bet they're washing machines work and they don't charge for parking. Some of these reviews on here look very suspicious I doubt they are from real guests. I work in internet marketing and I would bet everything I own that many of these reviews are created by their marketing company. Also usually when you pay this much for a hotel you don't have to deal with cigarette smokers however almost every time I went out to the parking garage I was met with cigarette smoke. Most time that I used the elevator I could smell latent cigarette smoke. Someone please explain to me how a $275 a night hotel room with $16 parking serves this "quality" of food. If you want a nicer hotel there are a few in Redmond which is a town very close to Issaquah. I can guarantee you they don't serve these institutional watery mystery foam eggs for breakfast. read more

If I am being honest I was a little annoyed when I came in to see a line for check in. I had already checked in on the app and the app indicated I could not get my mobile key until I came to desk and showed ID. I can see potentially why for this howveer it is intriguing to me that as a platinum elite and loyal Marriott extensive traveler that this is not consistently the case at all properties so maybe it is dependent upon location and brand. No worries. Kudos to the gentleman working the front desk because he blasted through four check ins in front of me in nothing flat! The experience-hotel is inviting and updated. Room is like an efficiency studio. The layout is nice for having a living room area and desk. For the size and footprint springhill does a great job at utilizing space. Plus this king room sofa could sleep an adult or small children fyi. I appreciate Marriott putting me on high floor and away from elevators which I have in my profile. Super appreciate that! I would stay here again and is highly likely. I also do recommend. The location in Issaquah is close enough even if you need to be in Redmond as long as you have a car. This location is close to Gilman and front street if you are a walker. Issaquah is lovely town with charm. read more

We stayed here for an out of state job interview in May of 2019. Our room was a good size and had a clean, contemporary look. It smelled good and had a nice workspace. There was also a small microwave and mini fridge which was convenient. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. They also provide an iron and ironing table which was quite helpful. There are lots of lighting options and plenty of convenient outlets for charging all your devices near the couch, desk and bed. The bed was a bit too firm for me so I woke up with a stiff neck but my husband was able to get a good nights sleep and woke refreshed. There is a pool (but no spa) near the fitness area which we took full advantage of. Pool hours are 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is small but clean and staff even tested the water when they saw us get in. It would be great for families with children as it only goes from 3.5 - 4.5 feet. It's only about half the length of a normal pool, so swimming lamps was difficult because my husband, who is 6 feet tall, kept hitting his knees on the bottom in the shallow end. But we enjoyed our time in the pool nevertheless. There were plenty of fresh towels and one shower as well. They also have a fire pit available for use on the patio outside. Breakfast was included which is always nice.It is served from 6:30 - 9 a.m. Mon - Fri and 7 - 9:30 a.m. Sat, Sun & holidays. There was a waffle iron but three people attempted to use it while we were there, including my husband, and none were successful. My husband thought that perhaps it hadn't been turned on long enough to be hot enough to cook the waffle, but when we were leaving people were still having problems using it and ended up throwing away the finished product. I had fresh fruit and coffee and my husband enjoyed some sausages and a croissant. Parking is $9 per day :( Parking tip: the spaces are small and many vehicles were taking up more than one space. We exited the bottom parking level to the east and found an exterior ramp to second floor parking. There were hardly any vehicles up there and we were able to park right next to the entrance to the second floor which is right by the elevator so it was very convenient! They also have ice machines on every floor but we would have loved to see some vending machines as well. I really like that they also provide a washer and dryer for guests to use located on the second floor. We didn't use it personally but it was available for $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dry and we saw laundry detergent available at the front desk. Anyone who has ever paid for hotel dry cleaning knows how helpful this could be. Check out is not until noon and that extra hour was helpful for us. Comfortable bed and clean shower. Decent sized room. Loved the furniture including the reading lights on the bed frame. Receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Parking was covered which is nice. Asked for a quiet room and was given a room above the parking garage -- in the middle of the night we were awoken by loud music being played from a vehicle that was taking its sweet time parking just outside our window. Also the view out of the window would have been some lovely trees had the bed been on the opposite wall; however, due to an interesting layout choice our view was instead of the parking garage and another wall of the building. Overall, clean amenities and friendly service, but we hope that next time we are able to sleep better. read more

Book this hotel very last minute. I must say we were very pleased with our stay. This is a new hotel (we still could smell the fresh paint) It's 25mins East of Seattle in the heart of Issaquah where everything is near by. There's a drive thru Doughnut shop called TOP POT, really cool and quiet area. We were greeted at the front desk and Delise was very nice and helpful. There's a huge bowl of Chuppa lollipops where you can grab how much you want. Parking is $7/night flat rate. It's right across the lobby and covered which is a plus. Only knock off to the stars was the AC unit it kept making this popping sound and kind of freaked us in the middle of the night. Bed is ok not that comfy. Love the bathroom layout although towel racks are far too away from the shower it self. I would stay again if I'm ever in this area. Complimentary breakfast buffet starts at 6:30a M-F and on 7:00a Sat and Sun. Nice selections to enjoy a fulfilling breakfast. I didn't really try out the gym or pool, but will next time. Also a plus it's close to all major freeways and highways. read more

I found this location looking for a quick getaway during a last minute labor day decision to take advantage of a long weekend. We planned on staying in and exploring Snoqualmie but I liked the views and reviews for the Marriot which was just 11miles out from our grand destination. Honestly, this was probably one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in! There was a lot of storage and space. A nice desk in the king suite if you need to set up for work or eat. We chose to sit on the sofa using the ottoman and TV tray for our meals and it worked out nicely! I really like the set up for the room. All of the accommodations were in the room. However, there were only a set of towels for 1 night and we were staying for 2. The front desk was quick to cater to our request and give us more on our way back from being out at Snoqualmie Falls. I really wish I would have got some pictures of the room before it was lived in but I had other priorities that took over the urge to pull out my phone. I can confidently say that the images on their website convey real life. At least in the room I choose, lobby, etc. The bed and sheets were wonderfully comfortable and I have literally never said that about a hotel/motel/ lodging location!! They also seem itchy and make me feel unclean but that was not the case here at SpringHill Suites!! But pillows, they could have been a bit more inflated, however, we made it work. I actually got the best sleep I have in a while!! If you're looking for a spectacular view, this is not the place. I got some sky and parking garage but that's not what we were there for, I was just letting you know. Also speaking of the parking garage it's kind of a weird cramped set up but people seem to make it work by slightly parking over the white lines, luckily it wasn't maxed out. There is a pool and a gym center, didn't check them out. They didnt look like anything too special but they are amenities that are offered. Also a little "market-place" with lots of snacks, drinks including beer and wine but nothing substantially nutritious if you're looking for that, which honestly more people probably aren't. We had encountered 4 guest service workers during our say and I would say they were all pleasant with the exception of MMReynolds... I think was his email. He's the manager, he wasn't a prick, but he was lacking a little bit enthusiasm but it could have been because he was outshined by who I assume was the new buy, Abbas i think was his name. That's also ok though. The room was clean, cool and comforting it had all of the accommodations offered and needed. The hotel seems huge, i think we walked a quarter of a mile off the elevator to just to go our room which seemed like it was towards the end of the place, which is also just fine, I'm just sayin. I agree with the star status and review of this place. Right now, my bill charging my card is about $15 than what my printout was at check out and I don't know why but I don't really care because its only $15 and I will just look at it as if I tipped the front desk for friendliness. COULD USE SOME EFFORT: maybe the manager's meet and greet upon arrival but not something that would make me not come back. Some soap scum or stains maybe on the shower wall and the shower floor but i am glad they have glass doors and not shower curtains because that's gross. also some weird splatter spots on the ceiling in the center of the room and above the bed in room 354. Probably not a big deal but my first thought was MURDER and an overaction, but the splatter is stilt there. If i went to Issaquah and was looking for a place to stay, I would stay here again. We stayed here one night while in the area for the Jack & Jill Marathon. The hotel appears to be brand new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and room were both large and clean. The room is consistent with other new Springhill Suites rooms. The reason I can't give a 5 star review is due to the fact that they charge $9 daily for parking and the parking garage has very tight parking spots; I left with a ding in my car door. Great customer service, very comfortable rooms made to feel spacious. Updated rooms are very nice at a very affordable price. The little touches such as lollipops on the front desk counter and orange water are nice, also the coffee and hot water for cocoa or tea are a thoughtful touch. Make sure the desk attendant gives you the local eatery map. We walked across the street for dinner which offers 20% off. Windows are thin so we could hear all the cars passing outside but that is not a big deal. The pool is tiny but this would be nice for a family with younger children S the deepest end is only 4.5 feet. Definetly would stay again and recommend!!! read more

My only two slight I issues were the parking spots are sooooo small. And, the guy checking me in had a sucker hanging out of his mouth while checKing people in. What is that about!?! We stayed at this hotel at the end of a 7 days at National Parks in June. Our room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Why 1 star? At check in and check out, the front desk staff were unprofessional - I felt they treated me more like a friend than as a customer. They were chatting in the back or at the desk with one another. I remembered this experience when I stayed at a Hampton Inn over the weekend. Hampton's staff was very professional and valued me as a customer. Tub did not drain - The bathtub drained less and less as our family showered. The next morning, the tub was still full! Toilet seal not working - The seal in the tank was not working. We had to take the lid off the tank and physically push on the seal to get the water to stop flowing into the tank every time we used the toilet. We didn't ask to change rooms because it was so late and the kids were already in bed. The toilet issue didn't become obvious until the kids were in bed. We felt that the bathtub drainage and toilet issues should have been noticed by housekeeping. Do they really clean the bathrooms!!! When we told the front desk in the morning, they apologized but did not offer any compensation. We had to catch a flight and did not pursue it at that time. We wrote the corporate office about our issues and asked for 50,000 Marriott points. Corporate office apologized and referred us to the hotel for compensation. All we got from the hotel was an email apology. Asking for compensation is not something me. We are very loyal Hilton brand customers. We just couldn't get a room at a Hilton brand hotel for that night. Over the past decade, we have had two issues at Hilton hotels. One time (Embassy Suites), I forgot my room number. Without looking at my ID, the clerk gave me a room number. Unfortunately for him, there were two guests with the same last name staying at that hotel that night. Yep, he gave me the wrong room. We were compensated Hilton points after we complained about it when we returned home. More recently, at another hotel (Hampton Inn), air conditioning condensate leaked into our bathroom. We stayed 2 nights. The hotel only charged us for one night. read more

This hotel is brand new, so its immaculate and up to date with the latest technology (tv, remote, charging options all awesome). It's well staffed, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Parking seemed a little tight, but there might have been other options I wasn't aware of. I did a quick one night trip. There are plenty of restaurants within a quick drive. Free breakfast is offered, and there is a kind employee stationed there to answer questions, keep everything clean and well stocked. You have options for hot and cold items (anything you want), and it's easy to do grab-and-go if you have to head out early. I'd be more than happy to revisit this hotel, 5 stars for sure. read more

Cons: 1. You have to pay for parking, and it's their own parking garage. It's twelve dollars per night (not per stay). So, whatever rate you have for the night, add 12 dollars to it. 2. The breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were powdered, I believe and they didn't taste like eggs at all. My husband and I stayed here for one night before the light at the end of the tunnel marathon. It was a quick and easy check-in, and the room was really nice and very clean. The thing that we liked the most was that they had an early breakfast set out for the runners knowing that we had to leave early to go run. Unfortunately we weren't at the hotel for a very long time, but it was neat, clean, easy, and the staff was very friendly and the parking was very close. If I ever go back to run the tunnel marathon again I will definitely be staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice clean relaxing hotel in the area. read more

Jamie Calabrese, the GM, was so thoughtful i just had to write a note about him! I asked for a bowl to microwave my leftover Ramen soup, but all they had was paper bowls or coffee cups that would probably not heat up very well. Just in a short time I see a surprise delivery to my room. He sent up his own glass tupperware bowl along with dish soap for me to be able to warm up my soup for lunch & it worked out so perfect! This small thoughtful move went a really long way to really cheer me up & note the high quality of customer service in this hotel. Shows that they really care about making their customers have a pleasant stay and they go above & beyond to think outside the box to solve issues. He was also very kind to allow me to keep the same rate for a few days when i decided to stay longer, even though online it was showing slightly higher. Thank you so much Jamie! Very nice, clean modern room with Comfortable bed in close to freeway and everything you need area. My only complaint was the morning breakfast was a to go bag. I get it, there's this China virus going around but it doesn't have to be a kindergarten snack! How about a breakfast burrito or meat, potato, egg pile up??? Nope. First time staying at this hotel. My greetings was excellent with an extremely nice hostess. My second morning was a gentleman and was also very nice. In the buffet the ladies were chatting and friendly. My room experience was good. Nothing to exciting except that it does give familiar feeling if you stay at Marriott offend. It would be nice to get a water bottle per day. Does not cost much but nice for elite guest. My only couple complains: $7 charging fee for hotel not even in Bellevue not near walking distance to anything. Management did not seem as friendly however employees were awesome. The waffle machine did not work and is far one of my favorites. No bar area like I've seen in other Marriott lines but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again. read more

First off, you have to pay $9.00 a night to park there!!! Second, they DO NOT have king size beds!!! Third, DO NOT drink the bottled water in room, it will cost you $2.75!!!!! And didn't even know it until we looked at our receipt. What an unpleasant experience!! read more

This is not a luxury hotel by any means, it is perfect for someone looking for lots of space for a lot of people . Say more than 3, and can fit up to 6 . 2 on each queen bed and the pull out actually has a bottom pull out and the top sofa bed stays so that's two twin beds right there to fit 2 more people . I've stayed at several Marriott properties in hawaii and I wish they would bring a SpringHill suites to us ! Big island , Maui and oahu could sure use one ! I love the residence inn , SpringHill suites concepts . How they try to make it more comfortable with Home touches , such as microwaves and kitchenettes . This was one of only Marriott I found that had a reasonable rate with two queens AND a pull out couch. I mean I love my cousin , brotherIX and sister but I ain't trying to cuddle with all of them. So it fitted our needs perfectly . This is five stars in the category for hotels with the most space , while being clean and has everything you need . Please don't expect this to be one of those fancy let me get you anything you need ma'am type of hotel. For that y stay at the higher end Marriotts. The housekeeping leaves in the afternoon when they're done cleaning . I don't really mind it since if I need something I'll just go down to front desk and grab it. Bathroom is spacious and got everything you need . There's a walk in closet ,another nice touch . My favorite marriott touches is the Complimentary beverages in the lobby and daily breakfast . Yes it's very simple things but it's the simple little things that matters sometimes . So nice to have cup of hot tea right downstairs with some scramble eggs . I understand when you travel you don't want to eat simple , wasted calories . And only wants the best of what that city has to offer , but for families and business travelers , these type of services and nice touches so what makes me love Marriott properties every single time ! (I don't have kids by the way but I can imagine how this can save them a lot of time and hassle) Yes the pool does look gross . But only people =Kid's swimming in there , I don't think they care . Parking is easy and $9 a night . Great price . Go to SF JW and it's $75 . Great deal i say !! Easy to get on the freeway , 20 min to most major activities and attraction . Loved almost everything about the hotel. Stayed for my wedding. The breakfast was better than expected, everything is nice and new, agreed with almost everyone here that the parking was awful (i didn't pay though??) but there was always at least one space, just cramped. The staff was accommodating and friendly, even provided a gift for me and my husband in the room. We needed early check in to get the out of towners i to their room and even 3 hours ahead of time, they got us in by noon. Lots of space, fridge, microwave, coffee pot in every room. If you arrange for a group rate, check the normal rates close to your final reserve date as the rates went down and our quoted group rate was more than the regular room rate (glad a bridesmaid tipped me off) but they fixed it. The one thing i was not impressed with was the bed in our room, the mattress felt like sleeping on the floor. Firmer than firm, and the pillows were so soft and fluffy that my head was touching the mattress through the pillow and the sides would floof around my face. After a long night of stress and fun and dancing i had a really sore hip and knee, but could not get comfortable and was in pain with the firm bed. Didn't fall asleep till 5:45 am after new hubby gave me the memory foam pillow he'd brought from home (smart man). If the mattress weren't so hard i'd give 5 stars. :/ read more

Comfortable sleeping arrangements, clean accommodations and excellent Management. I had a noise concern in the early morning hours and management addressed my concerns immediately. I am very pleased with my experience at this hotel. Can't wait for the continental breakfast!! read more

New hotel, that's about it. Service sucked, amenities sucked, pool is just a little bit bigger than actual hot tub don't believe the pictures you see on the Internet. By the way all the Amenities that are on their advertisements are closed down due to Covid. They Charge downtown parking prices for a small town hotel where there's plenty of parking available?? Absolute worst experience you could imagine with a hotel. Avoid at all costs. My wife booked and PAID for a room weeks in advance for her wedding party, only to show up and be told that it was given up to someone else because they had not shown up at 3pm check in and it was then "First come first serve". How can any business justify taking a customer's money, to then tell them they don't have a place to stay? Why would you accept payment to reserve a room, and then tell your guest they have nothing reserved. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff was completely incompetent and would refuse to accommodate appropriately, only offered an insulting $7 parking fee. On top of that, they offered a "discount room", which was the same amount that anyone could look up online. They didn't even offer a new room to fit everybody, when clearly online there were rooms open. This hotel needs to shut down their doors, and not open until the entire staff, including the management, learn what decent customer service is. So far all we have here is a business that takes money from customers and refuses what they paid for. If there is an error, they refuse to take responsibility and do right by the guests. Zero stars. Will never be staying here again or recommending to anybody coming to the area. read more
