Stayed here for a staycation and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I usually don't stay at a Marriott hotel but it's competitor hotel chain but I did enjoy this place Parking is free and there is an EV charging station outside that you pay. Not sure the company but chose to charge my Tesla and their supercharger a mile away. Place was clean. Hallways was nice and fresh. Even the rooms had a nice look and appeal to it. Refer to photos. 5 stars The comp breakfast was meh. Not a lot of selection. Hot meals were scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage. It was sufficient so can't complain. 3 stars As a Bonvoy member, I had the app but noticed I didn't get a digital key card to bypass having to check in at the Lobby desk. Overall, I would try another Spring Hill suite and for sure this one

first time staying here as the middle point between Sacramento and San Jose Everyone here was awesome. Just a suggestion they might want to check the pancake batter or waffle batter. If you will since the morning I went to get breakfast ended up running out. Super clean and super friendly will probably come back again soon

This was our second stay here and we absolutely enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and welcoming and room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay on our road trip. Location is also a plus as it's not far from restaurants and such. Parking is ample and safe. WiFi is fast. Breakfast was good and filled us up for our drive. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at the SpringHill Suites in Pleasanton. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were especially nice and helpful, which made a big difference during our stay. They offered a great breakfast in the morning, the gym was nice and the pool area was well maintained. The only downside was that the spa didn't get very hot. Still, for the price, it was a great value. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our recent stay here. The rooms were very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable and for a great price that included a buffet breakfast. It's conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Spent 3 nights here at Springhill Suites Marriot in Pleasanton. -deducted 1 star due to finding some trash on our floor upon arrival (a knife and wrapper) and the leg of the desk looked like it had some kind of food smeared from someone throwing away trash This was remedied by easily after asking the front desk could ask housekeeping to do another clean. All the staff were friendly. They visited to see if we needed additional towels or take out trash. Otherwise for the cost, location, staff and amenities would definitely stay here again. We utilized the gym which had 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, bike, kettle bells, foam roller mat, bosu, free weights. Continental bfast wasnt bad with pretty yummy pancakes you can make, oatmeal station, assorted yogurts, cereals and juice. There was always eggs, some type of sausage and another item (bfast sandwich, cheese cornbread muffin). The pool was gorgeous with large jacuzzi. Just grab a key from the front desk. Parking was plentiful, FREE with multiple entrances from outside with EV chargers. It is next to a costco and for us was very close to everything we needed to access.

Stayed overnight for a softball tournament. Everything is new, modern and clean. Nice spacious rooms and an amazing trundle bed, perfect for kids. Pool was heated and there was a big hot tub. Definitely recommend

It came to my surprise at this brand new lovely hotel has not been put on the map yet (Yelp map that is lol). So I would do the honors and put this hotel on yelp so more viewers and people can see that there is this brand new hotel that's just open. It had recently open not too long ago, officially opened on December 21 of 2023. I have not had the pleasure yet of staying at this hotel, but I have heard of this hotel, and wanted to share the information so that others are aware of this location so they have the pleasure of staying at this hotel. I will give an update once I stay at this hotel. I also am aware that this hotel is just a regular hotel but the building next over which is the town house suites that's for extended stay, so if you are planning to stay for long period of time Townhome suites will suit you best! Now that hotel will open later on this week so keep an eye on the second location opening pretty soon. I will be also trying at the hotel too and give an update review on that hotel as well!

I didn't like the shower handle behind me when showering. I bumped into it while showering. The room was a nice size. It was clean. The TV wasn't working very well. The price was very affordable for the night.

Parked very near entrance and still had a break-in with items stolen.

My husband and I visited to see family and we had a pleasant time here at the Hyatt House!…read more PARKING Lots of parking around the property-- no overnight fee! I appreciated that there were spots just right in front of our room. SERVICE We opted to not receive room service so I can't attest to its quality. However, our check in and check out processes went smoothly. Very quiet, no complaints of noise around us. ROOMS We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite which was plenty of space for just the two of us. Ours was located on the second floor and I didn't look too hard but there weren't elevators around-- just a heads up for those who might need one. The two rooms and two bathrooms were spacious. The living room had a pull out couch. There was a booth dining table that seats 4 and the desk worked perfectly for my husband who needed to work. Each room also had their own desks. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, microwave, and fridge-- ample for anyone who has to stay for a longer period of time. I always appreciate when hotel rooms have a full body mirror, so thank you for having one. AMENITIES We didn't get to enjoy the pool but we were impressed with the gym! It had 3 treadmills, 1 Peloton, 2 ellipticals, and 1 low bike. They also had medicine balls and dumbbells, but no bench or barbells. Unfortunately, the temperature inside was locked so it got warm pretty fast. BREAKFAST I appreciated their made-to-order omelets on top of their regular continental breakfast which included eggs, bacon, waffles, and fruits. There were plenty of seats in the lobby with TVs around. OVERALL I would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Pleasanton! Great value for its price.

An amazing stay! My…read morefriend has been staying at Hyatt House for an extended stay and had me over for a few nights. I was amazed by the property and its many amenities. This hotel is set-up much like a nice apartment complex. Her room was the One Bedroom King Suite. It was very spacious and has everything you may need for a long stay. The bed was comfortable (but lacked in pillows in my opinion). The sofa easily converts into a bed which is nice for having guests over. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary dishes and utensils. The bathroom is a little small but the vanity is huge. The closet is also very spacious. There are large TVs in both the living and bedrooms which is a nice touch. The amenities are great too. There is a basketball/pickleball court, pool, grill, and hot tub outside. It feels very communal. People are always lounging out at the tables and around the pool. There are also fire pits to relax at. There is a nice gym, market, and small lobby bar. There is also complementary breakfast every morning (which is actually very good). They offer omelets made fresh to order with other items that rotate daily. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! One thing I did notice is that after a while, even with the constant room service and a clean room, the room develops a little bit of a stale smell. Unfortunately, the windows don't open, but if you leave the door open, it will air out. I would definitely recommend staying here!

As a female traveler, I asked if it was safe and she said yes... so I went! the hotel is across the street from a Macy's mall and the trail head for the "Pleasanton Valley Nature Preserve Loop" was on the far side of Macy's, in a very affluent area up the hill at the "Pleasanton Preserve" sign. In less than an hour and a half, I walked to the trail head and hiked a glorious mile loop in open space and returned, totally refreshed. Thank you Ivy! A shoutout to the maintenance person - I locked the safe and couldn't remember the code. Even though it was late on a Fri night, there was a maintance man on-site who quickly opened the safe for me. I stayed in the King room on the mountain side- it was very quiet. SPOTLESS and very comfortable. Coffee was available in the beautiful upscale and lovely lobby. I did pay for the breakfast, which was fine... there's nothing nearby to easily walk to for bfst, so glad to have this option. Worth mentioning, the mall had JC Penny's closing, so the parking lot was vast and semi- deserted. The Macy's side has a Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen and PF Changs - chains, but makes it easy if you need dinner, which I did with a colleague. One small point, while the AC Marriott has great aesthetics, the toilet seat is horrible - it is cut way too small for the bowl, which is gross. The design flaw is in all the AC Marriots, as I've experience this before and complained to corporate HQ. If I was traveling with my husband, it would be absolutely disgusting, but since it was just me, it was semi-fine. I would highly recommed AC Marriott, except this issue stands out which is why I'm mentioning.

A Frenchly Honest review, as told by MaisOui Le Frenchy. One…read moredoes not survive decades of hospitality across Europe -- from the zinc bars of Paris to the grand salons of Vienna -- without developing a finely tuned instinct for the unwelcome. A particular chill in the air. A look that communicates: you may exist, but you need not exist here. I had always assumed this gift belonged exclusively to the Parisian waiter -- perfected over centuries, practically a protected cultural institution. And then I met the bartender at AC Hotel Pleasanton. What she accomplished through a single look, a studied posture, and whatever words she deployed in lieu of a greeting was, objectively, extraordinary. I -- MaisOui Le Frenchy, a man who has approached bars on three continents without once questioning his right to be there -- found myself thinking: what did I do wrong? This is not a sensation I know well. It is also not a sensation any guest should ever know. I did not order a drink. The communication had already been made perfectly clear. The room, for its part, arrived with its own atmosphere: a large, mysterious smear on the exterior of the bathroom door, trailing downward in long dramatic streaks, as though whatever was responsible had made a desperate and unsuccessful bid for freedom. I did not touch it. I did not investigate. One night does not require a formal inquiry. Which is what makes all of this so particularly frustrating. Because the hotel itself is genuinely good. The room is well-appointed, spacious enough to breathe, and the design has been executed with care. The lamps by the pool, in particular, are a small but considered touch -- the kind of detail that signals someone, somewhere, actually thought about the experience. For the business traveler who has suffered through the beige indignities of lesser roadside accommodations -- and I have, more than I care to recount -- this is a meaningful step up. It is worth noting -- and fairness demands that I note it -- that the manager, upon being made aware of the evening's highlights, was gracious, competent, and genuinely concerned. She is, without question, working above her surroundings. The bones are good. The execution, on two particular fronts, was not. Three stars reflects precisely that arithmetic: a four-star property undone by a bartender who should not be facing guests, and a bathroom door that should have been faced by housekeeping. Fix those two things, and this review writes itself differently.
