I have stayed here twice while in town for work and it's my go to spot in Pleasanton. Everyone that works here has been incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast bar is always well stocked with a variety of items. I love having a kitchen and it has everything you need. I thought it was really cute on my most recent day that the Housekeeper's folded towels into bows in different shapes. Everyone seems to take a lot of pride in working here. It is always reasonably priced for what you get and the free parking makes it even better.

An amazing stay! My…read morefriend has been staying at Hyatt House for an extended stay and had me over for a few nights. I was amazed by the property and its many amenities. This hotel is set-up much like a nice apartment complex. Her room was the One Bedroom King Suite. It was very spacious and has everything you may need for a long stay. The bed was comfortable (but lacked in pillows in my opinion). The sofa easily converts into a bed which is nice for having guests over. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary dishes and utensils. The bathroom is a little small but the vanity is huge. The closet is also very spacious. There are large TVs in both the living and bedrooms which is a nice touch. The amenities are great too. There is a basketball/pickleball court, pool, grill, and hot tub outside. It feels very communal. People are always lounging out at the tables and around the pool. There are also fire pits to relax at. There is a nice gym, market, and small lobby bar. There is also complementary breakfast every morning (which is actually very good). They offer omelets made fresh to order with other items that rotate daily. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! One thing I did notice is that after a while, even with the constant room service and a clean room, the room develops a little bit of a stale smell. Unfortunately, the windows don't open, but if you leave the door open, it will air out. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Their breakfast was awesome with personally made omelets. Honestly their small little yogurt parafaits cupw were what had me waking up early in the morning to have breakfast. There's 2 options for them. Ones with frozen berries and plain yogurt. I tried both multiples times. For the plain one I would add pineapple from the fresh fruit bar. I loved the texture and taste of the yogurt. If I ever had to stay in pleasanton again I'd book almost solely for that yogurt and the dog friendly vibe.

When I entered my room, the body wash was empty. When I asked the front desk for more, they said there's no one that works in room service in the evenings. They then said I would have to get it from the front desk since they were alone. They never called staying they had it ready. Next day, I inform the front desk again. They promise to fill it. I return in the evening and nothing. I reach out a third time and they said their co worker will deliver it. I wait 45 minutes and nothing. I call a fourth time and they said the co worker told them they delivered it (they did not). Finally, five minutes later I receive it. Worst customer service ever!

Not sure the company but chose to charge my Tesla and their supercharger a mile away. Place was clean. Hallways was nice and fresh. Even the rooms had a nice look and appeal to it. Refer to photos. 5 stars The comp breakfast was meh. Not a lot of selection. Hot meals were scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage. It was sufficient so can't complain. 3 stars As a Bonvoy member, I had the app but noticed I didn't get a digital key card to bypass having to check in at the Lobby desk. Overall, I would try another Spring Hill suite and for sure this one

As a female traveler, I asked if it was safe and she said yes... so I went! the hotel is across the street from a Macy's mall and the trail head for the "Pleasanton Valley Nature Preserve Loop" was on the far side of Macy's, in a very affluent area up the hill at the "Pleasanton Preserve" sign. In less than an hour and a half, I walked to the trail head and hiked a glorious mile loop in open space and returned, totally refreshed. Thank you Ivy! A shoutout to the maintenance person - I locked the safe and couldn't remember the code. Even though it was late on a Fri night, there was a maintance man on-site who quickly opened the safe for me. I stayed in the King room on the mountain side- it was very quiet. SPOTLESS and very comfortable. Coffee was available in the beautiful upscale and lovely lobby. I did pay for the breakfast, which was fine... there's nothing nearby to easily walk to for bfst, so glad to have this option. Worth mentioning, the mall had JC Penny's closing, so the parking lot was vast and semi- deserted. The Macy's side has a Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen and PF Changs - chains, but makes it easy if you need dinner, which I did with a colleague. One small point, while the AC Marriott has great aesthetics, the toilet seat is horrible - it is cut way too small for the bowl, which is gross. The design flaw is in all the AC Marriots, as I've experience this before and complained to corporate HQ. If I was traveling with my husband, it would be absolutely disgusting, but since it was just me, it was semi-fine. I would highly recommed AC Marriott, except this issue stands out which is why I'm mentioning.

A Frenchly Honest review, as told by MaisOui Le Frenchy. One…read moredoes not survive decades of hospitality across Europe -- from the zinc bars of Paris to the grand salons of Vienna -- without developing a finely tuned instinct for the unwelcome. A particular chill in the air. A look that communicates: you may exist, but you need not exist here. I had always assumed this gift belonged exclusively to the Parisian waiter -- perfected over centuries, practically a protected cultural institution. And then I met the bartender at AC Hotel Pleasanton. What she accomplished through a single look, a studied posture, and whatever words she deployed in lieu of a greeting was, objectively, extraordinary. I -- MaisOui Le Frenchy, a man who has approached bars on three continents without once questioning his right to be there -- found myself thinking: what did I do wrong? This is not a sensation I know well. It is also not a sensation any guest should ever know. I did not order a drink. The communication had already been made perfectly clear. The room, for its part, arrived with its own atmosphere: a large, mysterious smear on the exterior of the bathroom door, trailing downward in long dramatic streaks, as though whatever was responsible had made a desperate and unsuccessful bid for freedom. I did not touch it. I did not investigate. One night does not require a formal inquiry. Which is what makes all of this so particularly frustrating. Because the hotel itself is genuinely good. The room is well-appointed, spacious enough to breathe, and the design has been executed with care. The lamps by the pool, in particular, are a small but considered touch -- the kind of detail that signals someone, somewhere, actually thought about the experience. For the business traveler who has suffered through the beige indignities of lesser roadside accommodations -- and I have, more than I care to recount -- this is a meaningful step up. It is worth noting -- and fairness demands that I note it -- that the manager, upon being made aware of the evening's highlights, was gracious, competent, and genuinely concerned. She is, without question, working above her surroundings. The bones are good. The execution, on two particular fronts, was not. Three stars reflects precisely that arithmetic: a four-star property undone by a bartender who should not be facing guests, and a bathroom door that should have been faced by housekeeping. Fix those two things, and this review writes itself differently.
