So I'm a Marriott bonvoy rewards member which I highly recommend by the way sign up and get your points. We decided to give this place a try which is brand new. I'm not sure how long its been here but I don't think that long since the hotel itself is still really new. I think for the studio king suite for an overnight stay I paid $125 but I booked this in advance. Always good to book in the middle of the week, also they don't charge you if you book prepay you just can't cancel it once you book it but sometimes the prepay saves you upwards of $100 so I highly recommend it. Anyways, I think it was pretty cool that they had 2 grills outside by the front patio next to a fire place which was very cozy. Front desk was very friendly and attentive. Everyone greeted you when pass by. Your reservation also comes with free breakfast which is always a plus and oh yeah free parking. Lol thats always a good thing. We booked the studio king suite and it had an amazing layout. Honestly this suites are perfect for long stays. The suite came with a full size kitchen, refrigerator and stove with all the utensils, pots pans as well as plates and cups. They also give you dish soap and scrub as well as coffee and tea bags. A lot shelving space. Bathroom was amazing and very spacious. Im not sure if this was an oversight but we didn't have hand wash soap. I didn't ask for it since we were only there for a night. Ofcourse they have amazing body wash and shampoo. They also give a lot of towel. They do have certain rules regarding room cleaning which I understand and really good actually so people aren't just wasting towels and such. The only thing I would recommend is please provide your guest with welcome bottle of water. Sometimes it is tough coming in late our something and there is no drinking water available and you would have to purchase one which we had to do and the large bottle was $5. Anyways, great stay, amazing hotel and staff. Looking forward to returning.

I have stayed here twice while in town for work and it's my go to spot in Pleasanton. Everyone that works here has been incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast bar is always well stocked with a variety of items. I love having a kitchen and it has everything you need. I thought it was really cute on my most recent day that the Housekeeper's folded towels into bows in different shapes. Everyone seems to take a lot of pride in working here. It is always reasonably priced for what you get and the free parking makes it even better.

I appreciated that there were spots just right in front of our room. SERVICE We opted to not receive room service so I can't attest to its quality. However, our check in and check out processes went smoothly. Very quiet, no complaints of noise around us. ROOMS We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite which was plenty of space for just the two of us. Ours was located on the second floor and I didn't look too hard but there weren't elevators around-- just a heads up for those who might need one. The two rooms and two bathrooms were spacious. The living room had a pull out couch. There was a booth dining table that seats 4 and the desk worked perfectly for my husband who needed to work. Each room also had their own desks. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, microwave, and fridge-- ample for anyone who has to stay for a longer period of time. I always appreciate when hotel rooms have a full body mirror, so thank you for having one. AMENITIES We didn't get to enjoy the pool but we were impressed with the gym! It had 3 treadmills, 1 Peloton, 2 ellipticals, and 1 low bike. They also had medicine balls and dumbbells, but no bench or barbells. Unfortunately, the temperature inside was locked so it got warm pretty fast. BREAKFAST I appreciated their made-to-order omelets on top of their regular continental breakfast which included eggs, bacon, waffles, and fruits. There were plenty of seats in the lobby with TVs around. OVERALL I would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Pleasanton! Great value for its price.

An amazing stay! My…read morefriend has been staying at Hyatt House for an extended stay and had me over for a few nights. I was amazed by the property and its many amenities. This hotel is set-up much like a nice apartment complex. Her room was the One Bedroom King Suite. It was very spacious and has everything you may need for a long stay. The bed was comfortable (but lacked in pillows in my opinion). The sofa easily converts into a bed which is nice for having guests over. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary dishes and utensils. The bathroom is a little small but the vanity is huge. The closet is also very spacious. There are large TVs in both the living and bedrooms which is a nice touch. The amenities are great too. There is a basketball/pickleball court, pool, grill, and hot tub outside. It feels very communal. People are always lounging out at the tables and around the pool. There are also fire pits to relax at. There is a nice gym, market, and small lobby bar. There is also complementary breakfast every morning (which is actually very good). They offer omelets made fresh to order with other items that rotate daily. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! One thing I did notice is that after a while, even with the constant room service and a clean room, the room develops a little bit of a stale smell. Unfortunately, the windows don't open, but if you leave the door open, it will air out. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The bed was very comfortable and there are sound machines in the rooms - every hotel should have these! The room had everything I needed including an iron, blow dryer and fridge. The ice machine offered pebble ice, water, and then ice and water which I thought was pretty unique. The hotel gym was small but had a peloton bike which I'd never used before. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The only aspect of the hotel I did not love was the surrounding area - there isn't much to do within walking distance of the hotel. It is very safe and quiet however. Shout out to the woman working the front desk overnight Aug 2-3 who saved me when I did not have a tampon at 2:30am. Overall I had a great experience at AC Hotel - Pleasanton and recommend it!

Pool are is nice with options of cabanas, group seating and lounge chairs. Too bad that is where it ends. The windows are old and single pane. The hotel backs up to the freeway so we can be lulled by traffic all night long. They put in a sound machine but it doesn't help. We picked this hotel for a staycation due to the pool and poolside bar and onsite restaurant. We checked in Friday to Sunday. When checking in we were told that the bar and restaurant were closed "sorry for the inconvenience ". Ok, I made us resy for a restaurant nearby and we had a nice night out. Next afternoon we were told again that the restaurant and bar are closed "sorry for the inconvenience". I asked to talk to the manager and she said she could not find staff so that's why it was closed both days. I empathized with her issue but if we were informed that wouldn't be available all weekend we would have looked for another leave to stay. Needless to say we won't be back.

Carpets were clean and the Hotel was clean and modern. Air Conditioning was very loud in our room so we couldn't use it, pretty warm. WiFi, like almost every Marriott, is just terrible. Not sure how they attract any business people at all. Our room had almost NO WiFi at all, and it was only useable if you went to the lobby - and that was their solution - hardly a solution when most of the business that we conduct is in our room, early in the morning, with a decent WiFi connection. We travel a lot for business, so much that we are Platinum at Marriott, but they clearly need to do something about their business model, get some decent WiFi for their rooms!
