They were also terrible at communicating the status of the repair! I called several times but there was no update. I received an automated message that said my car would be ready on a certain date but you it wasn't. They also said that they do "Quality Control" but I don't think so. I think it's just a stall tactic. They never offered a written estimate. That should have been my first clue. The quality of the work was nothing special. Especially for the length of time they keep me car! I will never go there again and I hope you will not either.

My insurance got involved and it was purchased by them and it fit. Secondly they reached out saying quality control needed to be done. When I got to pick it up there were nicks all over my car. They put some type of compound on my leather. So not quality control was done at all. I have to take it back and get it redone. Which I'm not happy about and not sure it will be done with quality. It was not a great experience.

When I picked the car up, it worked slow compared to the driver door. I only discovered this after 3 days and messaged immediately which tells me there was no post-repair quality check on basic functions like this. When I brought it back, instead of taking responsibility, I was told it "could be the sensors" and they were damaged prior to the repair which is not true as the door handle worked perfectly fine before I brought it to the dealership. The technician said they'd need to go back to my insurance company for more money to fix it. I never asked for electrical work -- I asked for a scratch to be painted. The door worked fine before I handed over the keys and stopped working the moment I got it back. That's not a coincidence I should have to pay for. Also very sketchy that when I first gave my car, they said they need to order parts which would take a week and then when I went back with this door issue, they never replaced the handle it was just a paint job. They kept my car for around 2 weeks for a paint job and not even sure what part they ordered. The scratch on the door is so small, it cannot disturb the sensors as even after the scratch, my sensors were working fine. Now, my insurance premium will go up because they will take additional money from my insurance Still working with them to get this resolved properly. Funny how I can hand off a car and that item is working but when I pick it up it's broken and they swore it wasn't them. Go somewhere else, I can deal with mistakes, we all make them but when it's denied and you are treated like a fool to get by with it. That's not ok with me. Never will go there, and recommend you don't either
