He was professional and started taking BEFORE pictures of the car (2021 White Lexus ES350) right away. He asked me to take advantage of having him touch up additional minor scratches/dings at no extra charge, and I did. The work that he done far exceeded my expectations. The car literally looks as it did when I first purchased it. I couldn't have been any happier. It took a little under an hour and a half to complete it, to my surprise. I got quotes on Yelp and read a lot of great reviews about SAP, and honestly, I really wanted to go with them. Richard responded with a more reasonable price than others and suggested a very economical touch-up paint solution since the damage was small. I happily agreed. He showed up on time as scheduled. Because the scratches were tricky and the pearl white color is hard to match, Richard ended up spending much more time than estimated to do the touch-up paint. He also fixed two rock chips on the front hood along the way. The results were almost invisible and at a very fair price. I'm extremely satisfied and plan to call Richard again in the future whenever I accumulate more scratches or rock chips. Now that I know SAP, I'll never be frustrated about small dings and scratches again.
