Mark at International Auto Body does great work on Mercedes, which I understand has aluminum in the body so it's harder to work with? He repaired mine and repainted the areas of repair and you can't tell the car was ever touched! The silver is hard to do so I was impressed! If there is a better body shop someplace, measured by quality of work or reasonable pricing or customer service or timeliness of delivery, I would be very surprised. Mark and his staff have worked on my Porsche and on my wife's Mercedes several times. Their work is absolutely meticulous, and I would trust them with any of my cars, be it a concours sports car or a daily driver. Their work is top notch. A notable measure of good leadership is the kindness and happiness of the staff. No question Mark treats his people well and they in turn deliver the highest quality work for a fair price. If you are looking for a great shop and quality work this place is it. At first, it may not look like a busy shop but it is. This is the "mom and pop" shop that you have been looking for. I'm military and my Suzuki Grand Vitara got damaged in shipping and one look from the owner (Mark) and he knew exactly what and how to get my car looking like new again. He also worked directly with the claim company to make sure the pricing was correct and then informed me that they called. The professionalism that he showed me and the friendliness from his staff had me amazed. His wife also works the front desk and she is as friendly as can be when it comes to customers that walk right in. Mark worked around my schedule and took me in as soon as I was ready and even with one small hiccup he got the job done and finished over the weekend at no addition cost. And to impress me even more he helped drive my car back with me because of an out-of-the-blue shower of snow that decided to blanket the area. He didn't want me driving my pregnant wife and child around on the icy roads and offered to help me drive back with me. You don't see service like this any more. So, if you have damage to your vehicle and you need it fixed and with people who will treat you like a customer and not another number this is the right place. Came here for an estimate. I can't comment on the quality of work, because when I came in the door was held open by a car part, and everyone's keys were being kept in an open box on the counter directly in front of the door along with everyone's paperwork. No one was even in the room. It was totally bizarre. I commented that this didn't seem safe and the guy working said well I keep an eye them. If that's how you take care of customers cars, I don't think this is the service center for me. read more

In August I smashed the back bumper on our Toyota Matrix, and this business fixed it beautifully and quickly. And the price was right. Mark doesn't waste words and seems very mechanically minded.I found it interesting that he asked me to call and remind him when it was time to order the part. I don't know if it's because he doesn't have a computerized reminder system or if he was just making sure I was 100% committed to bringing in my car once the part arrived. They worked with us while we figured out the insurance payment process. Once the process was figured out, they performed the work quickly and made the car look like new again.
