I've been going to Spris for over 2 decades. Unfortunately I will not be going back. They used to serve one of the best quality pizzas in town. I went there last week and they are selling subpar pizza now. The cheese, the crust and sauce are the cheapest products on the market. No taste at all. My favorite pizza + lunch spot hands down! They're pizza is brick oven pizza and has a similar taste and reminder of real New York Style Pizza. The pizza dough is perfectly made, perfect amount of sauce and cheese is cheesy and stretchyyyyy!! I always order either their Diavola (spicy pepperoni) pizza or the Diavola and add ham. The size of the pizza is a large portion, depending how big or small your appetite is, it can be shared by 2 people or if you have a big appetite, then 1 pizza is good for you. Everything here is made fresh and comes out piping hot. They're salads are fresh and tasty as well. I love they're complimentary starter bread, It comes out straight out of the oven hot, and I love to dip it in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Great place to sit outside to relax, eat, & people watch, but on very hot days, they have the option of inside seating as well. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They have affordable prices that beat all other Lincoln Road eateries...this is definitely not a tourist trap place. Expect excellent service and excellent food always. read more

This restaurant has weathered the storm they are still one of the best places on the beach for the price for the quality for the food for the pizza and for the waiter his name is Fernando. Make sure you ask him he's the best food was absolutely insane. We started off with gnocchi's and we shared them now we're just waiting for a spray brother and one of your fabulous pizzas The margarita. We're having an absolutely fantastic time and so many friends that we haven't seen forever I still hear it just goes to show you good things always lastperiod for another 25 years. Went to this place for a little happy hour and it was excellent. They have a deal where if you arrive between 5:30 PM and I believe 7 PM The price for the pizza is the time that you came in. I am a customer for almost 20 years and this restaurant is probably the pizza place in the whole Miami Beach area. My only complaint is that sometimes - I guess the manager - makes some changes that are really hard to understand A week ago they turned the tables in the way that, two customers face Lincoln Road and two customers face the window of the restaurant against Lincoln Road. If the tables are set up like before all four customers can face Lincoln Road. I hope that they fix this crazy idea and leave things like before. read more

A cute little lunch place on Lincoln Road. They were all following Covid rules. we were able to sit outside in the shade- and ordered lasagna, caesar salad with shrimp (and anchovies) and pizza with pepperoni. The waitress was very nice and brought bread and olive oil. She also had a good sense of humor. They have a contactless credit card system so only I put my credit card in their cc machine. Was walking on Lincoln rd. On a really hot day and at some point just wanted to have a cold draft beer! And decided to stop in a place which I know and where I ate pizzas before (really good pizzas by the way) the waitress Julieta was very friendly and smiled all the time while serving me (even that I just had a couple of beers only) also mng Paulinho was friendly too, came and checked on me a couple of times and brought water for my dog! 5 STARS not just for the amazing "marketing" and salesmanship that the handsome gentleman at the front stand did to convince us to stop in for a bite (and truthfully, it didn't take all that much convincing because we had perused the choices up and down Lincoln Road Mall while shopping, coupled with some Yelp sleuthing) but 5 STARS for everything else that followed: venue (great relaxing outdoor dining to relax, soak in the ambience and people watch), service (SHOUT OUT TO NICOLA for his attentiveness, smiles and dry sense of humor!), prompt food service (could not believe how fast our meals came out and the pizza was piping hot too), taste and flavor - authentic Italian wood-burning oven pizza, hand tossed crust, LOADS of toppings (truly, no skimping going on here - check out my pics), a FANTASTIC MENU SELECTION - this place is known for their pizzas so their pizza selection options are plentiful with something for everyone (see my pics of the menu) - the menu offers a good variety but is not overwhelmingly large. Finally - and probably one of the most important factors especially in this crazy time of inflation, price gouging (especially in the, let's face it, tourist trap Lincoln Road Mall area - Spris offers GREAT VALUE for the price. Party of 2, we split a Tartufo Porcini pizza and a Caesar Salad (no add ins). I had a draft Wynwood La Rubia beer (Local Miami beer - light and refreshing) and we called it a day. $43 AND THEY DID NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADD GRATUITY. (See pic of my receipt.) Wow. Just wow. I literally scanned my receipt multiple times just to be sure. #respect All things considered and for what we got and WHERE we got it, good value. I've been to this area before and believe me, you can EASILY spend double that for less food, smaller portions and gouging drink prices. Been there, done that, lesson learned. For most of the restaurants in the Lincoln Road Mall area, you're definitely paying for location and for being a tourist. You just have to know that going in. I'm willing to bet the locals tend to stay away from the overpriced places catering to us tourists. I'm now a Spris believer. And will be back when I'm visiting Miami Beach and Lincoln Road Mall again. Let's talk food: The Tartufo Porcini pizza was soooooo good. The arugula made it feel healthy lol and the flavor combo of all the toppings was spot on. A whole meal on a pillowy hand tossed crust. The most expensive pizza of all of the ones on the menu but worth it. The Caesar Salad was large enough to share. Definitely not an item I would order as my own meal unless I added protein to it - but even then, not something you would come here just to order. Hard to mess up a Caesar (but we all know it happens) - so, here, nothing to write home about but I will say the romaine pieces were crispy and bite sized and not wilty and soft and the salad was not drenched in dressing but coated just so as to not be overpowering. A perfect compliment to the pizza. Tip: ask for the salad to come out WITH the pizza. The Wynwood La Rubia draft was light, golden, refreshing and cold (in a chilled glass yay!) which was a nice touch on a warm evening. Refreshing. TLDR; If you're looking for awesome homemade wood burning pizza, not break-the-bank in a sea of overpriced Lincoln Road Mall outside dining eateries, GREAT FRIENDLY and fast service (but not rushed) - LOOK NO FURTHER!! Solid thin crust pizza on Lincoln Road. Not the best I've ever had, but it'll satisfy your pizza craving. Waited 20-25 minutes on a Monday night (it's a touristy area so expect every night to be busy) and got a table outside as hoped. The four of us weren't very hungry so we split 2 pizzas and that was the perfect amount. One of the pizzas was the Ortolana (not a big veggie guy so I won't bother with reviewing this one since it has a bunch of veggies on it that I'm not particularly fond of) and the other was the Regina, which is a tomato sauce one with burrata cheese, olive oil (which I couldn't taste), and a few basil leaves in the middle. I was quite happy with the Regina, which was really similar to a Margherita (my understanding is that the only difference is the cheese). I'll admit it was very saucy, which I don't mind but I know a lot of people prefer their pizzas to be dry and crispy. Service was good, only complaint being that it took a while for our waitress to pick up the bill. Next time, I want to try a simple pepperoni pizza because it seems to be a popular item and maybe it's best to stick to the classics. read more

If you are looking for a really good pizza in Miami, this is the place. The Alba pizza, was AMAZING . Everything else I've tried in Miami does not come even close to this pizza. In my opinion, the best can be found in Via Napoli @ EPCOT and for that one all the ingredients are brought from Italy. Due to a gluten sensitivity, I almost hesitated to try it since they state that it's a low gluten pizza rather than GF but the way they process their dough creates a fabulous pizza which I could tolerate. I specially stated my pizza well done abs it was served undercooked.
