Sprouts has always been my favorite grocery store because it's has a great openness about it, it's always clean and there's always an employee close by if you have questions. Today as I was perusing the watermelons, an employee approached me and kindly asked if I needed assistance. I had picked a terrible watermelon last week and needed to exchange it. He went out of his way to help me out by picking a replacement melon and making sure it was fresh. Come to find out it was the store manager! Doug recommended the organic Yumi watermelon, it was top notch delicious! Doug provided outstanding customer service and was extremely kind. It's no wonder why the staff here at Folsom Sprouts are friendly and willing to assist! If you get the opportunity to come by and shop this store you'll see why it's my favorite place to shop! read more

On my last visit in, I noticed a quite limited selection and astronomical pricing (cereals are going for $9/box and even store brands are higher than their conventional counterparts at mainstream groceries). What the heck! The staff were nice and attentive but I definitely won't be stopping in anytime soon based on the lack of options and crazy prices. I am used to the Sprouts in Dublin and San Ramon but by comparison this store has room for improvement. read more

Recently Sprouts became my husband and i's main destination for groceries because of the amazing service the butchers and some of the cashiers provide, especially Cynthia. Whether she's on cashier duty or we come across her on the floor she's always super helpful and such a friendly face! It's always so refreshing to see her Every time we go. I have chopped at several sprouts in the Sacramento area and this one has definitely been my best experience. I'm tired of this place. Tonight, I headed for the "Head Cashier" as she was proudly attired. Apparently, she's so well versed that she wouldn't let me enter my loyalty number and treated it as if was my fault. Maybe, a "hello" or "thank you for packing your own groceries" would have been the better customer service approach. At an estimated 50% of the time, I got charged full price for marked down items. The best was when I was charged the full price and the marked down for the same item (yes, I was doubly charged and had to trek my way back to get a refund). I want to like this location but can't recommend it (and review your receipts)! So yeah, go ahead and forget my loyalty number. read more

Holy heck, the customer service here is the best ever. I wish this team could train other teams. I went in today for a pick up order and found it was a bit mixed up (completely my fault), but the way the team here responded and offered to help was way above and beyond. VERY rude customer service from the Front/checkout manager. I went to buy a few things for dinner and picked up a bottle of wine. I had run to pick up my car and only had my credit card. They would not sell me the bottle of wine because I didn't have my identification. I am 60 years old and have white hair. As frustrating as that was, I could have dealt with it but the cashier deferred to the Check-out manager and she was so abrupt and rude. She made it seem like I was going to steal something. I left everything on the check out counter and walked out. That's my last time at Sprouts, which is a shame because their products are usually very good. read more

I went to Folsom Sprouts 3/2/25 at around 1pm. Did my daily shopping and spent easily over $100 on produce among other things to make meals for the upcoming days. The first time I didn't look at the produce expiration date is the day I was plagued with multiple expired items. Such as sprouts broccoli, mini cucumbers, blackberries, rainbow carrots, & kale. Absolutely that's my own fault as I was in a rush. But the kicker here at this location is at 1pm and day(s) old produce are still on the shelves is something that a shopper who is willing to spend extra to get quality items is outrageous. This was not my first time at this location as I have been coming here for sometime now. Noticing each visit has had a decline of quality control. Reason for me to express my aggression is I reached out to them the same day and got a email saying they would reach out to me 24 hours later. Well it has been 72 hours and not a phone call or email reply back. I've also expressed my other concerns for this location a month prior about cleanliness, broken carts, and more. I feel bad for the anyone I have recommended this location to in the past and will definitely be reaching out to them to check their products for mold and expired items. Reading other low reviews checks out now. I highly recommend everyone to be more aware when shopping at this location. Also to voice their opinion for other shoppers like myself to be fully aware of. This can make someone severely ill and they seem to not take any initiative. They have now made my decision far more easy for myself and hopefully others to not come back. Folsom does not need a store like this that doesn't care about the well being of their shoppers. read more

I am a long time Customer of Sprouts, not just in Folsom, but Roseville, Citrus Heights and Sacramento stores as well! This review is specifically for the Folsom Store's Deli. Whenever I shop here, which is at least once or twice a week I get their Build Your Own Sandwich, which is almost always made improperly, with stale bread or missing items. How hard is it to read an electronic ticket made from a computerized system? It's all there!!! I do not ever have this problem with the other locations. Beyond pissed!!!! read more

Literally, the best grocery store. We use to go to Whole Foods and now we shop here. Less crowded and a lot more variety of "natural products" my husband requests like vitamins and specific meats. Super friendly, and helpful staff. Shout out to Doug the manager and the assistant manager (sorry, I forgot his name!) for specially giving my 2 year old a huge "sample" quantity of chocolate and chocolate gummy bears. My son - who loves the samples at Sprouts- was asking about them and I don't think they put any out yet, and the managers just had a heart of gold and were super generous. Also, when you join their rewards program, you get things like $5 off $15 produce coupons, I've even had $10 of $25 for meats before. Keep up the great work Sprouts! read more

Depending on how often I'm able to get to the actual farmer's market, I get about 25-50% of my groceries from Sprouts. This is my favorite location, and I come here all the time. The store is always clean, and all of the food is always super fresh. I usually buy all of my probiotics here (kefir, yogurt, etc.), as they seem to have a much higher turnover on these products than anywhere else in town does. I don't eat very much meat, but I buy almost all of the meat that I do eat here. I usually just stick to chicken breasts, honey ham, and bacon, but also love their carne asada cooked in a cast iron. When it comes to produce, I probably buy about a quarter of my produce here. I love that they source rare items like golden raspberries, pine berries, white bell peppers, cotton candy grapes, etc. In the frozen section, I usually find good deals on things like Red's burritos, Tucson tamales, unique frozen fruits (like dragon fruit, pomegranate, etc.), and all kinds of vegan junk foods. Overall this is definitely one of the best grocery stores in town. read more

Folsom Sprouts has become my primary grocery store. I've always stopped in for a few items, because the produce and deli have been very fresh and consistent. I really like the variety of selection at the meat deli counter. When I started going more often, I realized how fantastic the customer service is! Most recently, Doug took the time to make sure I was finding everything on my list, and to listen to my (terrific) shopping experience. At the deli counter, Jesse and Sunshine went out of their way to answer all of my questions and ensure I got what I was looking for. Bonus points for the variety of party wing flavors, and talking to me about the different seafood and meat options. At checkout, Goldie was super kind. There are often samples out when I walk into the store, and I've never experienced a long wait. And that is how I went from a casual customer to a frequent customer. Each time that I visit this store, I receive an unbelievable welcome. The employees are extremely helpful; they notice me and ask if they can assist me with locating a product. If an item does not have a price, the employee will happily take it to a cash register and scan it for you instead of telling you to take it up. The management team is very impressive, especially Tyler. He is willing to go beyond to make your shopping experience a successful one. I burnt my hand grabbing one of their rotisserie chickens and they filled out an incident report. They called me on a blocked caller ID and said they would send me a gift card only if I signed a document first through email. They never sent me anything. So I had my attorney call the store to ask the manager for their insurance number. The managers acted very childish and refused to give them the number. Then we called the insurance company and they never got back to us. Not a very integral company. Just to be clear, I wasn't ever looking to call my attorney until sprouts called me on a blocked number asking me to sign a document in order to get a gift card from them. Seemed a bit fishy. They could have just made the situation right by giving me a gift card and apologizing for the inconvenience. All they wanted was for me to sign the document and to think I was getting a gift card. I left this same review on google but it is no where to be found on there anymore. I can only see it from my google account. These people seem to be heartless. read more

This is a great store with a lot of manager's specials of which I have not seen in most sprouts! I really liked how bright, open and clean the store was. Everything was neatly placed. Sprouts can be expensive at times but I do appreciate when they have things discounted like their salads which were priced at the "Manager's Special" rate. I also liked their selection of easy meals in the deli, from pasta Alfredo, beef stroganoff, crab Mac and cheese, to a taco dinner pack, most of them I tried and their delicious. read more
