I have purchased it at Target as well but they are not consistent in keeping it in stock as Windmill Farms. I in occasion pick up a bag of their locally lard fried corn tortilla chips and flour tortillas, which are very good. I also like that they have a coffee station. The ladies that make the hand made flour tortillas are always in good spirits and are up for good conversation when I visit. Same goes with the young ladies at the register. We are addicted and will only use the Ohsawa Nama Shoyu, which is an organic and unpasteurized soy sauce from Japan. Our Whole Foods used to carry it and now they don't and I've looked at some of the local Asian markets but cannot find it so we order from Gold Mine. In all of the years I've been ordering, I have only had one misstep with an order. It was during COVID and I typically order the 32oz bottle which will last us for about 4-5 months. What came that time were two small bottles and I had a bit of a challenge getting in touch with them during that time. Once I was able to talk to someone, they were quick to rectify the situation and they shipped out the big bottle. The shipping is always great with the bottles being bubbled wrapped and then wrapped in thick shipping paper to secure the bottle and get it unbroken to the destination. We enjoyed vegan frankfurters with Gold Mine Sauerkraut and Kimchi, cucumber salad, potato salad, Maya's Cookies (BOMB.com), and other goodies ! They also had unlimited Green Flash Beer for $10 !
