Love the sauce used in the sautéed edamame (a bit spicy and garlicky-I sometimes dip my springroll in this sauce), the grilled pork springrolls with pineapple fish sauce or the crunchy chicken springrolls are good too!! I often get their meatball pho and the combination fried rice or the shaken beef rice plate. Staff gets me in pretty quick and are always super attentive and friendly. read more

I tried this place out last night and I'm so glad I did . We ordered the house egg rolls , chicken fried rice, and chicken pho . All the dishes had great flavor and tasted very fresh we especially loved the pho broth. the only negative thing I can say is that the pho only had about 4 small pieces of chicken in it so it wasn't terribly filling. We came here on the way to Cowboys stadium. I was craving pho on the blistery day so we stopped here and honestly didn't have too many expectations. Located in a strip mall that people park in for the game (though it is prohibited), this is a nice modernly decorated place that has a decent amount of tables. It is totally Americanized and they sell shirts with other pho related merchandise. The menu is straight forward and fairly priced. They even offer a Super bowl for $17 that is huge. I thought about it but then realized it would be way too big. We got the usual goi cuon and pho tai. They were both great, loaded with fresh veggies and wholesome broth. They are do smoothies here and we got one. There were too many ice chunks left for my liking, but it wasn't bad. All in all, we were impressed and would come back if ever in the area. read more

Man vs. Food did a challenge here for the huge bowl of pho. My friend called in to order some drinks so we wouldn't have to wait. I got the Mango Green Tea with boba. It was pretty refreshing given the weather outside was super hot. Coming from California, their selection of boba drinks is very limited. Can't complain though. I have been to this location multiple times and enjoy the staff because they are generally friendly. There is one person in particular I like, but I always forget her name! She's got purple braids in right now but who know's what hairstyle she'll have tomorrow lol! She's so much fun and likes to give you a hard time in exchange for giving her a hard time. Who doesn't love a good give and take relationship. I typically order the beef noodle pho, "pho tai" if you order from a different/more-traditional pho shop. The flavor is nice and comes with the traditional basil, sprouts, jalapeno and lime. They have a decent selection of teas available as well, with or without boba. Their smoothies are delicious! The only thing I ordered here was boba. Honeydew green tea boba. It's affordable don't get me wrong!! But I just felt like the tapioca balls were plain and didn't have that sweet soft taste it's supposed to. It came out fresh and in a timely manner! The crunchy onion chicken spring roll was my favorite the sauce was really good too. Crunchy and flavorful Torpedo shrimp was just as good. Crunchy meaty and creamy. I did wish the shrimp was bigger but still delicious. Everybody got pho. We really wanted to try the oxtail pho but of course they were out! I must say the pho is just as good as my moms the broth was infused with so much flavor and we barely need to add much to it except for lots of pepper since we liked it spicy! Will definitely be back and hopefully get to try other appetizers out and the oxtail pho! Came back and the oxtail pho was available this time. Must say I was a little disappointed. I was expecting the oxtail meat to still be on the bone. It wasn't as flavorful as the pho we had last time. I also got the house vermicelli although the meat and pickled veggies were good the noodles were a little hard. It wasn't soft or fresh like the spring rolls we ordered. I can tell that it was prepackaged, put in the fridge, taken out to be warmed up. I however must say the duck mango spring roll was amazing! A little pricey but very good and flavorful with the dipping sauce. First off, you can tell this Vietnamese place is Americanized by their menu. It's all in English so I can't really complain by saying this place isn't really authentic Vietnamese food. Their service was a little slow but the staff was really nice. I liked how they had cut-outs in the wall for all the condiments. Usually the condiments are on the table and crowd the table so this gives you enough room which is nice. The restaurant starts filling up around dinner even on a weekday. I feel like the restaurants in Arlington are spread out so if you are nearby an area and crave something that is pretty much the only option you have. Sprout's is right across from the AT&T Stadium. I got the vermicelli noodle with grilled pork and an eggroll. Don't get me the wrong, the presentation is really nice. Much better than most Vietnamese places. But the taste was so bland. I usually never use all of the fish sauce, but I had to for some flavor but even that wasn't enough. I felt like the grilled pork to noodle ratio was way off. It was probably 1:3 ratio and the pork was thin and had no seasoning or that's what it tasted like. There is a lot of variety on their menu but I feel like they don't have the staple. The rice plates is missing the staple rice plate dish. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this is definitely not it. If you're looking for Americanized Vietnamese food, this is probably the spot for you. read more

This place is pretty good. People who work here are all super friendly and nice. I had the tofu lettuce wraps which are marinated tofu. It could have used a little more salt and acid to balance out the strong garlic. The ponzu dipping sauce did help out with that. I also tried the vegetable spring rolls which were packed with fresh, crisp carrots mung bean sprouts. The peanut sauce was average. A mixture of hoisin and peanut butter I was told. I like to add chili, garlic and lime or rice vinegar to mine to give it more depth. read more

Hubby and I are always on the lookout for new Asian food places, especially ones that are closer than our favorite authentic Asian places located quite a bit away. This place is newer, in an up and coming area of Arlington, and has a nice little building - and is well decorated. They had a nice variety of springrolls, the boba tea was nice. The shaken beef was really tender- but minimal. My husband had the pho and and verimicelli- he said they were good. The eggrolls were just ok-wayyyyy overpriced. Personally, I'm really disappointed for what you pay. And we still have not found a replacement for our favorite spots- you just can't beat authentic Asian restaurants. read more

Solid restaurant! The spring rolls are so fresh amazing and alongside that peanut sauce, they are simply incredible! The pho is warming and delicious and the vermicelli is cold and fresh just like it should be! This is one of my go to dinner/lunch places in Downtown Arlington. There really isn't much more to say about the food because its so easy to sum up; fresh and delicious! The only real detractors are the second location in Mansfield and the service. The Mansfield location will take a year to make a dish and the service isn't great in the Lincoln Square location, but its downright bad in Mansfield. They will often forget about your table and there is no warmth in the service. Not to mention, I'm not a huge fan of their very very sugary boba options. But these things are pretty minor compared to the overall feel and taste of this restaurant. read more

I am disappointed in myself for passing this place so many times and never trying it! Now I need to eat there at least I've a week to make up for lost time. It's an adorable little restaurant in a shopping center near AT&T stadium. I went in and was greeted quickly by a super friendly cashier. After a glance at the menu I placed my order to go & waited. While waiting I noticed that all the staff seemed to be happy and enjoyed their job. The atmosphere was relaxed and it felt real homey. Before I knew it my order was ready. I stay a few miles away and everything that was hot was still hot when I got home and everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. The spring rolls were theeeee crispiest I've ever had. The torpedo shrimp were also crispy and the cream cheese filling went well with the shrimp. The salad with the rice plate was super simple but delicious . The Jasmine rice was cooked to perfection & the shrimp had a great charred taste. Each dish had an accompanying sauce and the were amazing! My husband was standing in front of the register for over 10 minutes when I spoke up and finally asked if anyone standing right there would acknowledge us. The restroom was disgusting as well. The waiter was not very attentive and did not even refill our drinks one single time. To top it off, one of the workers put a dirty cleaning rag on our table while we were eating and just left it there! There's nothing more comforting than a bowl of pho, and this place does it the best! I'm also a huge boba lover and I always get the same thing, passion fruit smoothie with boba. So delicious! Finally, if I want something different, the crunchy shrimp spring rolls with pineapple sauce are always a lighter and healthy option. The only downside, which is truly just a testament to their quality is the place is too small. It's always busy during the lunch hour, so we always order to go. Sadly, this place missed the mark. This place is very small and seating is limited. They have a line of booths and then everything else is a community table. Just not a fan of the community table. The food was not that great. The pho was mediocre and they were missing the hot chili oil that I love. The meat was eh, the broth wasn't as flavorful and I would like. We had the California Springroll and I ordered peanut sauce with it instead of the ponzu. That was my mistake. The service was not that great. Greatly enjoy Sprouts. It is a nice little gem tucked in to Arlington, TX. The location is a little small and crowded but worth the wait if you have one. I had some veggie spring rolls that were very well made and delicious. I personally do no enjoy peanut sauce but they gave you plenty on the side if you do enjoy it. I got the full order of 2 and it was a lot. Could have easily had that as a nice light lunch. Also went with the Chicken Pho. It was fantastic. It was the perfect temperature. Not to hot that I had to wait and eat it but not cold by any means! It was perfect to eat right away. My buddy had Shaken Beef and gave me a taste.He described the flavor as citrus, with some garlic and sesame flavor. It was very good! He enjoys the salad underneath as well. Extremely Americanized Vietnamese food but I'm not complaining because the service was quick and the food met my standards of good quality Vietnamese food. It's about $1-2 dollars more expensive than what you would probably pay for at a more authentic restaurant but I still enjoyed my seafood pho (see what I mean about it being Americanized?) with its shrimp and crab meat broth. Apparently they are known for their spring rolls (hence the name) so perhaps that'll be my next menu choice if I'm in this area and in the mood for some Vietnamese food. read more

the WORST pho in Arlington. i ordered a Beef Pho Deluxe (size Large) w/ extra meatballs via UberEats for pick up. usually, at typical pho restaurants...when you order a Large..they increase the portion with extra noodles AND extra pieces of PROTEIN. so i can't imagine how stingy a Small pho must be here. i'm glad i ordered extra meatballs otherwise i would be eating a bowl of mostly noodles with minimal protein. the broth...i opened the container and already knew by the color that this broth was crap. and indeed it was...it tasted like watered down pho with a hint of pho spices aroma. they had one piece of over cooked beef in their sad looking broth. again, very glad i ordered extra meatballs cus that was the only thing that salvaged this meal. i can't believe i paid $15 for this sorry excuse of a bowl of pho...my ancestors are probably watching and pissed as heck too. so fellow pho fanatics...if you are looking for real authentic tasty pho, please do yourself a favor and don't order from this place. read more
