Great donuts! They have quite the variety of donuts and they are all very tasty. They also have self serve coffee with a couple flavors. I hear they have free internet, but there isn't really anywhere to sit nor is it somewhere where I think you'd want to hang out like Starbucks. So go here for the great donuts! read more

There's a bitch who works the night shift ..she's a young girl with headphones on... AVOID HER. ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE to help u. We weren't acknowledged when we said hello, and she tried to give me the worst BURNT croissant. I wasn't stupid, so I asked her for a different one. The look on her face was priceless. She was MAD. My wife got herself a large drink, wasn't filled appropriately. It was missing a little less than half. It's a shame to have people like her working at places when they're making a wage giving HORRIBLE service. It was my first time coming, and the only reason I did was because I was washing just up the street. I hope this girl reads this review and gets a wake up call. Went in to get my usual this morning and was completely astounded with the way I found my food when I got back to work. The waitress was very short , usually I am very understanding when this happens because I also work in the service industry. My bagels had almost no cream cheese on them and they were out of the good Donuts at 8:30 this morning. Totally disappointed and probably won't be going back..... I'm going to begin by saying that I go by the 3 strikes rule. If you can't get your act together within 3 tries, that's it, done, you're out. That is exactly how many chances I gave this place. Each time I went in, the attitude was just not pleasant. Horrible customer service in terms of greeting customers in a way that makes them feel like their business is appreciated. It almost seemed like if serving the customers is a joke & you get what you get, regardless of if it's quality or not. Not a good way to get customers. They were rude, uncaring, just plain nasty. The last visit there recently I was attended by a woman there, she came out of the back like having business was a major disruption or interruption to her day. Once I saw where this was going I just said "Uh, that's alright, if you're too busy I can come back another time" in a very friendly way. She immediately started to get kind of surly & asked what my problem was. I told her that the attitude she was showing was just not very welcoming. I just bought a drink & left, swearing to NEVER return to this establishment ever again, as long as it's run by the current staff. The doughnuts, well, to put it mildly, they're not that great & when you add the horrible attitude & service, just ain't worth it, there's better places to go to that appreciate the business & treat customers respectfully. In all, my mind is made up, this Spudnuts will NEVER be supported by me. I'd rather go to the Spudnuts in Isla Vista where I live. They say a little customer service goes a long way & when it lacks so does the quality of the product(s) being sold. Never going back to Spudnuts in Goleta, it's just not worth it. read more

Their vanilla latte was vomitable. Apparently, the proportions of their preference are something like 50% sweet vanilla creamer / 50% latte. The only good thing about this place is their working hours. Cannot say anything about the food. read more

Wow! I went nutz for those Cronuts! Best donut ever. The cronut, which is a cross between a donut and croissant, is the best thing they have and the best thing going! I could have kept eating them, and wish we had a shop where I live. They're expensive, no doubt about that, but worth it as a guilty pleasure! The friend I was with lived around there before and introduced me to the place. It's one of the few Spudnuts shops left. This place makes me so happy. I came here before my midterms for some serious study/stress food. Back home I always get croissant sandwiches, but ever since I came to UCSB I've been struggling to find them. Low and behold, THEY HAVE THEM AT SPUDNUTS! The donuts are on point, sandwiches are delish, however, unless you are in serious need of boba- don't rely on the boba here. Unless your despy, the boba here just doesn't cut it. Good only if you like flies on your donuts. The Asian lady that works there is a very rude person. She would rather count the $ than help you out. They dont have AC so the front door was wide open & the flies were within the display case. When I went there the Asian lady was counting the money and made me wait ( I was the only customer). I got tired of waiting & walked out after a few minutes of no service & noticing the flies. STAY AWAY !!! read more

I love Spudnuts donuts but of all the locations this one is the worst. You never know if they are going to be open!! They are supposed to be open 24/7 but there are times the lights are on and the doors are locked. They were at random times too. Once was at 630pm. The doors were locked and there was a sign written on a piece of paper taped to the window that said "be back in 10 mins". After 20 minutes and no seeing employees I left. It happened again this morning. I was going to buy donuts for my staff so I arrived at 620am but I arrived once again to a store with all the lights on, shelves filled with donuts and locked doors. There were four other people waiting outside and they were not happy. After waiting ten minutes I left. Thanks for leaving me with no food for my staff and no time to go to another shop. read more
