I was in Santa Barbara for the fourth and I have had this place on my bookmarks list. I was super excited that I got to try it finally. My husband and I found parking right away on the street so that was already a great sign. Especially in SB. We went a little before 12 and there wasn't a lot of people. I got the strawberry milkshake donut and the apple fritter. My daughters devoured the strawberry milkshake one. I have tried a lot of different apple fritter donuts and this one wasn't my favorite. It wasn't a strong apple taste and the donut seems too fluffy for an apple fritter. But the WINNER was the salted brown butter latte. It was perfection. I loved everything about it. Found this place on Instagram. I was super excited to try it. Especially the cream cheese doughnut. Sweet: cute place. Good customer service. They have a good selection of doughnuts all unique flavors. The coffee is really good. The server for my coffee wrong but I ended up not correcting it because it was very good. I ordered the special salted caramel brown sugar but for the salted caramel instead. I wanted to go back to order another coffee. My first bite of the cream cheese everything doughnut I was disappointed. But as I ate it more there was more cream cheese which I enjoyed. Sour: we ordered other doughnuts as well. We were pretty full all day so we didn't get to try the others till the next day. I'm guessing we should have forced ourselves to eat it the same day. The flavors were good. Our first visit was for my daughter's birthday with family--everything from the breakfast to the coffee was spot on. I put in an online order and when I arrived there were about 6 people eying the donut cases. My box was ready to go with a Mocha, Key Lime and Nutter Butter cupcakes. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside and enjoyed the donuts. I even debated getting one for the ride home. My favorite was the Mocha donut because it was sweet but not over powering, and the mocha flavor was nice but it was the density and fluff of the dough that was perfect.
