I have a challenging house with many windows, some very difficult to reach, and the crews have dealt well with them, for the most part. Scheduled a dryer vent cleaning (first time ever) along with a rain gutter cleaning. Ron and Zac showed up promptly, did the measurements and gave me the cost estimate then they got right to work. There was no pressure to "up sell" me on additional services but they did let me know that they had taken a window count and had my rain gutter measurement so if in the future I would like to schedule a window cleaning or gutter guards I could receive a reliable estimate. Anyway, they performed the vent and rain gutter cleaning, cleared away all of the debris and the job was done quickly and professionally. Were not able to remove the hard water stains on our windows. Paid over $190 for windows that look exactly the same as before. There was no mention by the cleaner that he was unable to clean them. When we called to inquire about getting them clean they said there's nothing they can do and they don't use harsh cleaners. That's great but I would have loved to know that beforehand. They also didn't seem to care to make suggestions or offer a discount for not being able to clean them. Will not be using any of there services again. read more

We contacted Squeaky clean and scheduled our appointment. They arrived early which is on time in my book. The crew; Gary and Gary double checked the work order to make sure our quote was correct. I've got to be honest. I was upset with Squeeky Clean to the point of not letting them into my home. It was a silly misunderstanding with enough fault on both sides that worked itself out. We live in a two story home with a ton of windows. We've used this firm before to clean our windows and been happy. They called recently to see if they could serve our needs again and I asked them if they could clean my entryway chandelier which is a good 13 feet above the floor. I also asked them to change the bulbs for that light so that I could have longer lasting LED bulbs there. They said they could and boy, oh boy, what a job it turned out to be. They had to bring in an exceptionally tall A-frame ladder to be able to reach the light. The technician brought the globe of the light down to clean it. Then, to get it back in place, a second tech needed to come and support the globe and reinstall the chandelier. It looks sparkling clean now, as do my windows. Squeeky Clean's technicians are experienced in a lot more than cleaning windows, and they really seem to care about the quality of their work. They are as careful around my home as I am, and they obviously take pride in their work. read more

I really tried to contact a different window cleaning business that had 5 stars but in four tries over 3 days I only got an answering machine and no call back. I decided to go with Squeaky Clean which was further away and viola! I got an immediate and professional answer identifying the company and a cheerful voice. I answered the young woman's questions as she patiently awaited my counting of 74 windows. I asked how soon I could have the work done and she offered me 'same day' as they had a cancellation. I was so happy. The price she gave me was a little bit stiff but the work needed done asap so we could put our home on the market. So many of the windows are various sizes of triangle and unbeknownst to me the triangles cost more as they take longer. They did not ask and I did not know to inquire so I guess that is that. Therefore, when Damian and Anthony arrived, on time, the count started again. I was surprised, but understand the additional cost and had the choice to cancel. I still have an additional 32 windows I chose to clean to keep the cost down. This was not a frivoluos expenditure. Some of my windows are 40 feet high on a single floor structure. The two gentlemen were thorough and swift and left my home so clean and clear bringing the outside 'in'. I am very pleased and I highly recommend them. Damian told me to mention how great the girls in the office are also. They certainly were. Also, I was surprised to find they also do waste/yard clean up, gutters, dryer vents and another dozen details. read more

Justin cleaned my windows inside and out and cleaned my gutters within 5 hours.(47 windows) I can't say enough about the quality of service he provided. He hauled away all the leaves out of the gutters and the windows look fabulous. He had to deal with windows that have not been washed in 25 years....not kidding...I had sunscreens on before and didn't notice how filthy they were until I had my house painted recently and the screens came down....YIKES!!! So I had been searching for a while for a company that would come out to clean my blinds. I somehow happened upon Squeaky Clean; they hadn't come up before in my searches so it was weird. I called because their website said that they service my city; come to find out, they don't :( They do however offer the service if you bring in your blinds, so that is just what I did. I dropped them off in the morning and picked them up in the afternoon the next day. The blinds were super clean and spotless! I am really happy with the work done and the cost was very affordable.
