Tried for the first time. Got the combo dinner to try a little bit of everything. The side salad was very standard, but was good. The best out of the combo was the brisket sandwich. The brisket was seasoned very well and didn't even need sauce if you didn't want. The pulled pork was ok and the ribs were fine. Kids got mini corn dogs, but I did like the seasoning on the fries. They taste like a lays BBQ potato chip :). Over good experience. No reason to hurry back, but also no reason not to return. read more

Super disappointed. I have have eaten here many times before. This time my order was wrong. The food was super cold. We ate it right after picking it up to go. Asked for sides of bbq sauce did not have any bbq sauce at all. Bun was soaked in grease. When I placed the order by phone the person taking the order just hung up after I gave the order. When picking up the order the person handling my transaction was cold and not responsive. Pretty rude all together. read more

Restaurant is clean and tidy, servers and very friendly and we had our food in less than 10 minutes. The mac and cheese is my new favorite and I absolutely love the mild sauce on their signature "squealer". Would recommend highly. Stuff here to my wife I tried their food truck at a parks and rec event in Sioux Falls. Picked up a quick meal on the way home and was unbelievably impressed. We were craving a new Sioux Falls dinning experience and found it in Tea at Squealers. Absolutely fantastic food. It rivals what we've had in KC and Memphis, the barbecue meccas of America. Their combo dinner for two is an excellent sampling of their ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. Their Hog Wild sauce had just enough kick without overpowering the smoke flavor. Don't pass up the coleslaw and baked beans. And start it right with Boudin Balls. Top it off with a Fernson Lion's Paw lager and you've reached barbecue nirvana. read more

Squealers is one of our son's favorite spots! We have gone there several times, always had good service and real good food!

Staff was extremely friendly and food was REALLY good. Not much on atmosphere, but the beer and BBQ was really the point.

Came out for a quiet night and good barbecue only to get blowing out by music on the patio that was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation or hear our waitress. Love the food here, definitely not a great experience tonight. read more

I stopped here while I was in the Sioux Falls/Tea area visiting family. Squealers is new since the last time I was here. My 19 year old son and I stopped in for lunch. He ordered the Beef Brisket sandwich with fries. The sandwich was huge, he couldn't finish his whole meal. I ordered the loaded mac n cheese. Delicious. The staff was very friendly. Tea is often thought of as a one-horse town for sit down restaurants but Squealer's is a welcome addition. I dropped in for lunch and had "the Stockyard" which was piled high with delicious chopped brisket and pulled pork. The BBQ sauce is in the same style as its KC brethren down I-29 with a touch of jalapeño heat and is oh so tasty... Highly recommended and I'll be back for more. read more

We stopped in for dinner one evening. There is a very casual feel to the place and the staff was extremely friendly. It definitely has that small town feel of a local place. I ordered the brisket mac and cheese, which was pretty decent, but I wouldn't say I was crazy impressed with it. I mixed two different sauces on top and one was a little sweeter than I preferred, so that very well may have been what threw me off. Overall, my boyfriend enjoyed his meal and I would go back and try something else. Worth stopping by! read more

Food was really good but the wait time for our food was not. They messed up our order and the portion sizes are not okay for the prices of some things. Server was nice and kind but messed up our orders. We noticed that other tables around us were having trouble getting the correct orders too. Our son wanted Ribs for his rehearsal dinner, so my brother, who lives in Tea suggested Squealers, so that was our selection. The entire wedding party of 30, could not stop talking about how delicious this meal was and kept asking where was it from? Well I'm not the person to do this but after numerous disappointments I feel it needs to be done. Three Saturdays in a row I have gone in and tried to order the Saturday night prime rib, three times with no luck. But I always end up ordering some. Something I didn't want. Well this time was different I didn't order, I said not this time and left. I can count the number of time I have gone in just to get the steak, and in the last year I got it once. That time I was in a 4 o'clock and got luck. For a business to have on their marquee all lit up, for the prime rib of your life you think they would make more then one. read more

We ordered a brisket and pulled pork sandwich with fries. The meat was lean and had a mild smoked flavor with minimal seasoning. The bun was generic and nothing special. The Signature and Wild BBQ sauces were a bit different than most joints (which was refreshing). Overall though, both sandwiches were just average compared to top-shelf BBQ in NC/SC, TN, MO, TX & TN. The restauarant itself was very clean and the lady taking orders at the bar could not have been nicer. Considering BBQ isn't a hotbed in these parts, we'll probably be dining here again soon. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch. Greeted and seated by Roxie herself. Wasn't sure what to expect, but with a 4 1/2 star rating I was expecting something great. Well let me tell you, we started with the Brisket Nachos. These were some of the best tasting nachos I have had in a long long time. Next we went with a half slab of ribs with mac'n cheese and a the stockyard sandwich with beans. All portions were large and the everything was delicious. The ribs had such good flavor to them I considered eating them without the BBQ sauces, but who does that?!? Using each of the 3 flavors on different ribs, they were all amazing with their own degree of sweet or spicy. This place is saved on my list and will be recommended to anyone passing through the area and needing some amazing BBQ made by a super friendly and welcoming owner!! read more

Yummy! We stopped at Squealers on our way to a family gathering. Service was terrific! Timely and very friendly!! I had the Memphis squealer and it was BIG and delicious!! I had the mac n cheese for my side. Loved it!!! So creamy and comforting!!! My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich and side salad.
