I picked a theme MOB wife's and she helped make the vision and party come to life!! She's amazing at what she does and has nitche for decor and parties not to mentioned the space in the outside and inside is huge and perfect to celebrate. I will definitely be back and try those pepperoni chips! I will update m review after two more visits. The owner, asked me why only 3 stars, after my review but should have PM'd me, so it could reply. That rubbed the wrong way, because I stated that I would update the review after a few more visits. I NEVER give more than 3 stars on a first visit.

The place is smaller than i thought and there only one restroom per gender. The service was great and the staff was really nice. They also have happy later in the night which awesome. The only thing was that table were messy and there are no trash cans. The tables were littered with bottles, glasses, and pizza boxes. We had to move aside pizza boxes and bottles to get a table. The staff didn't bother coming by to clear up the table at any point through the night which was really weird. The parking lot is pretty big but then again at night only the bar and liquor store are open in that shopping center.

Nothing crusty or repulsive about the bartenders either, sure they could get away with being crabby if they wanted... but they aren't and they don't! I've never had an unpleasant experience here at all. You can order from the delicious diner and have them deliver inside the bar; same great food, same fantastic service! 13th Frame stabilized itself into a solid 5 stars for not only their great service and affordable drinks all the time, but they also hosted a fund-raiser for a dear friend of mine after he lost his life to cancer. They were amazing!! Food, drinks, live bands. It was exactly what he would have wanted and everyone celebrated in his memory while donating to an exceptional family and cause. I've been to an Ugly Sweater party here, watched sports on TV here, met friends for drinks and dinner, and also watched locals belt it out in karaoke. This bar is great!
