    Seafood cream pasta

Delicious food, I recommend the seafood cream pasta- sauce is great and everything came out piping hot. The pasta had a lot of seafood in it which was lovely. The popcorn shrimp were also delicious and dipping sauce although a little spicy had great flavor. Staff was prompt and attentive and the set up

Tried Pirate Kitchen recently and had a mostly good experience. The seafood cream pasta was rich and tasty--definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the calamari in the dish was unfortunately very rubbery, which took away from the overall enjoyment. I also ordered the raw oysters, and while they were fresh, they lacked flavor and didn't really stand out. That said, the service was excellent! The staff was super attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I'd consider giving it another shot to try other menu items because the vibe and service were spot on.

Food and service was great. It was a Weekday evening, so it wasn't too busy. We don't care for crawfish, so we were able to substitute for scallops instead and just pay the price difference. We got the meal for 2, but definitely could feed 3-4, depending on your appetite. We had garlic noodles too. It was good, but to be honest, I've had better before.

Pirates Kitchen is a pretty local spot for us. It's not a very big place but as soon as you enter you will notice the lit up decor, wooden statues, and pirates decor. We were greeted by the host/waitress who was friendly and attentive. We weren't very hungry so we ordered the seafood cream pasta, chips and guacamole, and terra beer. Beer came out first as we wait for our food. The chips were so crunchy and made fresh, the best chips we ever had! Dipped it in fresh guacamole made it the perfect combo. Seafood pasta was extremely creamy, it has definitely earned its name 'creamy'! It came with mussels, squid, and shrimp which made it a seafood delight, I was pleasantly impressed! Overall, it was a great experience. Would love to try the boiler style seafood next time!

Came on a Sunday, it was pretty empty. We ordered the shrimp full house. The flavor was good, a mix of Asian and Cajun. We had the lemon pepper wings, they tasted good. The service was fast and friendly. The place was very clean. Love they have the sinks outside the restroom to wash hands.

My favorite spot for cajun shrimp/seafood boil! I've been here several times and always leave happy and satisfied. There's a parking lot, not too big, but never had issues finding parking. They also have outdoor/patio seating in the front and the restaurant is always clean inside. We're always greeted by the same, sweet lady. I get 1 lb of shrimp head on ($16 per lb) and add one corn ($1). The full house sauce is good and I love how the shrimp is never soggy and they're big! Cajun fries ($7) are also a must here. Overall, definitely recommend coming here!

Not only was the staff amazing and attentive but the food was absolutely amazing, highly recommend the lemon pepper wings and calamari! So so good, will be making this spot our usual.

Came here to watch the game the other day. Overall the ambience is nice, conducive to group hangouts. Nice bar inside. Food is actually pretty good. Ordered some finger foods including corn on the cob, calamari, and some wings. To my surprise quite tasty. Drinks were standard. Only one person serving at the time. So service may be a little delayed.

HAVE: A lb of head-on shrimp and mussels on full house sauce, mild spicy + 2 corn on the side TAKE: The shrimp and mussels appeared fresh, but the sauce was watery and didn't have much flavor. I ordered the mild spicy option, but I didn't detect any spiciness at all. Surprisingly, their prices seem to be lower compared to other Cajun restaurants, although this could be due to seasonal variations in seafood pricing. SERVICE: The person who took my order had a somewhat flat demeanor during my visit. In a business where customer service is important, a more positive attitude would definitely count a lot. AMBIANCE: The restaurant is located in an area with new establishments, so it has a clean, well-organized setup and nice decor.

This place was OK. Very nice open air feeling. Your food is served in a plastic bag and you eat with your fingers was not impressed with the clam chowder. Could've been a little more hearty seemed very watered down not a lot of clams and was gritty, not a lot of flavor. We ordered the first mate which was $65, came with boiled potatoes, 2 corn on the cob sausage, shrimp with heads on and crawfish, mussels and clams. You pick your sauces which were okay. Just beware if you want extra sauce they are .75 cents each. The owner was our server, she was very nice and did make sure we had everything we wanted. It was something different to try.

So so good! My bf was craving ...seafood boil... so we came here. I don't like seafood boil if we're being honest. I got the seafood cream pasta (for $17 in this economy that's a steal) and it was so yummy I even had leftovers for lunch the next day :) he got the shrimps and I tried some it was good even tho I don't like seafood boil . Service was quick efficient and exceptional all around. They have a cute pirate theme going on and they had a lakers game on yay:)

But now I don't live near fullerton so I thought I would check it out the next time I was close by. I finally got around to it on a weekend afternoon and immediately I loved the vibe. They do a great job placing you in a comfortable spot with the nostalgic furniture, the sports memorabilia, the local news article clippings. The bartender met me w a greeting as I walked in and quickly I found out he would be the host, waiter, bartender, and busser. I never had an empty glass of beer because he never allowed me to have one, the food came out piping hot, and it was easy to pay the check right away and all done by the same guy! So besides the nice vibe and great service they had some very good bbq and side dishes. The chicken and the pork ribs were solid choices. Both moist and tender and glazed with a really nice bbq sauce. I will definitely be here again when I am in the area again.

The first time, I came for the Monday night burger and beer special for $10.95 after 4pm. The burger was very good with a nice sized patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on a wheat bun. The beer pour isn't just a glass, it's larger-sized schooner. Specialty beers on tap are an extra $2. The burger doesn't come with a side, but a tasty burger and a large beer for under $11 is a great deal. The following week, I came back for the Tuesday night BBQ special. Their BBQ chicken and ribs dinners are 30% off, and come with two sides and a fresh dinner roll. I got the full slab of ribs which was only $21 after discount. They definitely do not skimp on the ribs, as the plate came with two large half slabs stacked on top of each other. The ribs were cooked well, and the BBQ sauce had a good mix of tang and sweetness. I had coleslaw and fries for my sides. The other options for sides are Beckett's beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, and pasta salad. A half slab and the fries filled me up, and I took the other half and the coleslaw home. This is also a great deal for only $21. Other special days include Wednesday $3.50 schooner night from 5pm to 7pm, Friday night $10.95 fish taco plate, and Saturday and Sunday breakfast specials from 10am to noon. They have a pool table, darts, and many TVs with various sports playing. Service was timely and friendly.

The venue appeared to be focused on creating a nightclub atmosphere rather than providing a proper football watch party. There was a DJ, extremely loud music, and a host who continuously provided her own commentary throughout the match. Instead of allowing fans to enjoy the game, she repeatedly interrupted play with jokes, personal observations, and constant microphone chatter that distracted from the match. Halftime was especially frustrating. Rather than preparing for the second half, the host performed multiple songs while fans on the patio were asking for the match audio to be turned on. Even after the game resumed, the unnecessary commentary continued for the remainder of the match. To make matters worse, there was a $30 cover charge. I purchased tickets for my entire group in advance, spending well over $200 before food and drinks. For that price, I expected a venue that understood people were there to watch one of the biggest sporting events in the world--not to watch the host become the center of attention. A great World Cup watch party lets the match create the atmosphere. The crowd, the chants, the tension, and the emotion are what make these events memorable. Unfortunately, those moments were constantly interrupted. I genuinely wanted to like Chako's Social, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. If you're looking for a true football viewing experience where the game comes first, I cannot recommend it based on my visit.
