I decided to get the car towed in, so I called Kernersville Towing and learned they do all of the towing for Crossroads Ford. They stated they could come get the car the next morning and take it over to the mechanic. The next morning, I had already gone to work when I received a call from the towing company stating that they had picked up the car and were on the way to Crossroads Ford. Later that day, I gave Crossroads Ford a call and learned that my car had been completed. The price was well below what I was expecting and, when I went to pick up the car, they even offered free coffee and/or water. I well definitely be back in the future, if the need arises!

He then called me while I was on the way to the appointment and told me the vehicle had been "accidentally" sold to another person. Who does that? Zero integrity, poor business practices and a liar.

Mr. Bono's first words were and I quote "You sure are overdressed for an interview with a bunch of "rednecks" The majority of AA's and other ethnicities, including Caucasians outside of the south, definition of "redneck" is southern bigot, coupled with a history of racial violence and prejudice. Then Mr. Bono chose not to interview me for the position I actually applied, and was actually overqualified for but the least in the sales department.., you know were the guys stand outside and accost you when you drive up to view a vehicle. I've done Mr. Bono's job multiple times in the past. It's almost to unbelievable to believe, such a southern stereotype. Aren't we done with this type of ignorance yet? I guess not.
