We have looked up a few other carpet cleaners and noticed that the reviews were on the technician (instead of the company). In our experience, we weren't able to hire a specific technician, rather the companies would send who was available. Not with SS Carpet Cleaning! We had a great experience with Sam. It was a last minute appointment and we got same day service. We had a tenant move out on New Year's Eve and was running late. We called and Sam came out within 30 minutes. Saved us for sure as we had new tenants moving in on the first. He has a great price and does excellent work. He explained what he would do before starting. Our old tenants had cats and so we were planning on getting the pet treatment, but Sam determined it wasn't necessary based on what he saw. So no upselling worries here either. I called Sam and he fit me in his schedule the same day. He arrived on time, introduced himself and went to work. The carpet was beautiful when he finished. Perfectly cleaned, no more stains and it smelled great. Sam is a very hard working, professional business owner. While Sam was at our home, I explained the hot water tank drain was plugged with sediment so we were unable to drain and move it. Sam sucked the water out the top of the hot water tank avoiding the clogged drain then help me move it outside. Ok, he moved it I kind of helped. Sam went above and beyond not only in cleaning the carpet but helping with the hot water tank. Sam, the owner did an amazing job. Our carpets had three areas where our cats had scratched up. He patched all three areas now you can hardly tell there was any damage to the carpet. Then the cleaning itself. He explained every step he did and the final price was exactly what he quoted. Our carpets look great, feel great and smell nice. Five years of three cats who knew the carpet could look new again. We will definitely use Ss Carpet Cleaning & Restoration every year now. Sam was fantastic! He came out and cleaned our carpets on a Saturday afternoon. He cleaned 7 rooms, including a staircase and landing. Our carpets were fairly dirty in certain areas, the areas in which our dog always sleeps.
