Kelly of Craig's Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning a large couch and chair that had never been cleaned before. They look like new.

I can't say enough good things about All New Again…read more We had two properties both hit by water damage near the beginning of 2024. All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. The documentation was especially important because our homeowners insurance did not want to pay. Documentation All New Again created was instrumental in proving the loss to insurance, and saved us from several pitfalls which would have resulted in us having to pay entirely out of pocket had we gone with a remediation provider that was less full-service. Amir, Vas, Alex, Vlad and Igor were our rebuilding team, and they did a great job returning our Bothell house to its exact original condition, as well as building our Kenmore house back to our specifications. We were presented with clear options, pricing, and the end result was fantastic. Johnny, Ryan, and Noah worked on our remediation. This was handled with care and attention to detail that held on to the value of our house and completely out-classed the thinking of our insurance inspectors, who seemed wholly uninterested in helping. Johnny even walked our insurance adjusters through the property to explain to them what happened. The remediation team produced much of the documentation that we are now relying on in negotiation with our insurance. Orfa and Nora Packed and moved all our stuff out, and then back in at the end. We didn't have to unpack or pack any boxes at all! Our stuff just was where it was before, it was like magic. John and Gary both helped us understand what next steps looked like when insurance pushed back and refused to pay. Though All New Again could not be our lawyers or advise us directly, they did educate us so that we were prepared to advocate for ourselves and hire lawyers when that became necessary. John and Gary's combination of experience and connections were invaluable to our process with insurance.

Matthew is one of the very few people I have dealt with that understands business is still about people. He educated me on my specific situation and proposed an honest assessment along with a solution to my specific problem. In addition to lowering my anxiety and solving my problem, he went above and beyond by providing me with ideas and further insight on options to help identify water leaks before they turn into a nightmare. He also made recommendations on contractors for my kitchen restoration as well as home owner insurance companies. I've never met anyone as passionate about mold as Matthew. Enthusiastically, he explained how mold grows and what it does in order to multiply and protect itself. It was actually quite fascinating. There is no question Matthew gets it. He understands his business and he understands people. He listens to his customers, is empathetic, and he charges fairly. He responded immediately, listened, reduced my anxiety, educated me, and executed his work flawlessly. He is my "go to" for anything water damage related moving forward. ServPro who?!

So, when my portable AC leaked onto my flooring last night, I knew who I was going to contact. I called when they opened, and found out that he was booked for the next week. I decided to send him a message to see if there was a company he would recommend to me. He actually responded immediately and said that he'd be able to squeeze me in! You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. I've had quite a few companies do various types of jobs for me, and there are only two who I'd recommend. Mathew with Puget Sound Water Rescue is one of them!

Amazing! I have never given a review this positive before…read more We had a small flood in our kitchen- dishwasher leaked. We had old laminate that buckled with leakage downstairs. On advice we contacted Rebound and the owner Rob and his crew came and started the drying process right away. From then on the whole experience, which could have been an ordeal, was smooth as silk. They came when they said they would, yes, every member of the company. They didn't delay our job for larger ones, it moved right along. Cleaned up after every part of the repair. Excellent communication, everything made clear. Reasonable estimate and much experience working with insurance companies. They really did take care of everything and it was a pleasure to work with them to the very end. If you are freaking out right now about damage in your home call them, call them NOW!

If we could give Rebound Restoration 10 stars, we would!…read more We had water faucet leak in our Kitchen that flooded our cabinets, leaked through the floor and into the downstairs finished basement. It soaked the ceiling support beam and post. It also soaked our downstairs carpet and pad. We called our Insurance agent of many years who referred it to their Claims Department, but he was of no help afterward. The first Claims Adjustor was difficult and adversarial. He ordered a national "Cleaning and Restoration" company to come to our place and put in heaters / blowers for days in order to dry out our kitchen and downstairs. Their crews ripped out the drywall in the ceiling and beams downstairs, They ripped out our kitchen cabinets and propped up the granite counter tops with 2x4s and then left! The cabinets were not supported properly and started to sag. At this point, the national company quit and left!!! It is important to note that the insurance company adjuster ordered this work and paid the co. directly for this work. But, then they told us that the rest was our responsibility! We were supposed to go find a contractor that would repair what they left. We were expected to go find estimates and then negotiate with the insurance claims department for reimbursement. I called a total of 21 contractors over the next few months! Five never showed up. Four recommended that they just tear out the kitchen and start over, which the Ins. Co. would not approve. Six companies were honest enough to tell me that they could not do the entire job, but referred me to other contractors. Some were handymen that just weren't capable. One owner was a fast talking con artist, who wanted us to give him $2,500 down and then sign a contract before he would even give an estimate. It was obvious that he wanted to bilk the insurance co.(and me) for all of the money that he could get. One wanted us to pay $250 for his time to provide us with an estimate if we did NOT give him the business. Another contractor said that he could do the work, but it took 2 weeks of begging to get the estimate. We discovered that about 1/3 of the items that he'd discussed were not on the estimate. Frankly, I didn't trust having most of these people in my house! When I asked several if they were licensed, bonded and insured, they disappeared ! Meanwhile, our Kitchen Stuff was piled throughout our living room and dining room. Downstairs furniture and items were still stacked in piles. Finally, after a couple of months, we contacted Rebound Restoration! John Marsh, their estimator, came out to give us an estimate. He was professional and patient with our questions and he provides us with a thorough and complete estimate of all of the work. He was a standout from everyone else who came to our home. He assured us that Rebound could rebuild the "boxes" under the countertops, save our counters and reinstall the cabinet faces. He was patient and educated us. He was accessible when we called for clarification or we needed information. About that time, our insurance company changed adjusters. The new adjuster was impressed with the Rebound Estimate. It helped that Rebound Restoration and our insurance company use the same software program. Approval was a quick process after that. Rebound is excellent at mitigation. They worked hard to communicate with our insurance company and justify the necessary work and expenses. I made sure that each stage of the job was approved by the insurance co. for reimbursement. This is important, as the insurance company does not pay the contractor directly. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of people that work for Rebound: Rob, the owner; John, the estimator; Rene, the Painter; Jeff, the cabinet maker; Nicole, the scheduler; Jaron the project manager, and Theron, all round handy guy and carpenter asst to Jeff. Their work was superb. After months, our house is now being put back together. Everyone of them is professional, hardworking, caring, and easy to do business with!!!! My only complaint? I wish that I had called Restoration Reconstruction first. I told the insurance company that while it is sad that I had to learn the construction business and spend countless hours and months researching this, it was worth it as finally we found the right guys. Rebound could have done the entire job. Had we known what we know now, we would not have let the original adjuster call in his national company and then just leave us in the lurch. Sorry for the length of this review, but I hope our story helps others. If you are patient, polite, and persistent enough you will finally get through the experience and keep your sanity. It sure helps, though, when you have someone like these guys to help get you through it.

The night before floor…read morecontractors were scheduled to come to our home, David cold-called us about replacing the flooring. He was able to come out that evening to provide an estimate, which we appreciated and accepted. We later discovered that this visit resulted in an after-hours charge of nearly $500, something we were not aware of at the time. While at our home, David discovered that some areas had not been completely dried by the first company. Because we had an active insurance claim, and with our permission, he immediately arranged for his crew to continue the drying process. At first, we felt he was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on our needs. Our insurance company requested that a third party inspect and confirm some of the issues David had identified. David insisted on being present during that inspection. The situation was uncomfortable, and we were later surprised to see an additional $119 charge for his involvement. Five days later, we contacted the original company about their failure to completely dry the affected areas. They acknowledged the issue, wanted to make things right, and asked for the opportunity to earn our business back. We therefore notified Green Planet that we were ending their services. Unfortunately, this is when our experience changed considerably. The tone and attitude toward us became harsh and uncomfortable. Although we had understood that the mitigation work would be handled through our insurance claim, we were suddenly told the bill needed to be paid by us immediately. We were also contacted by a collections company and told that if the bill wasn't paid by Friday, a lien would be placed on our home. We were disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Our initial impression was that customer needs were the priority, but once we decided not to continue using the company, we felt the relationship changed dramatically. Our experience is ultimately a reminder to carefully review all charges and understand the payment terms before allowing work to begin--especially when insurance is involved. Updated Review -- Originally 2 Stars We initially left a 2-star review because of our experience with Green Planet during a water-damage situation. We had significant concerns about several charges on our invoice, the handling of our insurance claim, and the way our relationship changed after we decided not to continue with the company. After seeing our reviews, Green Planet reached out to us and asked for the opportunity to make things right. We had a lengthy conversation, they listened to our concerns, and they offered to refund $500, which represents the charges we had disputed. I appreciate that the company was willing to listen and take action. Because they made an effort to address our concerns, I have changed our rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. That said, I do want to be honest that this resolution came only after we had posted our concerns publicly. We had previously tried to resolve the issues directly, including asking the company to work with us while our insurance claim was being processed, but we did not feel heard at that point. I'm glad we were eventually able to have a productive conversation and reach a financial resolution. My hope is that Green Planet will take this experience to heart and improve communication with customers from the beginning--especially when dealing with stressful situations involving water damage and insurance. Our original experience was disappointing, but I do appreciate their willingness to come back to the table and try to make it right.

Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. They abandoned the project half way through, we believe because of the way they were handling their sub contractors. This was hands down the worst business experience we have ever had in the Washington area. The employees lacked basic business etiquette, and the Project Manager and Finance Manager were incredibly rude to both me and my wife. Key Issues: Mis-diagnosed the issue big time even after we repeated telling them the root cause and area of the problem. We feel they intentionally did that to increase the scope of the work. They tore down upstairs bathroom completely without even properly checking the root cause. There were no issues with the upstairs bathroom. They did not tear down the actual place where it was leaking, this was unbelievable to us. Drove us completely nuts. Abandonment: They left the job halfway through and never bothered to check back with us, failing to complete the work they promised. Hostile Behavior: Instead of resolving the incomplete work, they threatened us and sent a lien letter to our house. This aggressive approach is unacceptable. Project Manager yelling and screaming on the calls with all filthy, profanity and inappropriate words. Staff Turnover: They fired more than three employees who had been dealing with us very nicely, which further disrupted the project. Subcontractor Issues: Even the subcontractors they hired seemed unhappy and difficult to work with. Advice: Do not trust these guys with any big jobs. If you value your peace of mind and want a project actually finished, look elsewhere. I have the pictures and videos of our project to prove their Incompetency and also the threatening letter they sent us Hope you guys understand. I was all ready to file a case BBB. I will soon post the photos of the sloppy job they did.
