It would be more than enough for me to give these guys five stars based on: 1. were on time 2. efficient 3. super friendly 4. Got ALL my stains out 5. Reasonably priced All of the above are my criteria for five stars and these guys surpassed all of them. I discovered the icing on the cake this morning, one week later. A bracelet that has enormous sentimental value to me, I thought I'd lost a year ago, was sitting on the window sill of my bedroom. I was ecstatic to find it, and realized they must have found it when they moved my chair. I called them this morning to thank them and arrange to give them the reward I'd offered for anyone that found my bracelet. They were so happy to hear about my delight and declined the reward. Last year, I had an elderly dog who died, and unfortunately during his final illnesses, did a lot of damage to the carpet in my living room. The situation was compounded by the new dog, who arrived mid-year, and began marking his new territory. In short: the living room carpet reeked. I spent a lot of time trying to get rid of the odor, and discovered a second problem - there was so much crud in the carpet pad that when I tried to clean the carpet, it would look okay at first, then as it dried, a brownish color would wick up. Makes you want to come to my house, doesn't it? I didn't have any guests last year, because I couldn't control the problem myself and figured replacing the carpet would be the only solution. I finally called Craig's, because I'd used them several years ago to clean a sofa, and thought maybe they would agree to come look and see if the carpet was salvageable - which they agreed to do, and came out a couple of days later. I am kicking myself for not calling them much, much sooner. The carpet looks nearly new, and they got out stains I thought would never go. They were able to manage the color wicking - there's still a bit of it, but it's vastly improved. And the best part? The smell is gone!! The owner and his son were wonderful about explaining what they were doing, discussing options, and telling me what they thought would and wouldn't work. They were prompt and friendly. They also gave great advice on how to maintain the carpet in between professional cleanings, to keep it looking it's best. I'm thrilled to have found these guys! When me moved into our rental home, the carpet had several deep, dark stains that were terrible to look at. Two other companies had tried to get the stains out, but they would only disappear for a short time and then return. One day as they were cleaning the carpet at a neighbor's home, we asked if they could do anything about the stains. To our surprise they completely removed the stains! They were so polite and thorough. We're having them come out to do our final carpet cleaning before we move and it's nice to know that we won't need to worry about the carpets. These guys are the best. Both father and son are very professional but also add the personal care. Also, their cleaning technique is second to none. We have used others but Craig's seems to get our house carpets more clean. They really go above and beyond and are also just good people. I requested a price quote on Yelp and received a phone call within 2 minutes. Ivy was super friendly and eager to give me a price over the phone. I told her the square footage of my home and described each room and number of stairs for them to clean. She quoted me between $250-$350, saying that she has quoted over the phone for years and is very good at quoting accurate pricing. She then said that the final price would likely be $250, but she wanted to have the extra $100 cushion, just in case. I was super happy with her pricing, so I set the appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment her dad and brother were late. What really bothers me is that nobody called me with an eta, I had to call and ask them. When they did arrive, the dad looked at each room and took measurements. I shared with him that I wanted to eliminate one of my rooms, and add my car as long as it was reasonably priced. He looked at my car and said the price would be the same as if the room hadn't been eliminated. A few minutes later he returned with his quote for $451.00. I told him his quote was $101 higher than the HIGH END of what his daughter quoted me. He said it was because our house is larger than he had thought. I told him I gave his daughter an accurate square footage. He asked if I told her about the stairs. I told him I not only told her about the stairs, I gave her an accurate count of how many stairs I needed cleaning. He told me she doesn't get out to customers homes to quote jobs, so she doesn't know what she's doing. I told him how she told me she does this all the time and is very accurate with her pricing. He told me the house is bigger than he thought and $451.00 is the price if I wanted him to do the job. I felt like I was being ripped off, but I needed my carpets cleaned badly. The son did fast work, he was finished within 2 hours, and it looked like he did a good job. I have my carpets cleaned every 6 months (by a company that just went out of business) so I understand that there is no guarantee that pet stains will come out. Not only did NONE of the stains come out, but my house smelt like pet waste for 5 days. That has NEVER happened with the other cleaners. Yes, I have two dogs, and yes, they have accidents occasionally, but the smell of my house after the carpet cleaning would have made you think that I own 10 dogs that do ALL of their business indoors. I really wanted to make this company my regular carpet cleaning company, but feel ripped off in so many ways. read more

These guys are great! I've used them over and over for the past 3 or 4 years. We have 2 pugs who shed like mad, a cat, and 2 klutzes. They do a great job at getting all of the pet hair and dander out of the sofas, charis and rugs. Carpet gets a lot of traffic coming in and out of the house, from the kitchen, people eating (food, wine, crystal light- stains like nobody's business BTW) and they do great work at getting the stains from outside and pets stains out of the carpet! They are quick, flexible and go above and beyond! read more

We have used Craigs many times over the years. Most times are 5 star. It is a family run business, with the nicest people. It's a father, son and daughter. The last time we were cleaned it was a hot day, and only the father came. I think he was a little off his game and tired (I'd be very tired). He did a decent job that day, but not their usual 5 star. Some of the pet stains didn't come out, and I had to remove them myself using Nature's Miracle. read more

The carpet in our house was old and tired when we bought it five years ago. Kelly and his dad just left after cleaning it and now it looks amazing! They showed up a bit ago and got right to work. Were never too busy to answer questions and let us know what steps we needed to take for drying and preservation. The cleaning process didn't take long and they handled moving whatever various pieces as appropriate. Afterwards, when I asked about how often this needed to be done, instead of going for the easy frequent repeat he said maybe once a year at most given our low traffic environment. All in all the work was great, fast and reasonably priced. These guys are great, both as people and professionals and I highly recommend them. read more

Friendly, professional, punctual. I've had Kelly and Dennis out at least three times in the last few years and they always do a fantastic job. The first time didn't know how much funk had built up until they were done cleaning, they looked so good I've been able to put off replacing the carpet.
