So over this place, my coworker went here and recommended I try it. Since then nothing but red…read moreflags. The one star is for the good customer service voices but otherwise this place would be a zero. - I went in for an xray which should have been covered by my insurance and supposedly was. Then I put a down payment for some cavity work to be done a month later. Only to find out when I came in for the cavity work that my insurance supposedly didn't cover anything and they used my down payment for that appt. to pay off the first visit without telling me anything. The sketchy part, my coworker said they also tried charging him saying insurance didn't cover his x ray but thankfully he waited a little and saw that it did in fact cover. - skip to a few months ahead, I rebooked the appointment for cleaning and cavity, since I didn't have the money to do it last visit. As I went in to book the appointment and go over option plans it was shown my insurance actually did cover the appointment. What happened to the money for my down payment/ x rays- they couldn't give a clear answer to. Saying that it still went to paying off the X-rays but showing that insurance covered it and I got some of the down payment put back in my account?????? -I need the work done so I tried writing this off as a fluke but after making an appointment for early July I got a call saying we need to reschedule due to a worker needing the day off. Soonest I could get in was August. I work two full time jobs so I had to take the day off but was able to make it work. - come two hours before my August appointment they tell me my appointment had to be canceled again due to the dentist being sick. Earliest they could do was September first. January if I moved my cleaning appointment too. Needless to say I'm over it entirely, I don't know what's happening with my money/ insurance, when I could actually be seen, and now I'm out of a day of work for no reason. I can't even speak on the care quality because I haven't even been given the care. I've just been waiting and played with for the past four months. I get dentist are human too and things do come up but having to reschedule months out back to back on top of sketchy billing is to much. This place has a low rate for a reason.

I'm a retired U.S. Army veteran and, (as a result), I normally receive dental care through the VA…read more As such, I've grown accustomed to long waits, just to get an appointment and more long waits, in crowded waiting rooms, at the VA's dental offices. So when I received absolutely incredible medical treatment, personalized care, shown tremendous respect and kindhearted courtesy from, [literally], every single member of the Clarksville Dental Spa's clinical, administrative and medical teams, each and every time that I I was seen by or spoken to on the phone by them, I was truly pleasantly surprised. Not only that, but their facility is, [Easily], the single cleanest, nicest and most well maintained dental clinic that I can ever remember having been in. (And I'm 53). From the telephone service, to the clerical staff, all the way up to the Doctors and treatment personnel, Clarksville, Dental Spa is the example, by which ALL other medical and dental facilities should strive to model themselves after. Period! Oh. And I would be doing her a great disservice, if I didn't add that Gabina, the young lady who handled the insurance forms, financial explanations, records keeping and the outside referrals end of my treatment, well she struck me as being The Standard, by which all true professionals should strive to be. Gabina made me feel as though I was the most important person she would be seeing all day, each and every time I was in her office or spoke to her on the phone. And when the VA, [repeatedly], misplaced or lost information, sent the wrong files and so on, (and they did so several times), Gabina went above and beyond, again and again, to find solutions, to expedite my treatment, to solve issues, (that were another agencies fault), and to keep me well informed, each and every step of the way. And she did so, with a smile, grace and in a personal, professional and understanding manner. All, while calling me and striving to keep me informed, every single step of the way. If I have any regrets at all, it's that I can't give Clarksville Dental Spa more than just 5 stars. Because they deserve an entire galaxy of them!

He answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning my teeth. When I met with the dentist he was very kind and honest. I needed to have a filling or possible crown and he explained everything to me with options. When it came to getting the insurance stuff squared away the office manager was fabulous! I had a great experience. I was hesitant to come here based on all the bad reviews but my experience couldn't have been better. I recommend you give them a try.

Dr. Webber and his assistant Crystal were wonderful - kind, patient, and incredibly informative of everything they were doing. In fact, is it strange to say I had fun and the biggest challenge was trying not to laugh during the procedure?? There's a great vibe throughout the entire office, and you can tell people really enjoy working there. Even the front desk gals were delightful to work with, as this was my first time going the self-pay route. Jordan walked me through everything and gave me tips on how to save as much money as possible. Thank you so much to the entire team!

I called Alliance Endodontics with a very simple question before scheduling a consultation that…read morewould cost nearly $200. I already have a crown on the tooth that may need a root canal, and I wanted to know whether, if the existing crown is in good condition and can be retained, their provider can permanently restore the access hole made through the crown after the root canal. I was told that they normally place a temporary filling and send patients back to their general dentist. I understood that, but that wasn't what I was asking. I wasn't asking anyone to determine over the phone whether my particular crown could be restored. I simply wanted to know whether permanent restoration of an existing crown is something their providers will do when clinically appropriate. I even asked if she could check with the provider. Instead of getting a simple answer such as, "Yes, we can do that if the crown is suitable," or "No, our office never does permanent restorations and always refers patients back to their dentist," I was told that it depends on the provider and my situation and that I would need to come in for a consultation. That's what I found frustrating. I completely understand needing an examination to determine whether my crown is suitable to keep. But I don't believe I should have to pay nearly $200 just to find out whether the provider offers the service I'm looking for in the first place. I ultimately decided not to schedule. The interaction left me feeling like getting me booked for a paid consultation was more important than simply finding out from the provider whether this was something they were willing to do.
