Came in during spring break at night and Abby was so nice ! She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was so quick to answer all our questions and assured we were comfortable and taken care of. We had the privilege of being able to get into the pool and it was perfect after a long day of hiking. My husband booked this spot for us on a recent family trip to STG. I was a little concerned when I saw that there weren't any reviews more recent than 2023 but everything went well for us here, no complaints. Online booking and check-in were easy, front desk staff were friendly and our single king room was clean and spacious. The room includes Dove products and the lobby has a display of local businesses and attractions - found a card there for a discount at Viva Chicken, that we used (VIVALIFE for $2 off) which was a nice touch. We come to STG a few times a year and this might be our new go to spot for the convenient location right off the freeway and the free breakfast. The property was quiet, the parking lot is well lit, and they have a complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily from 6:30-9:30 with breads (english muffins, toast, mini muffins, etc), a waffle machine, eggs and sausage, cereal, juices, coffee and more - good variety to get my toddler fed before venturing out for the day. read more

The place has clean room and adequate amenities as expected but for people calling at the last minute to book a room on Saturday the price was substantially lower than expected. We booked a room on the run at $129. That was really cool! The room is quiet and the air conditioner had ok fan and WIFI was super fast. The room: The room was spacious and clean. The bedding was clean. The beds were not so comfortable though. It felt like a firm bed even while sitting on the bed for a bit my butt started to hurt. The furniture definitely needs an update and the beds need a more comfortable mattress, maybe a temperpedic mattress? The bathroom: It was clean except the parts that I took pictures of. I wasn't so happy seeing a pubic hair in the bathtub, yuck! The towels were dingy and the rubber mat that you place inside the bathtub was also dingy. They need to get replaced. The breakfast buffet: The breakfast was hot and delicious. They had a variety of breakfast items, coffee, tea and juice. There's also a make your own waffle bar. The staff: The staff were welcoming and very efficient in checking me in. I really appreciate that. The conclusion: With the name of Ramada I had high expectations particularly for the room. I was disappointed when I saw an outdated room with some things that needed an extra wipe down. The beds need replacing to comfortable beds. Older rooms but not bad. They smell like cinnamon. It was an odd layout, with small TV across the room from the bed. Lots of wasted space, and the only real flat surface is the small desk. The coffee maker and ice bucket were next to toilet. Ugh. Seriously. Turn the closet into a coffee bar. Build a closet next to the window. Bam. Done. Maybe turn the bed and move the TV across from it. Add some plugs while you're at it, too. The bathroom was dark, and the shower feels like a cave. The bed was comfy. Ish. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was average. One star for the room layout, 3.5 stars for everything else. Make that 2.5 stars, but I'll round up to three. read more

Where do I even begin? I love St. George Utah. The businesses are community oriented. As soon as I stepped in Ramada by Wyndham St. George, Andrew greeted me with a kind, thoughtful demeanor. I explained to him that I made a booking error using HotelTonight. He made a note regarding the error and saved me a fortune, by not having me pay twice for the hotel. Usually, there's no way around the 0 refund policy, when booking. I thought I'd be able to get an earlier bus to St. George, when I booked the reservation in a rush. He told me that since I'd missed the first night of the reservation, I'd need to book directly with the hotel, which unfortunately is the policy with discount booking apps. Andrew made a note in the computer and was able to reverse the double booking. Hallelujah! Did I mention the hotel is gorgeous and ultra affordable for ANYONE coming from California, talk about a breath of fresh air. It's absolutely picturesque. They have a lovely pool and fabulous complimentary breakfast. What's not to love? Planning a family vacation on a budget? St. George Ramada by Wyndham is a relaxing, picturesque hotel with lots of great restaurants and retailers within close proximity. read more

I've never been so pleased with a hotel, this place deserves more stars! They were kind and responsive with all of our questions, etc. Additionally, because of COVID, lots of places aren't offering complimentary breakfast, but this place did a great job of accommodating it! They gave little packed breakfasts with an orange, yogurt, orange juice, and a blueberry muffin during the normal breakfast hours. The property itself is beautiful and is surrounded by TONS of shops/restaurants/gas stations etc. We had plenty of room in our room and were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, and would be encourages to stay at another Ramada because of this great experience! Definitely recommend. read more

Overall fairly clean and service was attentive. This property is aging though and needs updates. The price reflects this needed improvement. One thing I was extremely happy about was the noise. There were rooms with young children next to us. The only way we knew was because we saw them walking out the door. Other than that it was virtually sound proof. The breakfast was way more than we expected too. Waffle machine, juice, yogurts, fruits, donuts, bagels, cereal, toast and more. Overall we were quite happy with the quality. My bf and I spent 2 nights at this Ramada while we were going to a few place near St. George. I had no complain and I was very impressed with the level of service and amenities provided. The location is great, close to restaurants and the highway. The room 205 was much larger than the average hotel room. I requested a quiet room and got it. It was very spacious even with 2 queen beds and a love seat, table and 2 chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, and closet cabinet. Heated pool and tub were nice with a beautiful view. The breakfast wasn't served due to Covid 19 but instead you get a bag with yogurt, juice, fruit and a snack bar. We were very pleased with the comfort of our room and our beds. We recently experienced a very unexpected loss of a son, brother, and friend. Through all the panic and stress of trying to gather all of the family members (as we all live out of the area/state) I looked online for a hotel that had a board room for a small post-funeral service gathering and free breakfast to accommodate everyone before services as we all arrived very late the night prior to the service. JASON AND MATTHEW were more than kind and accommodating for our family who has never experienced anything like this loss. Matthew reserved and provided the board room for our gathering last minute and allowed us two days at a very, very generous price so we would not have the stress of cleaning up the night after the service. Jason ensured our rooms were put side by side if not down the same hallway so we could stay close together. The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was beyond what I have normally seen in many hotels, with hot food and staff cleaning up constantly behind guests. The rooms were so clean and had so many towels. The housekeeping staff was respectful of our things and very tidy. The location of the Ramada is so convenient with a gas station next door and plenty of accessible food options within walking distance. I won't be needing to travel to St. George for some time now that our boy is gone, but if I ever do, I WILL be staying at the Ramada again. Ramada Inn St George, UT I have stayed at a lot of places and this is one of the worst. They updated the shower, and the curtain and put up a couple of pictures. But as you can see left all the previous nail holes, paint scratched walls, old furniture, beds and flooring look old. Pictures on posting showed different rooms than the one they gave us. I have more pictures but I think you get the idea. If you do stay here, do not stay in room 121. We wasted $170.00. read more

In awe of this place!! I was amazed by absolutely all the hotel had to offer. I got a really good and cheap rate for a double queen room and given it's a 2-star hotel, I was not expecting much. However, I do think that it should be highly rated. It's also one of the only hotels/motels I've been to that has actually made an extra effort to provide free breakfast despite COVID. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was great, and the location is ideal. About 40 mins from Zion, and super close to a LOT of food/groceries/gas complexes. Great, clean and friendly staff! The hotel was very clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and upbeat despite it being past midnight. When I saw him the next morning he was still equally as friendly despite having just worked the night shift. Room was very clean. The odd thing about our room was that there wasn't a shower curtain so water splashed out of the shower. However, there were plenty of towels to soak it up. My only complaint about the room was the lumpy pillows. At first they seems comfy. However, I woke up with a sore neck. Also, they don't have designated hotel parking lot so you feel a bit uneasy leaving things in your car. But, despite that we left our bikes locked in our truck bed and all was good the next morning. read more

Checked in at STGeorge. Was initially impressed but soon found a lot of ants in the bathroom, shower, walls and floor. Not the biting kind but I have an allergic reaction to ants. Older facility water damage in bathroom the mirror was held up with two oddly placed screws in the wall. Hotel is extremely dirty. They do not change out the sheets from previous guests. Climbed into bed and discovered that they were all bloody. I was having to help change sheets at 11:30 at night and the assistant manager Paul said that he would take care of me the next day but all he did was offer a $30 credit off of a $190 bill. We were totally disgusted by it and would caution anyone staying there since they do not clean the rooms in between guests. read more

Quick stay after a long trip back from CO to CA! The beds are firm, the room was extremely clean and overall our quick stay was pleasant. Our kids were excited to use the pools early in the morning. This is a very nice hotel. They have a great breakfast spread. Scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, waffles, yoghurts, cereals, juice, coffee, tea and real fruit. The room was clean and very nice. The ice machine works well. Nice pool, hot tub, and I am sure every amenity is nice. I especially enjoyed the hot shower. The hot didn't run out. The soap products provided are awesome. I stayed here while traveling for fire fighting. This place is not a 5 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. Its located in a great place where you can eat, shop, and play. Everything was perfect from the customer service to the big, comfy bed! When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk (I forgot his name), overheard my husband and I talking about how we forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste...he proceeded to give us complimentary ones! The room was spotless which is a huge deal for me! There was a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave in the room, which most Vegas rooms don't have anymore. It was quiet, yet close to many places to eat. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and the coffee was spot on. Pros: Comfy bed & pillows (several styles too). Great Air Conditioner. Clean but sad decorations. Huge refrigerator & small microwave in each room. Shampoo & conditioner are super, but you will have to ask for more as there is only enough for 1 person. Elevator is fast & get 3rd floor or you will hear everyone walking. Only 1 item at bfast was decent = sausages! Also, they had oatmeal. Gluten free, so didn't try bread, but bf said bagels were not good. Cons: Loudest & ugliest lobby ever! Ice machine down the hall makes you think you walked into hell. Needs touching up EVERYWHERE. Thin walls. We were in a "remodeled room," which was hilarious. Looks like they picked up a used crazy chair on the side of the road for the desk & it didn't even go under & blocked the way to the window. They obviously never heard of furniture markers either. Back of bathroom door was just gross. No outside vanity & no fan, so bring Poopori. Loudest doors that aholes let slam shut at all hours. Worst continental bfast I've ever had & the coffee in room at downstairs is not drinkable! The tea is also so cheap it's like drinking chemicals. OJ not drinkable either! No masks, but C/I peeps are behind plexiglass way above you like your paying a ticket at jail. Guests weren't wearing masks either. Didn't use the pool as it was full with just a handfull of people in it and they were all in winter wear! Didn't use or see the gym. They didn't tell us about these amenities at check-in. All in all, I would save your money and go to a regular motel. You WILL be woken up early. People are not considerate. read more

Friendly staff, but everything else is garbage. Toilet so small my knees were in my chest; bed so stiff I couldn't bend over in the morning to tie my shoes; walls so thin the people in the halls were heard all night long; non smoking, but stinks of smoke; heater that blows cold for 5 minutes before getting warm; towels that are like sandpaper; light fixtures that are broken and make you fear about being electrocuted; wifi so slow, Angry Joe was stuttering; and finally breakfast so boring it is a crime to put out the homemade tip jar. Avoid this place at all costs; there's a Days Inn right up the street. read more

We're driving along, we're driving along and then we arrive. Weeks prior to our eight hour drive from Pismo Beach we arranged to stay at The Ramada in St. George Utah. We booked our stay through Hotels.com and the information they provided. The specific room we wanted advertised a hot tub bath tub directly next to the King bed and we were sold. After a long drive this is what we would look forward to. We arrive in St. George around 8pm, check in, and head straight to our room. OMG - I was a poor man spending one glorious night in a rich man's room. From my previous conversations with the hotel front desk the rumors of this room being updated was so true! You had to be there to see our excitement. We received what we requested and it was a blessing. The hot tub bath tub was sick! We filled it up, threw in a ton of Doterra Essential Oils and Epson salts and enjoyed a relaxing and spacious tub. Oh yeah, I watched a movie because the TV was right there too. It was almost too much to appreciate but somehow we managed. Hahahahaha! We got in late, the check in was fast and friendly. We enjoyed what the room had to offer, which is everything! We'll be back! The location of this hotel is awesome, it is located in the middle of Saint George, within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The view includes mountains in the distance and city traffic. The price was slightly cheaper than other hotels near it, and it offered the same amenities: outdoor pool, hot breakfast, king size bed and a non smoking room. We decided to stay here. The room itself is nothing special, your average room, by no means has it been updated. Furniture and finishes are a bit dated, but the bathroom was clean, and so were the sheets. There was also a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which is nice. It's a shame they don't put more effort to keep up the place. I noticed the wallpaper in the bathroom and a couple areas in the room was peeling off completely, I will attach some pictures. This would have been ok, if everything else was fine, but then I noticed the pillows were extremely small. Almost like a full size pillow was cut in two, and stuffed into a ball. It was difficult to get comfortable, without your head rolling off the pillow in the middle of the night. The worst part about the room though was the bed itself. The bed is as hard as a rock, there is absolutely no pillow top or cushion. Both my husband and I had shoulder/back pain & stiffness after trying to sleep in their bed. I say "trying" to sleep because their tiny night curtains did not cover all the bright light coming in at night from the bright Ramada sign hanging outside and the city lights. To top it off, there are abnoxiously bright smoke detectors in the main sleeping area, that give out bright blue light, to ensure you don't sleep. For a business that makes it's money off people who need a place to sleep, this is embarrassing! The breakfast was decent. They had a variety of hot foods (eggs, seasoned potatoes, bacon, sausage, waffles and coffee). I would not recommend staying here if you actually want to sleep. read more

I'm still not sold on this being a reasonable rating, but...the last visit there was infinitely better than the first. I must have picked the right time because parking wasn't the nightmare of last time. There is a lot of stuff within walking distance and while it's not necessarily the "fault" of the hotel, it is definitely surely handy. Nevermind the hotel bar part, that wasn't fair of me. The rate this time was quite a bit less than Wingate and the room I got was definitely in the running, though the bed arrangement was somewhat odd and being in close proximity to both the breakfast area and the pool, noise was a bit of a factor. My advice is to demand a room in which animals are not allowed. You'll be happier. I definitely was. The song was the same on some other stuff. Outlets still dicey, but this room had a mostly free powerstrip. Coffeemaker still in the bathroom (yuck) and the toilet didn't flush super well, but I didn't have to hit it twice, so good there. Sleep was a mixed bag, first night not so hot, second night better until the noise issue emerged. I'd give this another shot, but mostly because this is by far the most convenient hotel in the area. I will note this will take some advantageous pricing for me to consider it, though...still not my first choice. read more

The Ramada Inn, just 2 hours from Vegas on a straight shot northbound on Interstate 15, is a very nice motel well situated near restaurants for visitors coming to attend evening events at the Tuacahn Amphitheatre less than 30 minutes away, or just as a good way station on the way to Salt Lake City or beyond. The rooms are furnished with fairly simple and plain wooden furniture and a not very well cushioned desk chair. But an upholstered armchair and ottoman are comfortable, the bed is sleep conducive, and a flat-screen TV, microwave, and working refrigerator are in every room. Best of all, WiFi is free and accessible in all rooms, which are well air conditioned; and a nice spa and well-maintained swimming pool are in the back of the property nestled just below a lovely red mesa. A hot breakfast is also provided at no extra charge to all lodgers until 9:30 a.m. each morning. There is even an adjustable, throbbing massaging showerhead in the shower. The housekeepers are efficient, and desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Who could ask for more at the very reasonable rates charged? The hot spa easily holds up to 12 people, features three vigorously bubbling jets for good massaging of shoulder and back muscles, and sports a couple of jets at ankle level as well. Its red colors blend well with the surrounding environment, and numerous lounges surround the pool and spa. Pool water was refreshing after leaving the spa and was probably in the low 80s. The water level of the entire pool is just over 4 feet high, so it is very well suited for families with young children. Yet during my stay I saw very few children anywhere on the premises. After exiting the spa, I got lost blissfully floating in the pool until I smacked the back of my head on a pool tile. That awoke me from my reverie fast, but was entirely my own doing. One warning though: The sun beats down mercilessly on St. George in the summertime, so the unsheathed metal guardrails leading down pool steps were very hot to the touch. Hopefully management will alleviate this problem one day soon. Overall, accommodations were excellent, and I look forward to additional stays whenever I travel to St. George to attend future Tuacahn events. read more
