Solid four stars for convenience, large free parking lots and small four feet deep swimming pool and tiny six people Hottub with strong jets. The place has clean room and adequate amenities as expected but for people calling at the last minute to book a room on Saturday the price was substantially lower than expected. We booked a room on the run at $129. That was really cool! The room is quiet and the air conditioner had ok fan and WIFI was super fast. I recommend this good old all American inn for a tired, unprepared travelers.

The room: The room was spacious and clean. The bedding was clean. The beds were not so comfortable though. It felt like a firm bed even while sitting on the bed for a bit my butt started to hurt. The furniture definitely needs an update and the beds need a more comfortable mattress, maybe a temperpedic mattress? The bathroom: It was clean except the parts that I took pictures of. I wasn't so happy seeing a pubic hair in the bathtub, yuck! The towels were dingy and the rubber mat that you place inside the bathtub was also dingy. They need to get replaced. The breakfast buffet: The breakfast was hot and delicious. They had a variety of breakfast items, coffee, tea and juice. There's also a make your own waffle bar. The staff: The staff were welcoming and very efficient in checking me in. I really appreciate that. The conclusion: With the name of Ramada I had high expectations particularly for the room. I was disappointed when I saw an outdated room with some things that needed an extra wipe down. The beds need replacing to comfortable beds. Other than that the breakfast is great and the pool look really nice. The gym was small but had the needed equipment for a good workout.

Overall fairly clean and service was attentive. This property is aging though and needs updates. The price reflects this needed improvement. One thing I was extremely happy about was the noise. There were rooms with young children next to us. The only way we knew was because we saw them walking out the door. Other than that it was virtually sound proof. The breakfast was way more than we expected too. Waffle machine, juice, yogurts, fruits, donuts, bagels, cereal, toast and more. Overall we were quite happy with the quality. I would just ask that some of the old stuff be upgraded such as shower heads etc

My bf and I spent 2 nights at this Ramada while we were going to a few place near St. George. I had no complain and I was very impressed with the level of service and amenities provided. The location is great, close to restaurants and the highway. The room 205 was much larger than the average hotel room. I requested a quiet room and got it. It was very spacious even with 2 queen beds and a love seat, table and 2 chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, and closet cabinet. Heated pool and tub were nice with a beautiful view. The breakfast wasn't served due to Covid 19 but instead you get a bag with yogurt, juice, fruit and a snack bar. We were very pleased with the comfort of our room and our beds. We will definitely be back here again.

There are restaurants in every direction and easy to get to. You definitely have to drive...the road isn't really walkable and especially in the dead of summer. There is ample parking all the way around the building and multiple exit doors and elevators at each end. This BW has clearly been renovated. The lobby was impeccably decorated and had an open coffee/tea bar and ice cold water with fruit added. There is also a well stocked market right near the front desk. When we checked in we got the floor I requested and the front desk person told us all about the amenities including a daily free happy hour in the building across from the lobby. We made our way to our room and got settled in. The room felt and smelled clean. The room was just what I wanted with two queen beds and an AC unit that worked to perfection. I love when there are multiple lamps around with different brightness settings including on the nightstand. The room was also equipped with a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was stocked with loads of towels which is always preferred. We did check out the happy hour which was pretty good and yes included cocktails. If you stay don't skip it! The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a dog on a log. We got up early and departed. Our one night stay was just what we needed! Thank you, BW Abbey Inn!

I was in St. George celebrating my birthday with my family, so having a smooth, stress-free stay was so important to me. Daniel completely exceeded my expectations....his customer service is top-notch, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He single-handedly turned our trip into a five-star weekend! A few highlights from our stay: * The Breakfast: Really solid overall, but the biscuits and gravy deserve a special shoutout. Most hotel continental breakfasts serve bland gravy, but this one had the perfect amount of pepper and spice. I loved it! * The Rooms & Atmosphere: Clean, fresh, comfortable, and felt very safe. We were treated to a beautiful view of the mountains right from our room. * Pet Friendly: They treated my little Maltipoo like royalty! Finding places that truly welcome pets can be tricky, so this meant the world to us. If you are heading to St. George, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Huge thank you to Daniel and the rest of the La Quinta staff for an amazing birthday weekend. We will definitely be back!

So...I decided to go with my old faithful La Quinta...and let me tell you...this place is good! Lots of spaces in the lobby to hang out. It has a pool and a well stocked little snack store. The staff is nice. They have a breakfast and you know it looked typical. Breakfast ends at 10 but it was nearly check out time (11am) and the food was still out at around 10:30. I asked if I was able to eat since it was still set up and the staff was cleaning up. Everything looked so fresh. I have to say this was the BEST breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I mean, if I had gone to a breakfast restaurant that was sit down and I was served this plate. I would've happily paid for it. The potatoes were nice and spicy but not hot, the eggs were seasoned. The muffin wasn't dried out at all. There was also sausage bacon, a waffle station, bagels, biscuits, bread to toast, selection of juices and coffees. There was cereal. It was just really good. My room was clean and smelled good. I was having a really bad vacation my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Anyway my situation requires me to stay another night overnight in St. George next week so I will absolutely be staying here...it was the breakfast that really sealed the deal. I was going to give this a five anyway even without the breakfast included, but that put it over the top. When I got to the front desk, the lady who was working, asked me if I had any special requests and I said yes I would like a room that doesn't have anyone next-door to it and close to an elevator and she was so accommodating and she found me the perfect room. I was checked in around 9pm.

We arrived really late at night, around 2:30-3:00 AM, and ended up standing outside the hotel entrance for about 10-15 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. We were calling the front desk number and nobody answered. Luckily, there happened to be another guest sitting in the lobby -- honestly a blessing at that hour -- and he let us inside so we weren't stuck outside in the cold. Even after getting inside, we still waited another 10 minutes or so before someone from the front desk finally showed up. We called the front desk number again while inside and still got no answer. Overall, it took close to 20-25 minutes just to see an attendant and get checked into the room. I stay at a lot of IHG hotels and have some level of membership with them, and at most locations it's pretty common to at least be greeted warmly or offered something simple like points or water bottles. Unfortunately, when the attendant finally showed up after the long wait, it honestly looked like she didn't care at all. I even asked if they had any water bottles available and she simply said no. She just didn't seem welcoming or interested in being there, which was disappointing considering a hotel front desk is a customer service role. Once we finally got into the room though, everything was fine and pretty standard with no other issues during the stay.

It was my first time going on a trip with my dog and although it was slightly different looking than normal, but thanks to this place it was not as difficult as I imagined! The breakfast in the morning before we left was simple, but good. I enjoyed the local donuts that they offered! The employees kept things clean and tidy which was awesome. My only suggestion for improvement was that they had on a hulk movie on that wasn't entirely appropriate for my little sons. I know you can't please everyone, but also maybe something a little less intense would be a better choice, especially first thing in the morning. Also, I'm sure it can't be fixed easily, but the crack in the door made me feel a little uneasy and the bright lights outside felt a little obnoxious. (I understand they are for safety)

The room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a bright, clean bathroom. You can tell they recently renovated because everything looked fresh and updated.
