My wife checked the drinks menu and the last page of that menu (not the main menu) informs you that you have to pay a 3% charge so that they can keep their prices down. Ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager appeared and got very irate and belligerent and did not actually explain why charging an additional 3% kept their prices down. Manager was clearly out of his depth and could not justify the charge. Whilst the charge was on the drinks menu it was not obvious. I would have happily paid the 15% tip if they dropped the 3% surcharge. I offered that to the manager and he refused. Terrible customer service from the manager and he just spoke over us and argued without providing a reasonable explanation as to this charge. Given the mediocre food and cash grab we will not return. Plenty of other honest places with better food and no aggressive managers. Avoid.
