The customer was yelling, cussing, calling the employee names, and becoming increasingly aggressive while she remained calm and professional throughout the interaction. What concerned me most was the lack of protection and support for your employees during the incident. There appeared to be no physical barrier or safety measure between the customer and the employee, and although a security guard was present outside, he did not intervene, attempt to de-escalate the situation, or ask the individual to leave. As the customer became louder and more hostile, it was upsetting to see the employee left to handle the situation alone. I understand businesses want to create a welcoming and personable environment for customers, but employee safety should also be a priority. Situations like this can quickly escalate, and employees should feel protected and supported when dealing with abusive or threatening behavior. It was honestly very difficult to witness such disrespect toward this young woman and your staff. I hope additional measures can be considered to better protect employees and ensure they feel safe while at work.

So we headed to SF so my husband could become a member and secure a car loan, because their interest rates are so much better than you'd find at a dealership! Tyrie took such good care of us. He was efficient, and patient and kept it so real. He was able to get us set up, approved and even gave us this blank check that was good for up to the amount we were approved for to give the dealership, to avoid any potential hiccups. It had been the most stressful month, potentially of my life. And if anything had gone wrong that day, I might have lost my mind. We were able to Become members, get a car loan, and get a car THAT DAY and it HAD to be THAT DAY, all because of SF and Tyrie.

Kim spoke in a friendly tone with an exceptionally bright smile that's usually reserved for Disneyland. I arrived at Navy Federal (West Covina) on Friday (around 4:50PM - Near Closing Time). It's located at the Eastland Center, so the lot is big. Parking is easy. As mentioned, I was helped by a wonderful staff member (identified as Kim). My Navy Federal Card had been tearing/ripping lately from constant use, so on a whim, I entered the business to ask about a card replacement. Kim fixed my problem within a three minutes or less. FAST!! Despite the soon-to-be arriving closing time, Kim offered to quickly tape up my Navy Federal card. Then, once that didn't work, Kim immediately checked my ID and handed me a brand new replacement with no charge. Throughout the entire process, Kim's demeanor felt welcoming, friendly, and exceptional. Regarding the location, Navy Federal (West Covina) felt very clean and very safe. There's plush seating. I want to add that with my bankruptcy, I was offered the Karma Guarantee to 3 other personal loans and 2 credit cards and I was approved. So believing the Karma Guarantee I received a hard inquiry to my credit report, so I don't know why I was offered the Karma Guarantee with onemain financial since they knew of my credit history since onemain financial partnered with credit karma and knew of my bankruptcy. CCB is no ordinary bank! Besides handling my accounts professionally, the staff here takes you back into time where they remember your name while smiling. Usually when I have to contact them for support, it is for an error I made and not the other way around. Most recently, I had another experience as described above, from Melissa who went the extra mile to assist me. I initially contacted CCB for an issue on my account and I was lucky Melissa answered the phone. Not only did she solve my problem, but she called me back later in the day to inform me that I should expect an additional amount of credit. She explained it so matter of factly, not looking for kudos, but only to inform me the dollar amount had changed.
