He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was that Mark was honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it easy and enjoyable. His knowledge, great customer service, and dedication to helping customers truly set him apart. Thank you, Mark & David for making this such a smooth and positive car-buying experience. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a vehicle!

That's extremely disappointing, especially after spending my hard-earned money. When I called to discuss my concerns, I felt rushed off the phone and was told someone would call me back. That never happened. The service department was not helpful at all--I felt like the only concern was getting my money and sending me on my way rather than addressing the problems with my vehicle. If you're considering buying a car here, please do yourself a favor: start the car yourself, test drive it thoroughly, inspect everything, and don't feel pressured to make a purchase. The sales team seems focused on making the sale, but once you've signed the paperwork, getting help becomes much harder. Now I'm stuck with a car that's giving me problems after less than two months, and I still don't have a resolution. I expected much better customer service and support after the sale.

I text Ehren--he's quick to reply, we set something up, and he sends his crew. They're solid. They cover surrounding areas, even 15 miles out like me. No problem--they show up, do the work. Great value--keeps everything looking sharp without breaking the bank. Friendly, on time, they care. Call Ehren at Supreme Motors--your cars will look great.

The price of the car was in our range and what really caught my eye is how immaculate condition the car was in. (All the cars looked amazing) Seriously guys-- compared to all the other dealers we went to, this car was sparkling and ready to come home. The process to purchase the car was so smooth and we had two pups to play with while we were waiting for all the paper work to go through. Was truly an experience of ease and enjoyment. Thank you so much Ehren! (And his partner! I didn't get his name but he was great too.) We appreciate you selling this car to us and wishing you good luck and many sales! We are thinking of getting the car detailed here in the future too :) - Alexis and Shane

He walked us through the entire process from the moment we sat down until we wrapped up. They seemed busy and the total wait was about 35 minutes--and German estimated the timeframe spot-on. To anyone leaving negative reviews, try comparing this to a traditional dealership experience where you're forced to wait hours on end while they push high-pressure tactics on you to make a profit. CarMax makes it hassle-free, transparent, and fair. I will definitely keep coming back here. Highly recommend working with German (tho I'm not sure if you can request for him..?) -- I'll definitely be returning!

WILL SELL YOU VEHICLE WITH POOR QUALITY TIRES!!!!!! NO REGARD TO YOUR SAFETY!…read more STAY AWAY FROM CARMAX ESPECIALLY BUENA PARK location. STAFF IS FINE SELLING VEHICLES AT SUBPAR because it falls within their BS policy. NO "GOOD FAITH" practices!!! Should have read their reviews before going in. Seems i'm not the only one that had issues with tires after purchase. Was smart enough to take vehicle to personal mechanic right after purchase to make sure vehicle wasn't a lemon. My trusted mechanic is the ones that found the cracks in tires. I knew the tread was subpar...but add cracked tires and it was concerning as I have long commutes for work. Called twice only to be told I'd get a call back and ghosted. So I drove back to buena park to speak to service manager. My concern was brushed off multiple times and they kept trying to show me how the treading met their policy requirements for "just good enough to pass." I kept telling them I was concerned about the cracks..not the poor quality treading. Employees/managers claim their policy BS rather than show "good faith" in actually resolving the issue. I was told "just return the vehicle"...as if the process of finding a vehicle, dealing with paperwork, wait time, and insurance was something i wanted to do all over again after thinking I finally secured a vehicle. The transmission never got flushed either..so I spent out of pocket to do that and new set of tires. Typical act nice enough to get you through the papers and then leave you high and dry if you have any issues. As a female the male staff treated me like I was an idiot and kept brushing my concerns off. I've had better experience at private dealer, but i guess to be expected from big name company.

His persistence never felt pushy--it showed confidence, resourcefulness, and a genuine desire to earn my business. When I arrived at the dealership, Daniel G. immediately made me feel welcome. He was upbeat, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. He answered my questions promptly and helped make the experience comfortable and straightforward. Edgar and Daniel both displayed initiative, professionalism, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. More importantly, they did what they said they would do. Those qualities build customer trust and reflect real leadership potential. I hope BMW of Buena Park recognizes the value these two gentlemen bring to the dealership. I was told my car wasn't ready and to wait. After waiting for 1.5 hours and noticing no other delivery customers around, I decided to stretch my legs and check the lot. To my shock, my car--complete with my name placard--had been sitting there ready the entire time. It was clear no one bothered to check or communicate. When I pointed this out to the advisor, there was not a single word of apology--just a careless "Oh? Yeah? Okay." While the lack of communication was annoying, what followed was a serious safety hazard and blatant disrespect. First, when inspecting the exterior, I found an open Exacto knife (flat blade) sitting right on top of the driver's side door. If that blade had fallen on me while opening the door, it could have caused a severe injury. When I pointed this out to a male service staff member, he didn't apologize; he simply grabbed it quickly and walked away to cover it up. I have photo evidence of this. Second, I noticed a significant panel alignment issue and a large gap on the door--wide enough to fit a finger through. When I raised this concern to the two service staff members on-site, their response was incredibly insulting. They literally told me: "It's because yours is a Standard Model. Yours is not premium. It's a completely different car." Are Tesla service employees trained to look down on customers based on the trim level they purchase? Implying that a customer should just "suck up" poor build quality and terrible panel gaps because they bought a Standard Model is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. This level of unprofessionalism has completely shattered my trust in Tesla. What was supposed to be an exciting and celebratory milestone of picking up a new car turned into a thoroughly miserable and insulting experience. Instead of joy, I left the delivery center with nothing but deep frustration and resentment.
